Add a spoonful of coarse chili powder, a spoonful of fine chili powder, and a small amount of five-spice powder to a bowl. Stir well with chopsticks. Then, pour the hot oil you just pressed over the chili powder in three batches, stirring as you pour. Let it cool naturally after stirring.
