Chapter 49 Is this some kind of prank by the local bat family? They're messing with me! ...

[Bwayne]: Three guests are coming to our house soon. Everyone, please behave well and leave a reliable and good impression on them, okay?

[Jetsund]: I don't understand, I don't know, I can't comprehend it. (Three denials in a row.JPG)

[Bwayne]: You're a 300-pound guy, 299 pounds of rebellious spirit. Pointing fingers.JPG

[Digra]: Let them see what I'm capable of!

[Bowane]: Why are you following the trend too? This isn't the time to switch accounts, you old rascal... And you're still in school at this hour, aren't you? I caught you playing on your phone in class.

[Digra]: TT.

[Bowane]: What are you T for? You've got the character wrong, Little Wing.

[Jester Thomson]: Smiling without saying a word.JPG

[Bowane]: What's going on? Don't mess with me!

Wen Yue's vision went black, and she sensed something was wrong. "I put my family first, but they've thrown me into the gutter." At this moment, only Tim, who hadn't come to join the fun, could offer the players a sliver of comfort.

At this point, Wen Yue hadn't yet grasped a crucial truth: when a child is quiet, they're definitely up to no good. Players were far too complacent.

Wen Yue led the guests from the parallel world into Wayne Manor. The spacious hall featured exquisite and magnificent reliefs on the ceiling, with a grand crystal chandelier hanging in the center, refracting light and sparkling brilliantly. The large sofas had soft fabrics, and the delicate carvings depicted the poetry and beauty of life.

Suddenly, a little red bird appeared on the stair railing. Its beady eyes stared at the player and the others for a moment before it flapped its wings and flew up the stairs, disappearing into the study—that was Tim's personal surveillance robin bird.

As soon as the players entered, Tim came to greet them.

Wen Yue nodded to herself with immense satisfaction: "He's so sensible and polite. He even knows how to entertain guests when they come to the house. He's practically the hope of the whole family and the ideal child in the world."

Tim lowered his head, slumped his shoulders, put his hands behind his back, and said in a low voice with a shifty look in his eyes, "Sorry, Bruce, I accidentally spilled some salad dressing and ketchup from the hamburger onto your documents."

The relieved smile gradually faded, and Wen Yue retracted her earlier statement; it turned out she had caused trouble. The player, calming down, reassured her, "It's alright, which file did you put it in?"

"A stack of documents." Tim led the player to the study, pointing to the neatly stacked documents next to the computer.

Those were all files that the players had already signed and processed. Wen Yue looked at the salad dressing and ketchup that had slid all the way down the side of the file, and her heart was filled with despair and she collapsed: She got up early and worked for nothing, and this burger was actually quite a skill to eat.

Wiping her face, Wen Yue naturally chose to forgive, closing her eyes and saying affectionately, "It's okay, I'll have my secretary send another stack over."

Damian, who had followed behind, was wrestling with the Shakespeare statue in the room. Wen Yue didn't understand what he was doing, so she simply picked up the statue and handed it to Damian, speaking softly in a tone that sounded like she was coaxing a child: "Okay, here you can play with it."

"Get away from me! I don't want to!" Damian shoved him away and stormed off to the piano room, strumming a string of random pieces.

Wen Yue covered her ears to get away from the noise pollution and had no choice but to run downstairs to avoid the commotion. Unexpectedly, Damian also ran downstairs and ran to the clock at Wayne Manor to adjust the hands, which made them creak.

"Damian, are you trying to destroy the house?" Wen Yue couldn't take it anymore. Where did this otherworldly husky come from, causing trouble at Wayne Manor? Did the player break some heavenly law? Someone, please teach this little devil a lesson.

"Damian, be polite, we are guests." Batman stepped in and pulled Damian back to sit on the sofa.

"Hmph, why can't I get into the Bat Cave?" Damian sat cross-legged on the sofa with his arms crossed, looking displeased.

It turns out the player misunderstood Damian; he actually wanted to enter the Batcave. Previously, the Court of Owls' unimpeded intrusion forced players to change their entry methods, and now the methods for entering the Batcave from Wayne Manor have been completely changed.

Just as Wen Yue was about to explain, the roar of an engine abruptly cut her off.

"Buzz buzz buzz—bang!" The motorcycle came to a violent stop, and the sound abruptly ceased.

Jason swaggered in with an air of arrogance, tossing his car keys around in a blur, his brow furrowed with untamed defiance. He glanced sideways at the guests, then turned to Wen Yue and said in a nonchalant tone, "Old Deng, I parked my Ghost Fire on the lawn. I accidentally plowed a patch of green, but I'll fix it later. It's no big deal."

Old Deng, you living father!

Players are really going to faint.

"The child is grown up, and I can't control him anymore. He's actually quite polite most of the time," Wen Yue said with a forced smile to the guests from the parallel world, trying to save face.

Dick, who had just finished school, skipped and hopped in after him; he had come back on Jason's motorcycle.

Dick casually tossed his backpack aside, kicked off with both feet, and prepared for a leap of faith, but faltered halfway through when Wen Yue swiftly pulled him back to his original position.

