Chapter 369 Silver Dragon: Enough is enough! (Long chapter, please vote!)

Under the low, gloomy sky where the wind and snow howled, the silver dragon Edri and the bronze dragon Serena circled several times above Dragon Valley before gracefully folding their large wings and slowly landing at the edge of the training ground at the bottom of the valley.

"Father, Mother."

Deborah walked briskly towards them, touching her parents' visors one after the other.

This way of greeting by touching each other symbolizes intimacy in dragon society.

"Good evening, Your Excellency Edley, Your Excellency Serena."

Galos took a deep breath of the cold air, suppressing the restlessness surging within him due to the madness, and nodded slightly in greeting.

His voice was lower and hoarser than usual, as if lava was stuck in his throat.

Silver Dragon Edley's eyes were completely focused on the young Red Iron Dragon in front of him, and the close scrutiny stirred up waves in his heart.

After a period of slumber and a breakthrough in life level.

At this point, Garus, from its majestic dragon head to its powerful dragon tail, had grown to over twenty-three meters in length.

Although it is still slightly shorter than the Silver Dragon, its incredible muscle size and rugged, ferocious body structure make its overall visual impact completely surpass that of Edley.

Thick, hard scales, dangerous wings, and a spear-blade-like tail.

Every part of the body was sharp and piercing, which terrified the dragon.

If other metal dragons, unaware of the situation, were to see Garus for the first time, they might immediately judge him as an extremely evil dragon due to his fierce and violent appearance.

Some people either believe he is so terrifying that he cannot be spared and call for his execution.

Some believe that this dragon is extremely fierce and should not be provoked, so they call on their friends and accomplices to fight and kill it.

The silver dragon's sharp gaze finally settled on Garos's face.

"This little brat seems a bit different, apart from his size."

Silver Dragon's gaze finally settled on Galos's eyes. He sensed something different about him, but couldn't pinpoint exactly what it was because he hadn't spent much time with Galos and their interactions were limited. He couldn't discern anything in a short time, but he had a vague feeling about it.

at the same time.

Silver Dragon also noticed the bloodshot veins in Garos's eyes, which were wrapped around his pupils like a spider web.

Based on common sense, this is usually a sign of excessive mental strain and lack of sufficient rest, which means that the competitive state will inevitably be greatly reduced.

"Very good, this will allow me to be more composed in the upcoming sparring match."

Silver Dragon's heart stirred slightly, but his face maintained its elegant expression.

Instead of eagerly bringing up his long-awaited idea of a friendly competition, he turned his attention to his beloved daughter.

"Deborah, when do you plan to return to Maple Valley? Are you planning to stay in Dragon Valley until your coming-of-age ceremony?"

"Don't forget, this is ultimately not your lair, not your home."

Silver Dragon said with a stern face.

"Oh, now that Garus has awakened safely, I plan to return to visit you in the next few days."

The Crimson Silver Dragon chuckled as he answered, then changed the subject: "However, the Steel Burning Fortress always reserves the most comfortable room for me, spacious and bright, with an excellent view."

"Garos himself promised that he could keep me in as long as I wanted."

Hearing Deborah's melodious laughter, which was as sweet as a wind chime, the silver dragon remained silent for a full three seconds. The surrounding air seemed to freeze due to his emotions, and the temperature plummeted.

"is that so?"

He turned to the red iron dragon and asked coldly.

"Well, if Lord Edley doesn't mind the simplicity of this place, you are welcome to stay here permanently."

Galo calmly met the silver dragon's scrutinizing gaze.

He then politely glanced at the elegant bronze dragon and added, "The same goes for Lady Serena; my territory is vast enough to accommodate many more distinguished guests."

His voice was unusually low, with a slight panting sound as he spoke.

Given Yinlong's usual keenness and composure, he should have noticed these unusual signs much earlier, but now he was somewhat angry and his focus was not on this aspect.

"With such a magnificent fortress, my dear, not to mention our precious daughter."

The bronze dragon Serena swayed her long tail and said, "Even I'm tempted to stay here for a while and experience some different scenery."

Click, click.

Centered on the silver dragon, water molecules in the air instantly condensed into fine ice crystals and snowflakes, the temperature plummeted below freezing, and even exhaled breath condensed into white mist in the air.

