32 Chapter 32

32 Chapter 32

Messiah looked around, picked up the plastic toy sword on the sofa, and said seriously, "We can start now."

Robin looked at the comically crude toy sword. Even a good-tempered man like him was irritated by Messiah's playful behavior. "Is this what you're going to use?"

Messiah nodded, made a realistic sword flower with his toy sword, and said with a serious face: "Yes, my weapon."

Robin spread his hands and said helplessly: "Okay, okay, then I won't use the props."

I don't want to bully children.

Robin took a few steps back to create some distance, puffed out his chest and bowed like a knight in a duel, then smiled brightly at Messiah: "I'm going to do it."

Messiah held the toy sword and clumsily imitated Robin and bowed, then saw Robin's smile across from him become even brighter.

Robin was amused by Messiah's cute actions, and his hearty laughter echoed throughout the apartment, causing Jason, who was watching, to reveal his mask of pain and subconsciously raise his hands to cover his ears.

The next second, Robin suddenly appeared behind Messiah, flexibly wrapped around Messiah's back, trying to knock Messiah down quickly without hurting him.

So fast. Jason subconsciously opened his eyes wide. He didn't even see when Robin moved. It seemed that Robin was still laughing in the last second, and the next second he was entangled with Messiah.

Before Jason could start to worry about the Messiah, he heard Robin's confused "Huh."

Robin hung on Messiah, staring at Messiah's motionless body in confusion. His idol image made him hold back from grinning, and his arm felt as painful as if it had hit a body of steel.

Is this reasonable?

Robin looked at his body, which was more than a size larger than the Messiah's, and almost thought he had bumped into a Kryptonian.

Messiah quietly floated off the ground and lifted Robin off his back like a little bird. Robin quickly broke free from Messiah's hand, did a backflip in mid-air and landed lightly on the ground.

Robin looked Messiah in the eyes, pretending not to notice Messiah's feet dangling in the air, and smiled without changing his expression, as if nothing had happened.

He heard Jason's suppressed laughter next to him and almost couldn't hold back the expression on his face. What do you know, you little brat? This is called tactical neglect. It's a win-win situation that saves face for both him and Messiah.

Robin's smile grew even brighter, and he decided to teach Jason a lesson after the meeting.

Messiah landed quietly on the ground. He also heard Jason's suppressed laughter and mistakenly thought that his brother was making fun of his behavior of flying because he was not tall enough.

Bad brother. Messiah puffed up his cheeks childishly. He never wanted to talk to his brother again.

Jason was trying to hold back his laughter when he sneezed twice for no apparent reason and almost choked himself.

So far, neither Robin nor Messiah had taken it seriously. One was just testing the waters and wanting to play with the child, while the other was just going along with the idea. There wasn't even a hint of a fight between the two.

Until the aura around Messiah changed, he looked at Robin intently, with the tip of his toy sword pointing directly at Robin.

He wanted to end this quickly and didn't want to be laughed at by his brother again.

Messiah was clearly holding a ridiculous plastic toy sword, but as his aura changed, the plastic toy sword seemed to turn into a sharp silver blade.

Robin's smile faded, and when he sensed the change in Messiah, he also became serious.

But Messiah was too fast. Before Robin could take out the weapon from his universal belt, the blade was already in front of him and cut Robin's arm with great momentum.

Messiah chopped down without hesitation. Robin's stunned face was reflected in his emotionless golden eyes, and the sharp murderous intent almost stung Robin's skin.

Robin was startled and felt a tearing pain in his arm. The pain was so severe that he almost thought he had lost his arm. However, when he subconsciously covered his shoulder, he found that his arm was still intact.

Messiah grasped the toy sword in his backhand and touched the tip of the sword to Robin's unprotected throat.

The next second, the murderous aura on Messiah disappeared and he turned harmless again.

"You're dead." Messiah tilted his head. "Is it over?"

Messiah held the toy sword against Robin's throat. His short arms and legs did not allow him to maintain his cool and calm appearance. He had to stand on tiptoe and stretch his arms to allow the toy sword to touch Robin's neck.

But fortunately, no one noticed Messiah's embarrassment for the time being.

The domino mask blocked Robin's complicated eyes. Looking at Messiah's cute look of tilting his head to look at him, Robin's mood became even more complicated.

"Go on." Robin said without hesitation. After just two short moves, he felt a familiar trace in Messiah's swordsmanship.

That was definitely a move he was particularly familiar with, otherwise he wouldn't have noticed it so quickly.

What is it exactly?

The calmness in Messiah's eyes was replaced by coldness, and his bright golden eyes seemed to carry a sharp and cold chill.

Robin looked at Messiah with eyes that only seemed more familiar.

"Okay." Messiah nodded, "Then continue."

