"Meow!"
The beast's cries turned into soft cat meows. It used its sharp claws to cut off a piece of the human's clothing, then carried the piece of clothing towards Lu Wu.
Lu Wu saw the flash of cold light, but he didn't care.
What's wrong with a kitten being a little strong when it walks around the world? That's called knowing how to protect itself.

"Mimi!"
The two words slipped out, and Lu Wu saw the monster pause, its eyes flashing with a complex mix of emotions before it finally walked toward Lu Wu and leaped onto her lap.
The cloth was put down, and the monster rubbed its head against Lu Wu's belly.
"Meow!"
That soft, sweet voice melted Lu Wu's heart.
She was wrong.
It's clearly an adorable kitten, so why would anyone mistake it for a man-eating tiger?
She admitted her mistake and reflected on it.
Lu Wu placed one hand on the cat's body, and seeing that the cat did not resist but instead nestled its head into her palm, she began to pet the cat with peace of mind.

Lu Wu suppressed her urge to bury her head in the cat and pick up the piece of fabric. She didn't recognize the fabric, and the style was very common, so she couldn't tell anything about it.
But before she even got close, she could smell a fragrance emanating from it.
She was very familiar with that smell.
"Oh, I get it, you want milk tea."
Lu Wu understood.