Listening to his daughter and partner's endless chatter, Edley felt a surge of intense urge to teach the young red iron dragon in front of him a lesson, in order to vent the frustration churning in his chest.

However, his pride and sense of face as an elder prevented him from making such a direct request for a friendly match.

"We need to come up with a way that is both respectable and effective."

Silver Dragon glanced at Red Iron Dragon out of the corner of his eye, his mind racing as he considered various ways to phrase his words.

Meanwhile, the rapidly dropping temperatures around him made Galus feel increasingly uncomfortable and irritable.

Although he has a fairly good resistance to the cold, the Red Iron Dragon's bloodline instinctively abhors this icy environment.

More importantly, Dragon Nest is his territory, the kingdom he painstakingly built.

As a guest, Silver Dragon naturally treated him with hospitality. However, the fact that Silver Dragon allowed himself to freely change the environment made Galos feel that his authority had been blatantly challenged.

The blood vessels in his eyes had silently increased a few more, like burning flames spreading in his pupils.

"My anger level is steadily rising, and it's starting to erode my rational judgment."

Galos suddenly became alert, realizing the unusual fluctuation in his own emotions.

He was extremely agitated, his claws itching, yearning to tear something apart to vent his nameless rage. After his gaze lingered on the snow for a moment, it finally settled firmly on the slender body of the silver dragon, Edley.

"It seems Deborah's father is deliberately trying to intimidate me again."

Galos thought to himself, "However, I can use him to vent my pent-up anger."

Silver Dragon Edri and Red Dragon Gorsas are both mature dragons with similar life levels.

While Edley may not be a match for Mad Gorsas, he is certainly a seasoned and formidable opponent, capable of withstanding his outbursts.

Just then, the silver dragon turned its gaze back, and the two eyes met in the air.

The moment their eyes met, the icy expression on Edley's face melted away, revealing a warm smile. He spoke in a persuasive tone, "Within the Raging Dragon Domain, many juvenile metal dragons live under its protection. Among them are many with pure bloodlines and exceptional talents, the best of their generation."

"but."

He changed the subject, his eyes revealing genuine admiration: "Compared to you, Garos, the young metal dragons of this generation in the Raging Wave Dragon Domain are far inferior in both spirit and strength."

"The speed and extent of your growth and transformation over the years have truly surprised and amazed me."

He planned to use this friendly conversation to gradually and subtly guide the young and impetuous red iron dragon into the trap.

"Lord Edley, you are absolutely right. I also feel that my strength has improved by leaps and bounds during this period."

Hong Tielong suddenly spoke, his tone straightforward and sharp, like a drawn sword: "Forgive my bluntness, but a dragon in his prime like you is probably no longer a match for me. I sincerely hope to have a friendly spar with you to verify this idea."

He added, "Please rest assured, considering your relative lack of practical experience, I will hold back appropriately and will definitely exercise restraint to avoid embarrassing you too much."

Under the continued influence of the Mad Fire, Galos's words became sharp and aggressive.

Across from him, listening to Red Iron Dragon's outrageous remarks, Silver Dragon's eyes widened slightly, and its elegant long neck unconsciously stretched forward a little.

Wait a minute, why do these arrogant lines sound so familiar?

This was clearly a statement he had prepared to provoke the other party!

Am I hallucinating because I'm angry?

Yinlong even doubted his hearing at first.

When he came to his senses, the warm smile on his face had completely disappeared, replaced by an icy coldness, and his voice was sharp: "Garos, failing to recognize the true difference in strength is an extremely foolish and dangerous thing."

"You want to spar with me? Fine, very well."

"I will let you experience firsthand the insurmountable gap between a young dragon and a mature dragon!"

He slowly stepped back a few paces, his broad silver wings unfolding gracefully, assuming an impeccable fighting stance.

The silver dragon said in a deep voice, "You are no longer the teenage dragon you once were, Garos. This time, I will hold nothing back and will use my true spell-like abilities and pathway skills."

He simultaneously cultivated three extraordinary paths.

A mage specializing in ice magic, a potion master skilled in concocting various potions, and an alchemist adept at crafting items.

Ice elemental magic is his foundation and main focus, while his other two support professions have also reached remarkable heights after hundreds of years of dedicated research.