Robin nimbly dodged the tip of Messiah's sword, tapped his universal belt with his fingertips, and pulled out a grappling gun as if by magic, aiming at the back of Messiah and shooting it out.

Messiah had no intention of dodging and let the grappling spear brush past his cheek. Robin smiled slightly and flipped into the air with the force of the grappling spear.

The grappling gun seemed to have magic in Robin's hand, firmly blocking Messiah's legs. Robin fell from the air and used gravity to accelerate and repel Messiah.

Robin learned from his previous lesson, gave up brute force and used joint techniques to lock Messiah's body, knocking Messiah to the ground.

"Alright." Robin sat on Messiah, clamped Messiah's sword-holding wrist, and smiled proudly. "You've probably never seen this move before, right? So, do you want to join Robin's little lesson?"

Messiah's strength made Robin forget the age gap between them, and he couldn't help but reach out and pinch Messiah's soft baby fat.

It was so chewy, just like he had imagined.

Robin let go and watched Messiah's cheeks bounce up and down, his smile growing even brighter.

Messiah looked at Robin who was sitting on him with an expressionless face, and a hint of anger could be seen on his tense face.

Jason's fists hardened as he rushed forward angrily, ready to pull Robin away: "Get lost! How can you be a hero if you bully a child?"

As a brother-con, Jason was so self-righteous in his double standards, but his brother broke free from Robin's blockade before he could intervene.

Messiah used the strength of Robin's hand to break the connection of his wrist joint, and his dislocated wrist easily escaped Robin's grip, and then he kicked Robin away.

He climbed up from the ground with an expressionless face, reattached the dislocated joint, moved his right hand twice after regaining its strength, and gripped the toy sword again.

Messiah had a barely perceptible murderous look on his face: "Continue."

Robin covered his stomach and took a step back, his smile awkwardly frozen on his face. After hearing Jason's words, he realized belatedly that Messiah was only five years old.

I sat on a kid who was a full ten years younger than me? Robin thought bitterly, Dick, Dick, what are you doing?

Robin only had time to blame himself for a short while before the sharp sword energy came crashing down on him. Messiah chased after Robin with murderous intent. Robin, knowing he was in the wrong, was obviously in pain from the sword attack, but he did not resist anymore and just ran away with his head in his hands.

Fight me, fight me, this is what I deserve. Robin thought with a smile, at least Messiah's moves have increased, and he also recognized the moves Messiah used.

Assassin's League, why are you here again?

Robin's unintentional action aggravated Messiah's anger, and the anger bar in Messiah's heart continued to rise. This was the first time he experienced the feeling of anger.

"Don't be angry, I was wrong."

Robin scrambled to avoid Messiah's increasingly powerful blows. "How about I let you pinch it back? Look, my face is pretty pinchable too."

Messiah chopped harder.

This familiar feeling of powerlessness made Robin feel as if he had returned to those nights when he hid in the corner, covered his ears, and watched Bruce and Talia's love affair in pain.

I hate you, League of Assassins. Robin watched Messiah split the floor tiles, almost unable to imagine what would happen if the sword hit him. Why did the League of Assassins lead children astray?

In the Assassin's League laboratory, Talia, who was observing the progress of cell fusion in the culture dish, suddenly felt an inexplicable chill, and the fusing cells also trembled inexplicably.

After Messiah destroyed the coffee table, Jason looked at Messiah who was still chasing Robin and hacking him, and then looked at Robin with a bruised face, and the anger bar in his heart finally exploded.

Looking at the messy ruins of the living room, Jason's forehead veins jumped and he rushed forward to separate the two of them.

"That's enough!" Jason yelled at Robin and Messiah equally, "Either get out of here and fight, or clean up the living room!"

Messiah's anger died down instantly. He looked at Jason, who had transformed into a fiery chili pepper, and carefully put down the toy sword in his hand.

Robin smiled ingratiatingly at Jason and nodded repeatedly with his bruised face. At this moment, Jason's figure became extremely tall in his eyes.

Under Jason's command, Messiah and Robin began to clean up with dust all over their faces. During the process, Messiah tried several times to use his ability to restore the living room to its original state, but was stopped by Jason's stern eyes.

Messiah was walking around dejectedly. When Robin asked, "Can I pay with money?" and was scolded by Jason, he couldn't help but reveal a gloating expression.

Robin was squatting on the ground, feeling depressed, picking up the broken pieces of the coffee table. He didn't understand why it turned out like this. Where was his dignity as a mentor?

It was agreed that he was the mentor and they were the apprentices, and they had to obey his orders. Robin was angrily ordered around by Jason. What kind of mentor would be like this?

A few streets away, the robber who was being beaten by Batman looked at Batman in horror as he suddenly laughed.

Bats are crazy!
