Xu Yueqing didn't even bother to look at him.
She just wanted to get away from the flies.
But just as she raised her foot, Xu Yingluo reached out to stop her.

"Professor Chen's team is recruiting new members today. No one is more qualified for this position except Luo Luo!"
The few friends behind him immediately joined in the fun.
"That's right! Xu Yueqing, when you asked me this, I thought you were some big shot in the research institute! After all this time, aren't you just a part-timer?"
The yellow-haired man screamed again and looked at her wantonly.
"What part-time job? I think it must have been taken care of by some wealthy sponsor! Did you bring him here specifically to broaden your horizons?"
The word "financial sponsor" was like a heavy hammer hitting Jiang Chejin's heart.
His face suddenly became so gloomy that water seemed to drip out of it.
A cold gaze, like a knife, scraped towards the outspoken yellow-haired man.
The yellow-haired man shrank his neck when he was looked at by him, but still shrugged his shoulders indifferently.
Everyone in the circle knew that Jiang Chejin had never cared about Xu Yueqing during those eight years. He just treated her as a bed-warming tool that could be called upon and dismissed at will.
Why are you pretending to be innocent now?
Jiang Chejin ignored the others, he took a step forward, approached Xu Yueqing, and spoke in a commanding tone.
"Everyone here is a prominent figure today. This is not the place for you."
"No matter what kind of part-time job you've taken, reject it now and go back immediately!"
Xu Yueqing looked at him, who was eager to distance himself from the matter, and found it ridiculous.
