Everyone was resting inside the stadium when Huang Yuanqing and several civilian representatives went to Li Xuanzu's car to collect supplies for distribution.

Li Xuanzu heard it clearly; they were talking about him, and in a negative way.

She walked into the crowd, distributed compressed biscuits to everyone, and kept muttering to herself.
Qian Li couldn't hear clearly, so she looked at Li Xuanzu.
"She said, 'This Li Xuanzu is just here to torment us. We only get this stuff to eat, we can't even get a hot meal. Ugh, scum.' See how happy she is eating like that?" Following the direction Li Xuanzu was pointing, Qian Li saw the middle-aged woman.
He was mouthing the words correctly, but he was still stuffing compressed biscuits into his mouth with a "coughing and churning" sound. He seemed to be choking, so he grabbed a mineral water bottle next to him and gulped it down.
He had only taken two bites of the compressed biscuit in his hand when it fell to the ground, and no one paid any attention to it.
The woman patted her chest, opened a new box of compressed biscuits, and muttered a few more words, mostly criticizing Li Xuanzu.
“You must have been to Kyoto and seen the lives of ordinary people. Who would dare to throw half-eaten food on the ground? Do you know what their mentality is?” Li Xuanzu turned to ask Qian Li.
Qian Li shook her head, and Li Xuanzu then told her the answer.

Upon hearing this, Qian Li looked at Li Xuanzu with disbelief in her eyes.
