After all, people who drive cars on the road are either rich or powerful, and even if they are fleeing, they are not doing badly. Xu Lin and his three cars of salted fish are simply dragging down the overall level of the convoy, especially since the salted fish have a fishy and foul smell.
Now that the fish is finally dried, the people in the surrounding cars are even happier than if they had harvested hundreds of pounds of dried fish themselves.
After collecting the dried fish, Xu Lin was pondering what else she could take out of her space to dry. Just as she was lost in thought, a voice came from the walkie-talkie.
"Xu Lin, Dr. Dai, can you hear me! Come quick!"
It was Wang Jing's voice! She was crying. Zhou Pin and Xu Lin quickly opened the car door, and the doctor next to them also opened the car door with his medical kit. The three of them ran together in the direction Wang Jing and the others had left in the morning.
"Wang Jing, don't cry, calm down, and tell us where you are," Xu Lin said into the walkie-talkie.
"I don't know where it is either. I can only see a house that's half collapsed next to it."
Zhou Pin looked around and suddenly pointed in one direction, saying, "Over there."
The three of them quickly ran in the direction Zhou Pin pointed out.
"Jing, are you injured? Where are you hurt?" Dr. Dai asked.
"It's Zheng Ming. He was beaten up by those guys while saving me, and he's unconscious now. He's covered in blood, and I... I don't even know where he's hurt... Waaah~ It's all my fault, if it weren't for me..."
"It's no use blaming anyone now. The most important thing is to save Zheng Ming. We'll be there soon."
Five minutes later, the three arrived at the house that Wang Jing had mentioned, which was half collapsed.
Dr. Dai rushed over to check on Zheng Ming, who was already unconscious and covered in blood. Xu Lin pulled Wang Jing over to check for injuries, while Zhou Pin helped Dr. Dai stabilize Zheng Ming.
Wang Jing only had minor superficial injuries; she must have been slapped a few times on the face, and there was blood at the corner of her mouth. It wasn't a big problem, but judging from Dr. Dai's expression, Zheng Ming's injury might be more serious.
“Zheng Ming’s right arm is broken, his left eardrum is ruptured, and he may have a concussion. We’ll have to see him more closely when he wakes up. He may have a fractured rib, but I can’t be sure without the equipment. He also has a lot of abrasions all over his body. I’ve already set his arm, but his ribs can only be healed slowly, and he should avoid moving them as much as possible. I don’t have any medication on me, just a box of anti-inflammatory drugs for now.”

I’ve already set his arm, but his ribs can only be healed slowly and he should try not to move them. I’ll set his bones and treat his external injuries first.”
Dr. Dai quickly opened the medicine box and took out disinfectant supplies such as alcohol.
"Xu Lin, please help me."
"Okay, just tell me what you need to do."
"First, wipe the blood off his body with cotton balls, then Zhou Pin and I will hold him down. I need to set his bones..."
Wang Jing was already terrified and crying beside the convoy; it was already quite an achievement that she managed to drag Zheng Ming to within 500 meters of the convoy.
Five minutes later, Wang Jing regained her composure and, together with Xu Lin and the others, held Zheng Ming down.
After a flurry of activity, Zheng Ming's injuries were almost completely treated within half an hour, and then Dr. Dai treated Wang Jing's superficial wounds.
"I don't have any suitable bone-setting medicine on hand, only a box of anti-inflammatory medicine for you to take care of. As for how well you recover, that's up to fate," said Dr. Dai.
"Tell me what happened," Xu Lin asked.