Galus also retreated in sync, his thick, whip-like tail whipping impatiently, carving deep furrows in the snow-covered ground.

A tense atmosphere instantly filled the entire training ground, like the deathly silence before a storm, ready to erupt at any moment.

"Dear Father, perhaps we should just let it go? Let's all try to maintain harmony."

Serena and Deborah, mother and daughter, almost spoke in unison, their voices filled with worry.

However, as they spoke, they exchanged a knowing, sly glance, offering insincere words of dissuasion while simultaneously retreating to a safe distance, giving the two dragons, about to clash, enough room to maneuver.

Most dragons have a fiery, warlike blood flowing through their veins.

Deep down, neither mother nor daughter minded acting as enthusiastic spectators, enjoying this rare internal dragon duel.

"Here, I specially brought some of your favorite glass berries from the Dragon Realm. You can enjoy them while you watch."

Serena took out a huge, soft mat from her spatial artifacts and laid it on the ground. Then, as if by magic, she produced a pile of crystal-clear berries that exuded an enticing sweet fragrance.

"My mother understands me best and loves me the most."

Deborah chuckled and used her nimble tail to curl up a plump berry, then gracefully lay down on the cushion with her mother, eagerly watching the two opposing sides in the center of the arena, anticipating the start of the show.

Just as Serena and her daughter gently bit through the thin, crisp skin of the glass berry on the cushion, before the sweet, cool juice had fully melted on their tongues...

The two powerful dragon mights facing off in the distance had already collided violently.

Buzz—!

A chilling wave swept across the area.

The silver dragon Edley gracefully and calmly spread his wings, and an invisible winter chill instantly spread rapidly outwards from his body like ripples.

The ground froze into a thick layer of ice at a visible speed, with countless sharp icicles breaking through the soil. Moisture in the air was constantly frozen, producing a faint but dense cracking sound.

He made a grasping motion with his dragon claws, his movements elegant.

Ice spikes, radiating extreme cold and with edges as sharp as knives, rapidly condensed around him, hovering in the air, their tips pointing directly at the Red Iron Dragon.

These icicles contain extremely low temperatures.

Even a strong, cold-resistant white dragon would inevitably suffer frostbite if hit head-on.

"Let me witness with my own eyes just how much you've grown to dare utter such arrogant words."

"Silver Dragon said coldly."

His response was a deep, manic dragon roar.

The red-iron dragon moved.

There were no probing attacks, no tactical maneuvers, only the most direct, ferocious, and ruthless frontal assaults.

Sizzle—!

With a loud, piercing crackling sound of electricity, the already exaggerated muscle fibers of the Red Iron Dragon bulged and stretched further, like countless writhing golden snakes coiled around it. Hot steam gushed out from the gaps in its scales, forming a churning white wave of air in the frosty environment.

With each heavy stomp of its enormous claws, it brutally shattered the ice, leaving behind footprints with charred edges that continued to melt away.

His speed exceeded the limits of what the naked eye could perceive, brutally tearing through the frozen air and creating a series of muffled, thunderous sonic booms as he hurtled towards the elegant silver dragon like a burning meteor.

"A reckless fighting style."

Edley scoffed inwardly.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

With a graceful wave of his silver-scaled forepaws, as if conducting an orchestra, sharp ice shards, each carrying a chilling aura, shot out like soldiers on command, blocking all of Garus's possible paths of advance and angles of evasion.

The icicles were moving so fast that they could travel faster than sound could travel.

The piercing, shrill screams that tore through the air finally reached the ears of the onlookers, arriving belatedly as they approached Garus's majestic body.

Since it was difficult to dodge, Galos simply decided not to dodge at all.

His pair of enormous wings suddenly folded forward, like two indestructible shields protecting his head, neck, chest, abdomen, and other vital organs. At the same time, his massive yet agile body made a delicate side turn during the high-speed charge, using his hardest shoulder blades and back, covered with the thickest scales, to meet the oncoming storm of ice shards head-on.

The next instant.

A deafening crash and the sharp crack of ice crystals shattering rang out at the same moment.

The extreme cold energy instantly seeped up like a bone-deep infection.

At a visible speed, a thick, ever-growing layer of ice covered the surface of Galos's protective wings.

