Nan Sheng followed Yin Han to the school gate.
"Yin Han, wait for me! I just rejected him. I don't know him."
"It's none of my business." Yin Han quickened his pace.
“Okay, it’s none of your business, but it’s my business. I want to explain it to you.” Nan Sheng grabbed his hand this time.
Yin Han was somewhat moved by her doting words.
Was she really not trying to tease him?
"puppy!"
"Brother! What brings you here?" Nan Sheng was delighted to see Su Chuanlin walking towards them. With her brother here, Yin Han should be able to have dinner with them, right?
After all, Yin Han used to enjoy talking to her brother, besides her.
She subconsciously let go of Yin Han's hand, ran two steps forward, and wanted to quickly pull Su Chuanlin's hand over, but when she turned around after reaching him, she found that he was gone.
The surroundings were empty; Yin Han's figure had long since vanished.
"Yin Han, Yin Han?"
Nan Sheng panicked and hurriedly ran in the direction behind her. She was planning to follow him to his part-time job!
But then someone lifted him up: "Was that Yin Han just now? Stop calling him. He left when you let him go."
Su Chuanlin didn't recognize Yin Han just now.
Nan Sheng immediately deflated like a punctured balloon: "It's all your fault! Why did you come to me? I could have known he was in contact with more people!"
"..." So it was his fault for kindly picking someone up to go out for dinner?
"Alright, alright, let's go eat. I'll send the address to your phone later."
Su Chuanlin released the person.
Upon hearing this, the person who was about to cry just a second ago suddenly burst into laughter: "I should have done this a long time ago! Come on, come on, I'm hungry."
"..."
It's confirmed; girls can change their minds faster than flipping through a book.
Although they said they were having a meal, Nan Sheng left halfway through. The reason was that Su Chuanlin had sent her Yin Han's part-time job address after finding it, and she wanted to rush over to his side immediately.
Su Chuanlin was left staring at the table full of food, unsure of where to begin...
If things are like this before we're even together, what will happen in the future?
Half an hour later, Nan Sheng arrived at the car repair shop where Yin Han worked, based on the address sent by Su Chuanlin.
Nan Sheng only then realized that Yin Han worked two jobs every day after school, and on weekends he not only didn't rest, but also worked three jobs at the same time.
Will my body be able to recover?
And did he always live like this in his previous life?
She stood on the side of the road, looking at the car repair shop sign with blue lettering across the street, or more accurately, at a figure inside.
He kept crawling in and out of the car, while his colleagues chatted and talked amongst themselves. He continued working on his own tasks.
Nan Sheng turned around and went into the supermarket, bought a bottle of milk, a bag of cream puffs, and a box of washed cherries, and then walked across the street.
Yin Han loves dairy products, and cherries are her favorite.
As soon as Nan Sheng reached the door, Wang Dali spotted her with sharp eyes and immediately greeted her with a smile: "Hello, beautiful lady, is there anything I can help you with?"
"No, I'm here to find someone."
Nan Sheng looked inside.
Wang Dali turned around and looked at the other workers, who were also looking towards the door. They saw a beautiful young woman, whom they didn't recognize, but they hoped she was there to see them.
Seeing that no one reacted, and wondering how such a well-behaved-looking girl could know these kids, Wang Dali said in a friendly manner, "Looking for someone? Look, I only have a few people here, you probably don't know anyone here, right?"
Nan Sheng smiled and pointed to one of the cars: "I'm here to find Yin Han. He's under the car right now."
Nan Sheng's voice wasn't loud, so much so that Yin Han, who was focused on repairing the car from under it, didn't even notice.
A hint of inquiry flashed in Wang Dali's eyes: "Oh, it's Xiao Han. Wait a minute, I'll call him out now."
"Hey, no need, I'll just sit here and wait for him." Nan Sheng pointed to the seat next to her.
Since she had said so, Wang Dali didn't insist. He told her to sit wherever she wanted and then walked away to the side.
As Nan Sheng sat down, she could vaguely see Yin Han working under the car, and her eyes began to sting again.
Since her rebirth, every side of Yin Han she has seen has broken her heart. They could have lived a good life together, but because of her ignorance and foolishness, he suffered so much later on.
After sitting for an unknown amount of time, Nan Sheng finally saw Yin Han squeezing out. Before he could even stand up straight, Yin Han saw a familiar gaze. Their eyes met, and she looked at him with a smile.
Yin Han's body trembled suddenly, but he quickly regained his composure. Thinking that he had seen Su Chuanlin after school, he guessed why she had come here.
Feeling the girl's gaze on him, he gripped the wrench in his hand tighter, his eyes dimmed, and the light in his eyes gradually turned gray until they became gloomy.
Does she find him even more disgusting and filthy?
Then why don't you leave quickly!
Just as Yin Han was about to lower his head and not look at her, the girl's head suddenly appeared on his chest.
She lifted her clean, almost perfect face, her smile transforming from a slight upturn to a gentle curve in her eyes: "Yin Han, I brought some of your favorite foods. How about we eat first, and then continue working?"
Nan Sheng knew that he still had an hour and a half left before he finished here.
Yin Han turned his gaze to look at the girl, and seeing her smile, his brows furrowed involuntarily.
"Yin Han? Can we just eat a little bit? Otherwise, I'll keep bothering you."
