This year's final exams were taken very seriously by the entire university, with all eyes focused on the 2018 cohort of Economics and Business School students. Each exam room was invigilated by three teachers, and before the exams began, a dedicated teacher stood guard at the door to check for any students carrying cheat sheets or writing answers on their arms.
"It's all over, it's all over, it's all over." Meng Shen threw all the cheat sheets into the trash can with a bitter expression: "Every year the school turns a blind eye, why is it so strict this year? This is almost like the college entrance examination."
Su Li raised her chin, pointed at the girl standing at the door, and said, "To prevent me from cheating."
"Ha, you guys are all just looking for trouble when you have nothing better to do." Meng Shen scoffed. "If you were serious, you could change the top student in the grade."
Wu Pinglan, who was carrying the test papers, overheard this and couldn't help but roll her eyes. Did they think the top student in the grade was a cabbage in a field?

Meng Shen, with one hand in his pocket, defiantly raised his head: "What does the teacher mean?"
Looking at the two good-for-nothing school bullies in front of her, Wu Pinglan said with a sneer, "It's nothing. I'm just reminding Yu that if you're not good at studying, don't stay on campus and continue to harm other students. It's no good for anyone."
"Tsk, the teacher is really meddling." Meng Shen raised an eyebrow and retorted, "I would also like to remind the teacher that if you don't have good character, you shouldn't stay on campus and harm other students."
Wu Pinglan never expected Meng Shen to so bluntly criticize her in front of everyone, accusing her of moral failings. Her face flushed with anger, and she pointed at Meng Shen's nose, saying, "You'd better not fall into my hands... Ah!"

After the exam papers were handed out, Yu Wan first filled in her student ID number on the answer sheet before scanning the papers. There were twenty multiple-choice questions at the beginning, five short-answer questions, and two case analysis questions at the end.
This year's questions were extremely difficult, full of traps, and it was easy to answer incorrectly if you weren't careful. Wu Pinglan, needless to say, had her eyes practically rolling to the sky, so much so that she didn't even pay attention when she saw Yu Wan filling out the answer sheet completely.
Half an hour before the end of the exam, Yu Wan stopped writing and handed in her paper.
The chief proctor frowned: "Student, would you like to check it again?"
Yu Wan slowly raised her head and said politely, "Thank you, teacher, but no need."
Most teachers prefer well-behaved and polite students, so the chief proctor's expression softened considerably, and his prejudice lessened.
"Paying it sooner or later, or not paying it back, makes no difference," Wu Pinglan couldn't help but sneer.
The chief proctor frowned even more and said critically, "Ms. Wu, this is an examination room. Watch your attitude."
Wu Pinglan's face burned, and she glared at Yu Wan resentfully.
Yu Wan met her gaze with a half-smile, and waved the 2B pencil in her hand.
Wu Pinglan's eye twitched, and she immediately felt the pain in the back of her hand again.
As soon as Yu Wan turned on her phone after leaving the exam room, several messages appeared on the screen.
[Old Man Yu: Daughter, good luck on your exam. Relax, no matter how you do, you'll always be Dad's most beloved daughter. When you come home after your last exam, Dad will personally cook you a pot of chicken soup to help you recover.]
[Teacher Rong: Just do your best, leave the rest to the teacher. Don't feel pressured.]

The last message indicated that five minutes earlier, someone seemed to have anticipated that she would hand in her paper early.
