Upon seeing Jiang Mama come out, Wu Mama and Shuanghua, who had been waiting in the courtyard, hurriedly came forward to greet her and inquire.
"It's nothing. Tell the kitchen to make something light for dinner. The young lady has had a long journey and doesn't have much of an appetite. We'll bring it to the dining hall later when she wakes up."
"Yes," Shuanghua and Granny Wu quickly replied.
It wasn't until evening that Jiang Hua came out of the house. Looking at the blooming flowers all over the yard, she couldn't help but feel happy.
"Miss, dinner is ready," Shuanghua said as she stepped forward.
Where is Bai Heng?
Upon arriving at the dining hall, several light and refreshing dishes were already laid out on the table, but Bai Heng was nowhere to be seen.
"Young Master Bai went out an hour ago and will be back later. You don't need to wait for him," Shuanghua replied.

He picked up the medical book he had taken from his spatial dimension and walked towards the study with the candle in his hand.
"It's getting a bit chilly on autumn nights, young lady, you should rest early." Granny Jiang came in carrying hot tea.
Looking at the two cups of tea on the tray.
"Bai Heng is back?"
Granny Jiang nodded.
"Yes, Granny, you should rest early. You don't need to serve outside anymore." Jiang Hua's gaze returned to the medical book in her hands.
Not long after Granny Jiang left, Bai Heng knocked on the door and came in, seeing Jiang Hua dressed in thin clothes.
He closed the study door behind him to keep the night breeze out so she wouldn't catch a cold.
