Chapter 7: Do you promise that my parents won’t beat me to death?

Old Lady Wang was lost in thought when a figure came running towards her. Before she could react, she fell to the ground with her arms and legs spread out.

"Are you blind or are you blind at such a young age? Don't you even need to look at people when you walk?"

Old Mrs. Wang was knocked dizzy and it took her a while to sit up.

No, I can't let him suffer this loss in vain. I must take the opportunity to extort some money from him to teach him a lesson.

Old Mrs. Wang blinked hard and saw clearly who had bumped into her, and she became even more furious.

Isn’t this the daughter-in-law’s unreasonable sister?

Don't look at her young age, if she starts to act like a spoiled brat, I'm definitely no match for her.

I have suffered a lot from her in the past, isn't it all because of that daughter-in-law who has nothing to do with me?

Su Qingqing stepped forward with a wicked smile and helped Mrs. Wang up:

"Oh, isn't this Auntie Wang? Look how flabby I am. I'm so sorry!"

Old Lady Wang glared at Su Qingqing:

"Can't a girl be more steady? You acted like a ghost in broad daylight. I was really unlucky when I went out. You almost knocked me to pieces."

Su Qingqing patted Mrs. Wang's clothes, fearing they were not stained with dust. "You are in a hurry to go to the toilet, are you okay?"

What can I do if something happens? Can I pluck feathers from your stingy body?

But then again, wouldn't it be too easy for her to just let her go like this?

Old Lady Wang saw that there were people around her watching the fun, and she knew that she had to tickle her and embarrass her:

"Qingqing, why are you, a little girl, here in the obstetrics and gynecology department? Are you pregnant or having a miscarriage? Do you know who the father of the child is?"

"From what I've heard, you're a night-and-day stalker who relies on your looks for a living. And by the way, the men around you keep coming and going like a revolving lantern. Could it be that you've contracted some awful X-ish disease?"

All of a sudden, everyone looked at Su Qingqing, and someone whispered, "It turned out to be a chicken. What a waste of such a pretty face."

"You can tell she's not a good person at first glance, a vixen, a stinky bitch."

Su Qingqing automatically blocked out everyone's ridicule. She looked at Old Lady Wang indifferently.

"If you hadn't reminded me, I would have forgotten about this. I'm an adult now, and it's normal for me to get pregnant and have a miscarriage."

Su Qingqing changed the subject and said, "You are already over sixty years old. Don't tell me you came to the obstetrics and gynecology department for athlete's foot."

"But if you can really get pregnant at your age, you're really in good shape! So, are you planning on giving Yueyue a little uncle?"

As soon as Su Qingqing finished speaking, the people around her burst into laughter.

"That's right. These days, people laugh at the poor but not at prostitutes. She's young and has the capital, not to mention she's so pretty. Just looking at your old face makes me sick..."

"That's right, that's right. The wrinkles at the corners of her eyes can kill a fly. Which man would want that?"

Old Mrs. Wang wished she could find a hole to crawl into. It was not like she hadn't experienced this girl's sharp teeth before, so why should she provoke her?

At this moment, Old Mrs. Wang was regretting her decision to the point of madness.

But Su Qingqing is not finished yet:

"That's not right. As far as I know, your grandfather has been paralyzed in bed for several years. Could it be that you, this old tree, have sprouted new buds? Tsk tsk, I'd better leave quickly. I can't afford to lose face with you."

After Su Qingqing finished speaking, she walked away without looking back. She estimated that her elder brother would be back soon at this time.

Go back, pack your things, be discharged from the hospital, and go home.

Old Lady Wang didn't catch the fox, but instead got into trouble.

She knew she was no match for Su Qingqing, either verbally or physically, so she just considered herself unlucky and left cursing.

As soon as Su Qingqing returned to the delivery room, her elder brother came back to get the money.

She asked her elder brother to go to the cashier to pay the money, and she found the doctor on duty and agreed to be discharged today and come to complete the discharge procedures tomorrow morning.

Yi Chuang looked at Su Qingqing enviously as she packed her things: "You can go home today, but I still need at least two more days."

Su Qingqing put the chicken soup that her brother had just bought on the bedside table:

"My child was small, and I didn't have to take any medication when I gave birth. Those who had caesarean sections take at least a week to be discharged from the hospital. You feel more balanced when you compare yourself to them."

The woman smiled and said, "You're right. My boy weighs over eight pounds, and I couldn't have delivered him without an episiotomy. It's definitely less painful than a caesarean section. Well, take the chicken soup back and drink it!"

"I've been eating and drinking with you for free these past few days, and I really feel bad about it. You can keep this chicken soup!"

Su Qingqing said this as she picked up the baby. The little guy was sleeping soundly, sucking from time to time with his little mouth.

The woman no longer refused. She looked at the little baby in Su Qingqing's arms reluctantly: "Your daughter is so beautiful. You haven't named her yet!"

"I've chosen a name. My last name is Su, and the single character is Xin, Su Xin. My nickname is Xin Xin."

The woman praised: "Prosperous, peaceful and happy, confident and noble, what a good name."

The woman in the bed knows how to relax and work at the right time, knows her limits, and never talks too much.

After spending a few days together, she fed Su Qingqing when she was hungry, and helped feed the child when he had no milk, but she never asked any questions that were not necessary.

Su Qingqing didn't know how many times she had thanked her in her heart.

Qingcheng is also a fairly large first-tier city, so it might not be easy for us to meet again in the future.

Su Qingqing glanced at the little man beside the bed:

"Have you named your son yet? I heard the doctor call you Zhang Lijuan. The child must have your husband's last name!"

Zhang Lijuan always thought that this girl named Su Qingqing was heartless and didn't care about anything except sleeping!
