Qiu Hu answered truthfully, "I bought it a few days ago while shopping. It was from a store called WONDERLAND BY NIGHT. The clothes were quite nice."
Lian Zhi was more surprised. "WONDERLAND BY NIGHT? It's Jiajia's shop! Oh, what a coincidence! That's great!" Lian Zhi clapped her hands in delight. She had been worried about the relationship between her and her sister-in-law, but now she wasn't. Ning Yijia was the kind of person who would befriend anyone who praised her clothes. "This is the first time I've ever pursued someone."
Sure enough, Qiu Hu's eyes darted away. "What are you talking about? It's never going to happen."
Ning Yizhan smirked, his eyes filled with emotions that were hard for others to understand. As expected, but still a little annoyed, he grabbed Qiu Hu's chin and retorted, "Heh, how is it impossible? You say it's impossible, so it's impossible. But I love turning the impossible into the possible. Qiu Hu, you just wait and see, don't come crying to me later."
Qiu Hu slapped his hand away, ignored him, opened the car door, got out, and slammed the door shut in one smooth motion. He even rubbed his chin, which had been pinched so hard, and said, "You're always acting like a madman."
The next day, Qiu Hu got up early and took Awan and Ayi to the Qiu Group to attend the board meeting.
When Qiu Hu arrived, the board meeting had already begun. His sudden arrival caused a great deal of discussion among the board members, who were half surprised and half resistant.
Especially Qiu Bing, whose face was contorted with rage, yet still feigning calm, forced a smile, "Ah Hu, you're here at the company. It's a good thing to come and learn..."
Qiu Hu didn't mince words and preferred to get straight to the point. "I'm not here to learn today, but to exercise my rights. I am currently the largest shareholder of Qiu's Group. I demand the removal of Ms. Qiu Bing from her position as vice chairman, and I demand that I take over Ms. Qiu Bing's position." After saying that, he held up the document in his hand. Qiu Bing's eyes flashed with a sharp edge, his anger simmering. "Qiu Hu, don't go too far. What right do you have to dismiss me just like that?" He glanced down at the equity transfer agreement. This old man seemed to have already made his choice. He was biased towards Pacific Securities. Well then, he wouldn't be polite.
Qiu Hu took out another document, saying, "Just because I'm the major shareholder, just because of this document." With that, he slid the document down the table to Qiu Bing.
Qiu Bing opened the file, her pupils dilated in shock, and her hands trembled. This was evidence of how she and Jiang Wenshan had embezzled from the Qiu family business over the years. How did Qiu Hu know about it? If the shareholders found out, they wouldn't even leave a bone behind.
Qiu Bing was deflated. After much consideration, ignoring the questions and surprise of those present, she said, "Fine, I'll resign." She knew that Qiu Hu wouldn't let her off so easily, and might even go to jail. Fortunately, she didn't know about that incident yet.
After saying that, he stormed out of the office.
