Chapter 56 Liu Lili Resigned

Chapter 56 Liu Lili Resigned

Lin Jianyan remembered something: "By the way, how is the custom-made clothes going? When will it be finished?"

Liu Huawei looked at the date on the calendar and said, "It's almost time. It should be in the final stages now. It's half a month, so it should be the day after tomorrow."

"Okay, let's hurry up with the leggings. If it doesn't work out, make a batch of similar ones first. I'll need them."

"Okay boss."

Lin Jin thought about it and it seemed like there was nothing else to say, so she stood up and wanted to leave. "Okay, that's all for now. If you have something to ask, you can find me somewhere else. I'll be going back first."

Liu Huawei seemed to have thought of something and stopped Lin Jianyan, "Boss, wait a moment."

Lin Jianyan opened the door and paused before turning to look at him in confusion, "What's wrong?"

"Well, since our factory is going to reopen, we have to change the name and hold an opening ceremony to promote it. I wonder if you, boss, have any plans?"

Lin Jianyan just remembered it and slapped his forehead in annoyance, "Oh, look at me, I forgot such an important thing."

"I've already thought of a name, it's called Wuxinglong Garment Factory. I'll have someone customize a sign and hang it above our factory."

"The opening date will be five days from now, December 1st. I will invite people from newspapers and news agencies to interview you. You just need to dress smart and handsome and accept the interview."

Liu Huawei whispered, "Five Star Dragon Garment Factory, Five Star Dragon, what a good name! It turns out that Mr. Lin is so optimistic about returning to China that he even chose such an impressive name."

Lin Jianyan smiled noncommittally, "Of course, we are from the same mother. If you don't support your brain, you will be in trouble, especially those who immigrate. They will regret it sooner or later."

Liu Huawei coughed awkwardly. He was the one who almost warned the scare mongers who wanted to immigrate. If his wife hadn't beaten him up and cleared his mind, he might have really done something wrong.

He really has to thank his wife. When the custom-made clothes come out, he will buy two for his wife no matter how expensive they are.

"Boss, I have no problem. Take care."

It was completely dark when Lin Jianyan left the factory and returned to the villa. After dinner, she lay on the bed, thought about Qin Wu as usual, and then went to rest.

The next morning, after breakfast, Lin Jianyan went to the company to find Liu Lili, but when she entered the company, she found that the person at the front desk had been replaced.

Lin Jin asked in confusion: "Are you new here? Where was your last front desk?"

The receptionist smiled politely, "Mr. Lin, you are talking about Sister Ali, right? She resigned two days ago."

Lin Jianyan: "Then do you know why he resigned?"

The receptionist shook her head slightly, "I don't know, she didn't say."

Lin Jianyan frowned slightly. From what he knew, Liu Lili was probably born in a family that favored boys over girls, and her family conditions were probably not very good. She would not give up such a good job before he asked her to sign a contract.

Lin Jianyan looked at the front desk, "Then do you know her home address?"

"I don't know, but it should be recorded in the employee roster. Wait a minute, I'll help you find it." The receptionist looked down and pulled out a folder. "Here, Mr. Lin, take a look."

Lin Jianyan took the folder, memorized the address, and returned the folder to the front desk. "Thank you."

"You're welcome, Mr. Lin."

Lin Jin left the company, got in the car, told the driver an address, and asked him to drive there.

As the car drove on, after about half an hour they arrived at a bustling market. Because the road ahead was difficult to walk on and the crowd was so crowded, the car couldn't pass through, so Lin Jianyan had to get off the car and walk.

As soon as their car drove in, it attracted everyone's attention. Due to the remote location here, there were very few cars, let alone luxury cars.

Then they saw a noble young master coming down, followed by two bodyguards. They knew at first glance that he was a big shot whom they could not afford to offend.

The noisy noise gradually died down, and the crowded crowd involuntarily left some space for them, for they were all afraid that they would accidentally dirty the young master's clothes. These clothes looked very expensive, and if they got dirty, it would be the end of them, and they would not be able to afford the loss even if they sold them.

Lin Jianyan walked through the market and came to an older public rental building. The paint on the building had long been stained and the wall paint had peeled off in some places, revealing the gray bricks inside.

Walking into the corridor of the public housing, the dim lights flickered and emitted a weak glow. Various graffiti and cracks could be seen everywhere on the walls, and the narrow space was filled with an old atmosphere. The handrails of the stairs were rusty and even loose in some places.

Lin Jianyan took Ajun and Aliang to the third floor carefully and knocked on the door. "Hello, is anyone there?"

After a while, a little girl's clear voice came from inside: "Who is it?"

Lin Jianyan: "I need to talk to Liu Lili about something. Could you please open the door?"

"Sister, I'm here to see you."

Lin Jianyan heard the sound of running footsteps coming from inside, and finally stopped behind the door. The door was opened, revealing Liu Lili's embarrassed and happy face, "Mr. Lin, why are you here? Please come in."

After Lin Jianyan and the other two entered, they saw a little girl, about seven or eight years old, hiding behind Liu Lili, looking at them curiously.

After Lin Jianyan entered, he looked around the house and found that it was not as shabby as the outside and the furniture was quite complete.

Liu Lili led him to sit on the sofa. She also asked Aliang and Ajun to sit as well, but they refused and stood behind Lin Jianyan like two cold stones.

Lin Jianyan smiled and said, "They don't know how to sit down. Stop busying yourself and sit down too." She turned to look at the little girl and asked, "Is this your sister?"

Liu Lili held the little girl's hand and nodded, "Yes, this is my sister, she is seven years old this year, her name is Lai Di. Lai Di, say hello to Mr. Lin."

The little girl saw Lin Jianyan and greeted him shyly, "Hello, Mr. Lin."

Lin Jianyan didn't show any strange expression when he heard the name, but just nodded gently, "Hello." He searched his pockets, took out a few mint candies and handed them to Liu Lai Di, "Brother, please have some candy."

Even though Liu Laidi wanted to eat, she didn't go to take it right away. She just looked up at Liu Lili.

Liu Lili rubbed her head and did not refuse, "Go on, remember to thank Mr. Lin."

It was just a few candies, and it would be embarrassing for her to refuse.

Liu Lai Di took the mint candy and smiled sweetly, "Thank you, Mr. Lin."
