After the two returned from their trip, Zhao Qingyun went back to work, while Xu Lai was busy with matters at the oil mill.
The two never saw each other all day, only meeting after get off work.
Xu Lai had nothing to do that day, so she invited Zheng Yuan and Xie Meiling over to play, and also invited Xia Ning. The group played mahjong together.
Zheng Yuan's baby has been born and is now eight or nine months old. The baby is very cute and affectionate, and doesn't cry no matter who holds him.

Valentine's Day is here again. Xu Lai woke up feeling nauseous. She had eaten barbecue with Xia Ning last night and thought it was because she ate undercooked meat, which made her stomach feel uncomfortable.
In the afternoon, Zhao Qingyun called, "Don't let the housekeeper cook tonight. I'll come back and pick you up, and we'll go out to eat."
Xu Lai lay on the bed, not wanting to move. "Um, I'm not feeling well today."
Upon hearing this, Zhao Qingyun rushed home. Xu Lai had just returned after vomiting and was somewhat surprised to see him. "Isn't it still before the end of the workday?"

Xu Lai pulled out the form and said, "I'm pregnant."
Zhao Qingyun said "Oh," then realized what she meant, "What did you say?"
Xu Lai waved the test results, "I'm pregnant! You're going to be a father."
Zhao Qingyun snapped out of his daze and suddenly laughed. Xu Lai thought he was so happy he was crazy. She was about to tease him when she looked up and saw tears in the corners of his eyes.
Xu Lai interpreted this as a child born in her old age, and couldn't help but cry.
If you do the math, Zhao Qingyun is already 32 years old this year (by Chinese reckoning). By the time the child is born, he'll be almost 33, which would make him an old man in his thirties.
He kissed Xu Lai's lips. "Congratulations, you're going to be a mother soon."
She suffered terribly in the early stages of her pregnancy, vomiting everything she ate. Zhao Qingyun watched her get thinner and thinner and couldn't help but worry. Sometimes he would regret his decision to have a child.
During the summer vacation, she had no time to take care of the orchard and handed it over to Xu Shen to manage.
Her appearance in the video caught the attention of fans, who asked her if she was pregnant.