The scales on his shoulders and back, which had suffered a direct impact, were struck by the magical ice shards, sending sparks flying wildly. Countless white impact marks and fine, spiderweb-like cracks were left behind, and pale frost was spreading outwards from the point of impact, attempting to freeze his scorching body.

Such power, such a large number of ice spikes fired simultaneously.

If it were an ordinary young dragon, or even some weaker lower-ranking mature dragons, they would probably have been frozen into ice sculptures by now, or seriously injured and unable to fight.

But Galos did not stop there; instead, he let out an even wilder, deep roar.

His wings suddenly spread out, shattering the covering ice shell into a shower of ice shards.

His charge only paused slightly before accelerating again amidst the flying ice shards, his giant claw, imbued with dragon energy and golden lightning, fiercely grabbing at the silver dragon's head.

"What?! Such high ice resistance?"

Edley's pupils suddenly contracted and narrowed, becoming like two thin lines, and for the first time, his composed demeanor wavered.

Although he had anticipated that Garos would be able to withstand this fierce barrage of spells, he did not expect that the impact on the opponent would be so slight, almost negligible.

Clearly, this red iron dragon possesses incredible ice resistance, completely defying the conventional type advantage/disadvantage rule.

Unlike other fire-type dragons, he is not vulnerable to ice magic. Instead, he is able to significantly reduce or even become immune to the slowing and freezing effects of ice skills.

Facing the Red Iron Dragon, there were no fancy moves, just a pure frontal charge relying on strength and speed.

The silver dragon Edri, who always fought elegantly by suppressing enemies from a distance, was forced to abandon his leisurely spellcasting.

His broad wings flapped sharply, creating a gust of icy wind, and he leaped backward, trying to create distance.

At the same time, his forepaws gleamed, and he chanted a concise and effective protective spell in dragon language.

In the blink of an eye, an incredibly thick ice crystal barrier, its surface covered with countless magical runes, was erected out of thin air!

He firmly planted his claws behind the crystal-clear ice wall, like an experienced shield-wielding warrior, holding the [Ice Wall] firmly in front of him as a defense.

boom!

The next moment, Garus's claws slammed solidly into the smooth and thick wall of extreme ice.

Immediately, the wall of extreme ice, harder than even steel, began to groan under the strain.

Spiderweb-like cracks spread wildly and expanded across the entire shield from the point of impact, while the magical runes flowing on the ice wall flickered violently and collapsed one by one.

Ice shards mingled with the blazing crimson dragon energy, scattering and dancing in the air like fireworks, reflecting the two opposing dragon shadows.

The power contained in Garros's claws transmitted through the broken ice wall, causing Edley's arms to go numb and his powerful forelimbs to emit a faint hum.

His body slid backward uncontrollably, carving two deep furrows in the thick ice-covered ground, the ice crystals cracking and splintering under his claws.

"Such terrifying power! This is far beyond the level a young dragon should possess."

Alarm bells rang in Edley's mind, and for the first time, a look of seriousness appeared in his dragon eyes.

The Silver Dragon race is indeed not known for its pure strength.

That is often in comparison to a raging red dragon.

However, as a powerful member of the metal dragons, the silver dragon's strength should not be underestimated.

Even so, he was still unable to confront the young red iron dragon in front of him head-on, and was forced back with just one strike.

This pure suppression of power made him realize that Garos's strength far exceeded conventional understanding.

Galus, having gained the upper hand, did not let the dragon off the hook and pressed his advantage.

He took a sudden step forward, his heavy claws crushing the ice wall debris into dust with a deafening roar. His massive body followed closely, chasing the silver dragon as it flew into the sky to regroup.

Claws tore through the air, dragon wings flapped to create violent gusts of air, and the giant tail swept across like a steel whip.

The entire body of the Red Iron Dragon has been transformed into a deadly weapon.

His attacks were devoid of any fancy moves; each strike was simple and direct, yet contained overwhelming power—purely the allure of numerical values.

Edley was forced into an extremely disadvantageous close-quarters combat quagmire.

His prized ice magic required sufficient casting space and chanting time, but Garos's relentless barrage of attacks gave him no chance to catch his breath.

Silver Dragon can only rely on its superb fighting skills and instant-cast ice shields, ice armor, and ice spikes to maneuver and defend itself in a confined space.

Sizzle—!

