"The protagonist last time was surnamed Wang, what's his surname this time?"
Lin Jianyan thought for a moment and said, "I think his last name is Chen?"
Qin Wu sighed and said, "That's not easy to find. I've offended too many people with the surname Chen."

"Or maybe you can take me to meet your friends when you have time?"

The next day, we had a party scheduled for us. Since Qin Wu and I were going out, Ajun and Aliang were no longer needed, so they had the day off.
It was the first time that Lin Jianyan saw that the bodyguards who had been with Qin Wu these two days had a completely different aura from Ajun and Aliang.
The two men were tall and expressionless, with a cold aura that kept strangers away, like a sharp cold weapon, exuding chill and even ferocity.
Lin Jinyan was sure that these two men had seen blood before, and the murderous aura emanating from their bones was not something that could be faked.

Lin Jianyan nodded, regained her attention, and got in the car with Qin Wu to go to the hotel.
The car drove into a busy street, and soon, a magnificent hotel came into view. The hotel's exterior was like a dazzling palace, and the fountain at the door sprayed crystal water under the light, creating a dreamy and luxurious atmosphere.
The car slowly stopped in front of the hotel gate. The doorman immediately stepped forward, opened the door swiftly, bowed slightly, and said politely, "Welcome!"
Lin Jianyan and Qin Wu got out of the car one after another, followed closely by two bodyguards. Qin Wu seemed to be familiar with the place and walked straight into the hotel lobby with Lin Jianyan.
The lobby is even more magnificent, with a huge crystal chandelier casting a soft and bright light, and the polished marble floor clearly reflecting people's figures.
Qin Wu walked to the front desk and whispered a few words. The receptionist respectfully took out a card and said, "Sir, please take the elevator directly to the third floor. I wish you a pleasant meal."
Qin Wu took the card and led Lin Jianyan into the elevator. The elevator receptionist bowed respectfully and asked, "Which floor are you going to, gentlemen?"
Qin Wu: "Third floor, thank you very much."
The elevator attendant pressed the button for the third floor and replied politely, "You're welcome."
The elevator started slowly and began to rise steadily. The cabin was quiet with only the slight sound of the elevator running in my ears.
After a while, the number on the elevator display jumped to "3", followed by a slight sound, and the elevator door slowly opened.
Elevator receptionist: "Sir, we are here. Please walk slowly and be careful where you step."
Qin Wu led Lin Jinyan out of the elevator, and the scene outside came into view: a corridor covered with soft carpets. The exquisite patterns on the carpet showed a unique taste. On the walls on both sides of the corridor were hung paintings with a strong sense of art, making people feel as if they were in a small art exhibition hall.
Lin Jianyan looked at the surrounding layout and couldn't help but lean over to Qin Wu's ear and whispered, "The place you chose is quite stylish."
Qin Wu smiled softly and squeezed his hand gently. "Actually, this is Ah Wen, Chen Haowen, whom you met last time. This is one of his businesses. Because the environment here is quieter and the soundproofing is better, we usually choose this place for gatherings."
Qin Wu took him to the door of a private room and knocked on it. After a while, the door slowly opened. A familiar face appeared in front of the two of them. It was Chen Haowen, whom they had not seen for a long time.
It was just as Qin Wu said, the soundproofing of the private room was really good. You couldn't hear any sound from inside from outside the door, but you could hear the conversation inside just by opening a gap.
"Ah Wen, is it Ah Wu and the others who are here? Please invite them in!"
"Yes, we are all waiting for him! He is the last one to arrive, so he must punish himself with three cups of wine!"
Chen Haowen curled his lips, and a faint smile appeared on his stern face, "Come in quickly, I'm waiting for you."
Qin Wu responded with a smile and pulled Lin Jianyan inside. After they came in, Chen Haowen closed the door and the two bodyguards stood in the corner on their own.
Lin Jianyan looked at the people inside. Including Chen Haowen, there were four men in total. They should be about the same age as Qin Wu. Two of them had two women sitting next to them. They should be their female companions.
Seeing them come in, several people stood up one after another, and their female companions followed them over.
A man with a slicked-back hair, with a hearty smile, extended his hand to Lin Jianyan, "This must be Mr. Lin, hello, I am Su Kang, seeing is believing, nice to meet you."
Lin Jianyan smiled and shook his hand, saying, "Nice to meet you."
