Chapter 103 Trouble Comes from the Mouth

Li Xuanzu walked down the street and bought some things with currency, or rather, new currency.

However, I had a slight argument with the seller when I bought the item.

Basically, when the other party saw that it was Li Xuanzu, they immediately turned him away and refused to sell.

If that were really the only option, Li Xuanzu would simply leave, but upon seeing this, the other party remained unforgiving in his words.

"Tch, what a coward." This middle-aged vendor seemed certain that Li Xuanzu wouldn't dare to lay a hand on him, likely due to the stereotypes about Li Xuanzu circulating online.

Despite his infamy, Li Xuanzu was a well-known figure in the Dragon Kingdom, so he was always under the watchful eyes of those around him wherever he went.

Seeing the middle-aged vendor's tough stance, some fearless individuals even cheered and echoed his words.

Some people realized something was wrong and quickly ran away.

It must be said that although they are not smart, they are still quite perceptive.

Li Xuanzu's face darkened, and he stopped walking towards the shop. He turned around and slowly walked towards the vendor.

The vendor wasn't tall, a head shorter than Li Xuanzu, and was probably overweight due to a lack of exercise over the years.

Right before everyone's eyes, he grabbed the vendor's head.

The immense force lifted the vendor's feet off the ground.

Even in the face of such intense pain, he continued to curse.

"Hey! What, did I say something wrong? Now you're bullying us ordinary folks, but why don't you actually kill a few zombies?"

"Tsk, ignorant and unaware of their own foolishness." Li Xuanzu felt extremely annoyed. What was the reason these people were attacking him?

An unsatisfactory life? Jealousy of Li Xuanzu's immense power? Or simply being led by the nose and blindly following the crowd in criticizing others?

"What are you doing? Let go of my husband!" The small shop was a noodle shop. A middle-aged woman came out of the kitchen, her hands covered in flour, wiping them onto her apron. She was pointing at Li Xuanzu.

"Li Xuanzu? Well, you're not good at fighting zombies, but you're good at bullying humans. Is there no justice in this world?" The middle-aged woman shouted when she saw her husband being treated like this, and then stepped forward to punch and kick Li Xuanzu.

Justice?

Li Xuanzu found the attacks on his body, which felt neither painful nor itchy, somewhat amusing.

Perhaps they've been in Kyoto for too long and haven't realized it's the end of the world. It just goes to show how well the Dragon Kingdom has protected them.

He then turned to look at the store entrance, which was packed with people, many of whom were taking photos and videos of Li Xuanzu with their phones.

Someone has already notified the psychic squad in Kyoto.

At that moment, they still thought that Li Xuanzu was just trying to scare them.

Until... the vendor's head was crushed with a "bang," the screams stopped abruptly, and the surroundings fell into a deathly silence.

In a brief moment, someone reacted first, screaming and pushing through the crowd, fleeing into the distance.

The onlookers then seemed to wake up from their daze.

He killed someone? Right here in public? How dare he?

Three questions popped into everyone's mind, so much so that some people forgot to run, perhaps because their legs were numb.

The scene before them was indeed extremely bloody. Many people in Kyoto had seen zombies, but they had never encountered such gory scenes as disembowelment.

The Chinese government will not release these things; this excessive protection has robbed the people of their fighting spirit.

The vendor's wife collapsed to the ground, staring at Li Xuanzu with a look of terror on her face.

At this moment, Li Xuanzu's clothes were stained red with splattered blood, and the blood on his hands, which had not yet dried, dripped from his fingertips onto the ground. A headless corpse lay at his feet.

His appearance was terrifying, like a demon crawling out of hell.

"What a pity. Wouldn't it be better to just behave yourself? Who told you I have a good temper?" Li Xuanzu spoke, his cold tone appearing somewhat strained and inappropriate on his delicate face.

But he didn't stop; he reached out his right hand toward the vendor's wife.

She knew that this hand meant death, but how could an ordinary person with limp legs possibly outrun a psychic?

Like her husband, she was lifted up and her head was crushed.

Just then, an angry shout came from outside the door.

"What are you doing! Stop!" A young man who looked to be in his early twenties, about the same age as Leng An, stood at the door, staring intently at Li Xuanzu.

"Killing people, so what?" Li Xuanzu shook his hands, looking at the bloodstains on them again.