Garros's razor-sharp tail narrowly grazed the silver dragon's elegant side, tearing through the newly formed ice armor and sending up a series of dazzling sparks, leaving a deep, bleeding wound on the silver scales.

Bang!

Edri seized the fleeting opportunity, slamming his icy claws into Garus's chest. The chilling frost energy spread rapidly, but this strike, which was enough to severely injure an ordinary dragon, only elicited a more excited growl from the dragon and a more rapid and violent counterattack.

The ice was constantly being shattered and then frozen again, and the air was filled with white mist of rising ice shards and a pungent smell of burning.

Silver Dragon maintained his elegance and swiftness. Under his control, the ice crystals seemed to come alive, sometimes transforming into shields of different shapes to block heavy blows, and sometimes condensing into sharp ice spikes to launch surprise attacks.

However, none of these could truly force Galus to retreat.

This red iron dragon seemed oblivious to pain and injury, responding only with an even fiercer offensive no matter what kind of attack it received.

With each passing second, a new bloodstain would be added to the silver dragon's flawless body.

Garus's cold-burst scales gradually broke off, revealing a deeper black-red body scale underneath, covered with dense battle-hardened patterns that terrified dragons.

Edley had known all along that Garros had battle-hardened markings on his body.

But seeing those dense patterns that almost covered his entire body up close was still unbelievable. They had grown so much; it was hard to imagine how many battles the Red Iron Dragon had gone through to form these patterns.

Bang!

Taking advantage of the moment when Edley was slightly distracted by shock, Garus's giant claw slammed down towards the head of the silver dragon!

This claw shattered three layers of instantly activated, thick ice shields in succession, and finally landed solidly on Edley's cheek.

The silver dragon's slender body was sent flying dozens of meters away by this claw, and broken silver scales mixed with scalding dragon blood splashed in the air, leaving scarlet spots on the snow.

"No...this can't go on!"

Edley shook his slightly dizzy head and couldn't help but grin.

Feeling the burning pain on his face, he finally realized that he had to use his real skills, otherwise he might be caught off guard and lose in this sparring match.

Buzz—!

Just as the red iron dragon roared and charged forward once again, complex and mysterious runic light suddenly shone on the silver dragon's body.

These runes, engraved on specific scales, interlocked and combined with each other, instantly forming a dense array pattern covering most of the body.

Unlike Samantha, who used alchemy to create enhanced heavy armor for herself.

The silver dragon Edri took a different approach, using alchemist skills to refine a portion of his dragon scales into a powerful, one-time-use spell item that could be triggered. Its effects were comparable to a magic scroll, and even more concealed and swift.

Click! Click! Click!

As one gleaming dragon scale after another shattered, the powerful spells sealed within were simultaneously activated, transforming into deadly torrents of ice that swept towards the charging Garos!

Frost rays tore through the sky, carrying absolute low temperatures;

The touch of ice coiled around like a ghost, attempting to freeze the blood;

The frost nova exploded with a roar, creating a violent ice storm in the sky.

A barrage of powerful ice spells rained down on Garos's majestic body, each spell carrying an intense chill, creating a dangerous ice magic domain high in the sky.

The perpetual snow and wind at the border also became an asset to the silver dragon, further enhancing the power of these ice spells.

Under the Silver Dragon's unrestrained and fierce outburst.

Even with Garus's physique and ice resistance, he was forced to retreat continuously, and his momentum came to an abrupt halt.

Thick ice crystals formed on his body, making his movements sluggish.

However, the Silver Dragon's fierce counterattack was far from over.

He spread his broad wings at full force, widening the distance between himself and Garros, and swallowed a variety of potions that had been prepared beforehand.

Immediately afterwards, its silver-scaled claws crossed rapidly in front of its chest, tracing intricate paths, while it chanted complex ancient incantations, each syllable resounding with conviction.

At the same time.

The chill of the entire Dragon Valley seemed to be commanded by a king, frantically converging on the location of Garus. Even the snowflakes drifting in the sky changed their trajectory, surging towards him like iron filings attracted by a magnet.

An enormous, ice-blue magic circle spread out and took shape beneath Garros at an astonishing speed.

The intricate runes flowed within, giving it an extremely dangerous feel.

Permanently frozen ice coffin!

