Li Duo glanced around and said, "Don't talk nonsense!"
"You feel proud when your fiancée calls me shameless for seducing you, don't you? You feel satisfied watching a woman be humiliated and trampled into the dust, don't you?"
Li Duo stared at her, his face grim. "Wen Shu!"
Wen Shu continued her frantic rant: "Last night, all I had to do was grab my clothes and leave, and all I had to do was cook and leave. Nothing happened!"

Wen Shu knew the malice in his words, and she didn't want to get entangled with him at the hospital so early in the morning. "Mr. Li, where are you going now?"
"What? You want to tell me where I go? You're my assistant, who do you think you are? Aren't you being a little too nosy?"
"Mr. Li, you've misunderstood. I was just asking a question."
"Then remember this from now on: don't ask a single question you shouldn't ask!"
Wen Shu nodded: "Yes."
The driver brought the car over, opened the door, and Li Duo got in.
Wen Shu stood by the roadside without moving. The driver glanced at her, and seeing that she didn't move, he closed the car door and got back into the car.
"Let's go to the company!"
The car drove off quickly. Wen Shu stood there and watched the car leave before heading to the bus stop.
Lin Jingyu's assistant stood behind the pillar and waited for Wen Shu to leave before turning back to the ward.
"Miss Lin, I feel that Wen Shu... has some issues with President Li..."
The assistant glanced at Lin Jingyu cautiously.
"What's wrong?" Lin Jingyu was holding a bowl of bird's nest soup and taking small sips.

The assistant frowned, looking worried: "She even took out a knife last night. If I hadn't heard the noise, it would have been a disaster. She managed to defuse the situation so easily; it's terrifying!"
