Chapter 44 New Member

Chapter 44 New Member

Professor Chen stopped and looked back at her, his eyes full of encouragement.

He raised his hand and pushed open the door.

There was a slight squeak.

The moment the door opened, Xu Yueqing looked up.

The office is large, with bright windows and clean desks. Dense streams of data are flashing on several top-of-the-line computer screens.

And by the window, there were four people standing.

As she looked over, the four gazes, like searchlights, were fixed on her.

Professor Chen seemed not to notice the momentary stagnation in the air. She walked happily to the middle of the office, with her arms open like a patriarch presenting a treasure.

He first looked at the four people, then solemnly led his hand to Xu Yueqing behind him.

"Come on, everyone! Stop what you're doing!"

"Let me introduce it to you all!"

His voice is loud.

"This is the last and most important core researcher in our team—"

"Xu Yueqing!"

Professor Chen's proud voice of Xu Yueqing was like a stone that hit the overly quiet office.

Professor Chen walked forward cheerfully and began his formal introduction.

He first pointed to the man on the far left who was about thirty years old.

"This is Fang Tao, the anchor of our team. He's responsible for the overall architecture and algorithm optimization. His work is just like him: steady!"

Xu Yueqing's gaze fell over. Fang Tao was wearing a neatly ironed white coat and a pair of frameless glasses. His eyes behind the lenses were as calm as water. He had no extra expression, just nodded at Xu Yueqing.

"This guy," Professor Chen turned his hand to the cheerful-looking young man next to Fang Tao. "Zhou Xuan, the happy pill of our team. Don't be fooled by his cheerful smile all day long. When it comes to processing data, his eyes are sharper than anyone else's!"

Zhou Xuan was not tall and a little fat. When he smiled, his eyes narrowed into slits. He grinned at Xu Yueqing and waved his hand, looking non-aggressive.

Next, it was the feminine-looking man next to Zhou Xuan.

"Ouyang Hua specializes in image recognition and neural networks. He's responsible for the most challenging parts of our project."

Xu Yueqing's eyes met his.

This man was indeed more delicate than a woman, with translucent white skin, but his phoenix eyes were slightly tilted upwards, and there was no warmth in his eyes. Instead, they were like knives tempered with ice, stabbing straight at him, bringing a sense of oppression.

He didn't nod or smile, but just opened his thin lips and uttered two words.

"Oh? Really?"

Xu Yueqing's heart skipped a beat, but he remained calm.

She knew that this kind of person was the most difficult to deal with.

Finally, Professor Chen's gaze fell on the girl in the corner with pink hair, who was typing on the keyboard with her head down and concentrating.

"Wang Shuangshuang is the youngest genius on our team. She's only 20 years old. Every single computer here is under her control."

Wang Shuangshuang didn't even look up, but she typed the code faster, and the crackling sound of the keyboard was like her silent declaration.

After a few seconds, she lifted her eyelids impatiently and glanced at Xu Yueqing as if she was looking at an outdated antique, with a look in her eyes that clearly said: That's it?

The air seemed to freeze again.

The styles of these four people are very distinct.

After listening to the introduction, Professor Chen clapped his hands, full of energy.

"Alright! Starting today, our Smart Medical team is officially complete!"

"With everyone working together, I believe the current bottleneck in cardiac lesion identification rates can be resolved quickly!"
