"Brother Chen, wanna get together? A few of my good brothers are here too, and they want to see you." The next day at noon, Xu Chen received a WeChat message from Chen Yunhai. Xu Chen replied, "Sure, tell me the location." After looking at the location Chen Yunhai sent, he went straight out the door. When he arrived at the entrance of Xingcheng Hotel, he saw Chen Yunhai waiting for him at the door. Xu Chen waved, and the two entered the hotel together.
"Brother Chen." "Hello, Brother Chen." In the private room, two young men greeted Xu Chen, who responded to each one before sitting down. Chen Yunhai was, after all, a brother he had taken in, and Xu Chen couldn't just ignore him. Chen Yunhai remained silent, staring at the door of the private room. Meanwhile, Xu Chen was already near his target nightclub. He sent a message home, telling Wang Rong that he wouldn't be home for dinner and would be sitting in a roadside cafe, waiting for nightfall.
"Finally, it's time." Xu Chen looked at his phone; it was 11:55. He headed towards the nightclub. A quick scan with his divine sense revealed Li Tianhua flirting with his secretary in his second-floor office. Xu Chen entered the nightclub. The atmosphere in the lobby was reaching a fever pitch; handsome men and beautiful women were dancing wildly on the dance floor, colorful lights illuminating everything. He went to the bar, ordered a bottle of wine, and decided to ignore Li Tianhua for now—he couldn't escape anyway. He quietly drank his wine. Since coming to Earth, he had developed a fondness for... "There's plenty of alcohol, and vodka is one of them," Xu Chen exclaimed happily, downing glass after glass. A girl next to him, seeing Xu Chen drinking like that, was utterly astonished. She said to her best friend, "Ranran, look at that boy over there! That's vodka! He's drinking it like it's water." Peng Ran looked over and saw Xu Chen order a second bottle. "Is this guy a monster?" The two decided to investigate. Just as Xu Chen was about to take the second bottle from the waiter... Two girls sat on either side of him. Ding Ran smiled and extended her hand to Xu Chen, "Hello, my name is Ding Ran, and this is my best friend, Peng Ran." Xu Chen shook her hand politely and then let it go, "Hello, my name is Xu Chen, what brings you here?" Peng Ran said, "Handsome, you have a great capacity for alcohol! We'd like to chat with you and invite you to drink to your heart's content." Ding Ran nodded, "Yes, yes." Xu Chen waved his hand, "You're too kind." He took the drink from the waiter, poured himself another glass, and Ding Ran... Seeing this, the overly familiar man picked up Xu Chen's drink, "Is this vodka? I think it's fake." The waiter retorted, and Peng Ran took out her phone, "Waiter, I'll pay for his drink, handsome, you don't mind, do you?" Xu Chen nodded, "Why would I mind if someone's paying for my drinks?" He then downed his drink in one gulp, and soon finished it. Xu Chen stood up and left, "Thank you for the drink, I have to go." Peng Ran and Ding Ran were stunned. They hadn't even started chatting properly, and he was already leaving? They looked at each other, "Have our charm diminished?"
