Chapter 100· Chapter 100
If there were a fanatical believer in God standing here, he would certainly be angry about the Messiah's offense against the Most High God.
But the Most High God did not mind the Messiah’s attitude, or rather, He did not care.
"Messiah." The voice of the Supreme God seemed to come from the horizon. "You must have heard the legend of Satan on earth. He is also my child, your brother."
Lucifer was once the angel closest to God in heaven, but he became arrogant because of his excessive pride. After trying to rebel against God, he was expelled from heaven, fell into hell, and became Satan, the lord of hell.
Messiah had certainly heard of Lucifer's story. Bruce's colleague Constantine had an ambiguous relationship with Lucifer, and Constantine...
Thinking of Constantine, Messiah was suddenly stunned. He recalled how Constantine avoided him every time he saw him. No matter which world he was in, Constantine's attitude had never changed.
It turns out that there were signs of his identity long ago.
Messiah pursed his lips, but he was too stupid to notice it until the last moment.
The omniscient and omnipotent Supreme God seemed unaware of the Messiah's awkward pause: "Lucifer fell from heaven for his arrogance. Your other brothers, although not fallen from heaven, are also arrogant enough."
"Arrogance makes angels look down on us and makes us look down on us like dirt."
Messiah's breath hitched.
He suddenly looked up at the Supreme God. The brilliant golden halo almost hurt his eyes, but he refused to look away.
"So you granted me human identity to curb my arrogance." The Messiah gazed at the Most High God. "I will recognize humans as my own kind and will not be so arrogant as to regard them as dust."
The Lord, whom you cannot look directly at, smiled and said, “Yes.”
Messiah had thought he was almost free from desire, but the emotions burning in his heart at this moment told him that it was just an illusion.
"So, making me view the human world as a game is to prevent me from being too empathetic to humans and being unwilling to fulfill my mission."
The Sovereign Lord smiled and said, “Yes and no.”
"My child, you should not consider your mission the most important thing," said the Most High God. "Even if it is not completed, it is of no importance."
"Humanity makes you weak."
Messiah repeated in a low voice: "Insignificance? Weakness?"
Upon realizing his identity, the Messiah remembered the mission he had been instilled with, and it never occurred to him that it would be called insignificant.
The multiverse is composed of the positive matter universe and the antimatter universe. The positive matter universe and the antimatter universe maintain a balance of light and darkness, always maintaining the tone that justice will prevail over evil, keeping the entire multiverse in a stable and orderly state.
In the universe forged by the World Forger, the stable universe will emerge as one of the normal multiverses, while the unstable universe will be destroyed. The World Forger will use the residual energy after their destruction to continue to forge new universes.
But after the World Forger was killed by his pet Barbatos, Barbatos left behind the unstable universes that were supposed to be destroyed and allowed them to develop into a new collection of dark multiverses.
The sudden emergence of the dark multiverse broke the balance between the matter universe and the antimatter universe, making the multiverse precarious.
As the creator of the multiverse, the Supreme God created a new creature after discovering that the multiverse was on the verge of destruction. He named him the Messiah and gave him supreme power and the mission to save the multiverse.
This is the origin of the Messiah. He is the savior of the multiverse created by the Supreme God. The "game worlds" that the Supreme God put him into are actually the dark multiverse.
Therefore, in the promotion of the "game", there is the statement "This is a world destined to be destroyed."
"The destruction of the multiverse is also... insignificant...?"
Jehovah smiled, detached from the world. "Rebuilding the multiverse is not difficult. You don't have to worry too much about fulfilling your mission. Your brothers are awaiting your return. They have long been waiting for your return."
The Messiah stared at the Most High God in a daze, and recalled the stories in the Bible.
“When the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great on the earth, he declared that he would send a flood to destroy all living creatures under heaven, all flesh and breath of life. Everything would die.”
If God cared about the survival of the world, he would not have unconditionally destroyed everything with a flood.
The Messiah fell silent, not knowing how to respond to the words of the Most High God.
He suddenly realized why in the "game", there is "save or destroy, or watch, the power of choice is in your hands."
The Supreme God does not care about the survival of the multiverse, let alone the dark multiverse that is doomed to destruction. Therefore, it does not matter whether the Messiah chooses to destroy the world, save the world, or become a bystander.
If the Messiah destroys the world, it will be a successful destruction of a dark multiverse, weakening the darkness that overwhelms the light.
If the Messiah saves the world, the dark multiverse will be purified and then rise to become a normal universe, with darkness weakened and light strengthened.
Therefore, whether the Messiah chooses to save or destroy, he is saving the multiverse.
And if the Messiah chooses to stand by and let the dark multiverse continue to develop, the multiverse will be destroyed.
After the destruction of the multiverse, the Supreme God will create a new world, so it doesn't matter even if the Messiah chooses to watch.
The Messiah stared at the Most High God in a daze, and he felt as if his eyes were burned by the dazzling light of the halo.
If his eyes had not been burned by the glory of the Most High God, how could he have wanted to shed tears?
Jehovah, the Creator of all things, smiled and said, "My child, I have answered your confusion. You now have the choice."
"You can leave the dark multiverse and return to the eternal heaven to be with your brothers in heaven."
The Most High God said, "You may stay, but if human weakness ever affects your flawless holiness, you will never be able to return to Heaven."
“Pride is a sin, and so is excessive persistence.”
God loves the world yet He does not love the Father, and yet He loves me, not me.
And I...
The Messiah looked at the Most High God and had already come up with the answer in his heart.
He has long been free from all ties in the world, so what if he returns to heaven and spends eternity with angels he has never met?
"good."
The Messiah looked elegant and peaceful—if only he hadn’t shed the physiological tears caused by the light of the Most High God.
"After killing Barbatos and returning the dark multiverse to normal orbit, I will return to heaven and be with my Father and brothers forever."
The Most High God smiled.
As omniscient and omnipotent as He is, He had already seen the future and the Messiah's choice.
"It is not necessary. My child, your heart is crying." The Supreme God said calmly, "I am your father, not a cruel tyrant."
Just as God left behind Noah's Ark when the world was destroyed by the flood, the same is true of the "love" of the Supreme God for His creation and children.
The Messiah did not respond to the words of the Most High God, and that tear had long since evaporated into the air.
"Supreme Heavenly Father, Most Holy and Pure Jehovah, I offer you everything I have and thank you for all you have given me," the Messiah said. "Praise you, Lord God!"
While praising the Most High God, many different faces and figures flashed through the Messiah's mind. Finally, those figures disappeared in the brilliant golden light, leaving only an endless expanse of pure white.
The Messiah set out without hesitation to fulfill his birthright.

I'm so stuck that I want to die [heartbroken] Fortunately, I have finished writing the decryption part, I guess I won't be stuck again in the future hehehe
I found that my luck with commissions has been really bad recently. I asked for the cover of Alluka's book three times and failed three times. In the end, the one I could use was actually the rough sketch I put up at the beginning as a temporary cover [changed]