"Take it easy today, and walk steadily, okay?" Wen Yue coaxed in a conciliatory tone.

Dick's eyes sparkled with a mischievous glint as he stealthily reached for the stair railing beside him.

Wen Yue grabbed Dick's restless hand, "You can't treat the stair railing like a slide."

Dick's eyes moved upwards.

Wen Yue understood immediately and added, "And you definitely shouldn't swing on the crystal chandelier."

“Okay.” Dick cupped his face in his hands, looking expectant, and asked, “Bruce, the teacher assigned a project on human-nature integration, and I need to investigate some data on Gotham’s natural ecology—can I…use a computer?”

"You just said you were playing on the computer, right?" Wen Yue knew that Dick was referring to the newly repaired Bat computer.

“I meant using a computer to investigate the data,” Dick said casually.

"No." Wen Yue had already seen through Dick's little scheme and decisively rejected the idea, displaying the authority of a matriarch.

“But Tim played on the computer all afternoon, so I want to play too,” Dick argued, expressing his dissatisfaction.

The patriarch's gaze shifted to Tim. "You little rascal, so you were secretly playing with the Batcomputer, using Robin Bird as a surveillance device to monitor the outside world. When you discovered Wen Yue rushing out of the Batcave after returning home, you accidentally spilled the salad dressing from your hamburger onto your documents in your haste. In other words, a normal meal wouldn't leave such a mess."

"You played on the computer all afternoon? No, the point is, why were you able to play on the computer all afternoon? I remember you and Dick went to the same school. He was in class, so why were you at home? Did you skip class?" Wen Yue narrowed her eyes, realizing the crux of the matter.

"Uh, life is fleeting. Next time, next time, for sure." Tim's ability to argue is no less than that of the Fourth Calamity.

The new definition of "kuangye"—how is Tim's "wilderness" so unique?

"I've only ever heard of 'life is a wilderness,' is your wilderness the wilderness of skipping classes?"

Under the watchful eyes of the player, Tim gave a guilty but polite smile.

Standing to the side, Damian, who had seen everything from beginning to end, was disheveled in the wind, his eyes losing their luster: This world is beyond saving, he was certain of it.

"What about the Justice League in this world?" Having given up hope on the local Batman of this world, Damian decided to try a different approach.

Wen Yue, Jason, and Dick fell silent; their world's Justice League hadn't even been formed yet.

Tim, who was the only one who knew nothing about it, asked curiously, "What is the Justice League?"

Damian rolled his eyes, not in the mood to talk to his arch-enemy. Clark, however, offered a friendly explanation: "It's similar to League of Legends."

"All I know is a game called League of Legends," Tim shrugged.

Dick had somehow gotten behind Damian. "Can your sticks generate electricity?"

Damian gave a disdainful smile and said matter-of-factly, "Of course."

Dick's eyes lit up, and he tentatively reached for the Cali stick on Damian's back.

Wen Yue was shocked to see this and quickly grabbed the boy's hand to pull him back. "Who are you going to shock?" She still vividly remembered the last time Dick took the Red Robin long stick with 100,000 volts and wanted to interrogate and shock the enemy to give them a severe beating.

"I'll just take a look," Dick said, putting his hands behind his back in a docile manner.

Wen Yue handed over the documents she had specially retrieved from Wayne Group that day. Inside were the design drawings and experimental data for Dick's exclusive 50,000-volt kari stick, which had been prepared in advance. "Sweetie, we also have the physical product. I'll take you to Wayne Group tomorrow to get it. You can do whatever you want then. Just restrain yourself for now."

"Okay!" Dick happily hugged the file to his chest and immediately became obedient and quiet. The darling Dick was finally offline, and Sweet Little Wings was online.

Having finally brought the chaotic situation under control, Wen Yue wiped the sweat from her brow and let out a long sigh of relief. Her composure was only apparent in comparison; after her family's accusations of the child's backstabbing, the player was forced to become the pillar of the household.

The initial vow was a performance. Are these kids messing around? Or are they messing with the players?

Wen Yue knocked three times on the gold-leaf-carved wainscoting beside the fireplace, and the marble floor slowly separated, revealing a long, deep corridor.

"What?" Damian sat up abruptly, incredulous.

Clark's eyes flashed with shock. Due to Gotham's strong traditions, the Batcave was covered with a lead layer, which Superman's vision could not penetrate. Therefore, he could not be sure of the existence of the Batcave until now.

Batman, who had been calmly observing from the shadows, showed a flicker of surprise in his eyes.

Wen Yue had no energy for beating around the bush and went straight to the point: "I'm glad you're willing to come to me. I am the Batman of this world. Hello, Batman, Superman, and Damian from another world."

"So, you were all putting on an act all along?" Damian's eyes flashed with murderous intent, his drawn blade already itching for a strike.

“Aren’t you guys putting on an act for us too? Let’s not accuse each other.” Jason said dismissively, shrugging with a nonchalant expression.

"Yay, let's go into the bat cave!" The cheerful and optimistic little Dick ran over excitedly.

"Go, go, go!" Tim couldn't wait either.

Wen Yue turned around and jumped in first—