Edley let out a deep and majestic dragon roar, and dozens of dragon scales engraved with runes on his body shattered at the same time, pouring all the stored magical energy into the spell.

As the last syllable fell from his lips, the complex spell was finally completed.

Rumble—!

Centered on Garros, terrifying cold air surged and churned as if it were a tangible substance, and countless ice crystals condensed in the air.

In the next instant, an enormous, semi-transparent ice coffin phantom, engraved with countless freezing runes, appeared out of thin air and sealed the Red Iron Dragon's massive body inside.

Furthermore, the ice coffin is visibly solidifying and becoming increasingly dense and heavy as it transforms from an ethereal form!

This is one of Edley's trump cards.

It is not a single spell, but a composite magic composed of high-level ice magic he personally chanted as its core, combined with auxiliary spells stored in a large number of alchemical dragon scales to provide energy, and precious magic potions that can temporarily enhance magic control and spell strength, and finally, he exerted all his strength to create it.

As long as it is completely solidified.

Any mature dragon of the same level would be frozen inside and suffer severe damage.

In stark contrast to the reckless fighting style of the red dragon Gorsas, which relies entirely on instinct and brute force, the combat wisdom of the magic-based dragon is on full display at this moment.

The three extraordinary paths that Edley pursued were not separate entities.

They work together ingeniously to produce a qualitative change effect where one plus one is greater than two.

The chill emanating from the ice coffin made Serena and Deborah, who were watching from afar, shiver involuntarily.

"It's been a long time since I've seen your father use this trick."

Serena exclaimed softly, "Garos's strength has definitely far exceeded his expectations, making it impossible for him to remain calm; he must now go all out."

Deborah didn't reply immediately. She nervously crushed a crystal-clear glass berry in her hand, oblivious to the sweet juice flowing between her fingers.

But when she thought about how Garus could defeat even that mad Gorsas, her tense nerves relaxed a little.

Inside the gradually solidifying ice coffin.

Galos felt an unprecedented, bone-chilling cold, as if even his thoughts were being frozen. The heavy, oppressive feeling coming from all directions grew stronger and stronger. The scales on his body groaned under the unbearable pressure, and fine cracks gradually appeared, as if they were about to shatter completely at any moment.

Boom boom boom!

Galos condensed an arm made of dragon energy and smashed it fiercely against the inner wall of the ice coffin. However, the ice coffin was exceptionally tough and not only was it not broken, but it also continued to shrink and compress under the continuous infusion of external magical energy, making his space for movement smaller and smaller and the feeling of oppression rapidly intensified.

"As expected of a mature silver dragon, it is indeed formidable."

"During our first sparring session, he was completely holding back, which is why I was lucky enough to injure him."

This intense and exhilarating battle allowed Galos to release a great deal of pent-up anger, making him more rational.

His opinion of Silver Dragon improved.

"Garos, admit defeat."

Adri's cold voice came through the ice coffin: "To force me to use this move, your strength is already comparable to most adult dragons."

"But compared to me, you're still a little lacking."

His response was a series of increasingly loud and urgent muffled sounds.

Thump! Thump! Thump! Thump!

Like the beating of war drums, like the deafening roar of thunder, like a colossal engine running at full power.

A series of strong, powerful heartbeats emanated from the right side of Hong Tielong's chest, echoing within the ice coffin and even reaching the outside world.

Galos let out a long-suppressed low roar and activated his Blood Explosion state without hesitation.

His aura surged again like a volcanic eruption, and intense heat burst forth from his body.

He stretched out his oppressed wings and limbs, his muscles bulging, slowly and firmly opening his body.

Countless dense cracks suddenly appeared on the gradually solidifying ice coffin phantom, and the cracking sound of shattering rang out continuously.

at the same time.

The enormous arm formed by dragon energy overlapped with the arm of the red iron dragon's main body, causing its power to surge instantly.

boom--!

With a deafening explosion, the solid ice crystal barrier was pierced and shattered by the dragon's claws! A huge hole appeared in the ice coffin.

Boom boom boom boom boom—!

Like a ferocious beast breaking free of its cage, Galos shattered the eternally frozen coffin that bound and oppressed him in the most savage and direct way within just a few breaths, turning it into countless glittering ice shards flying everywhere.

The moment these ice shards touched Garus's body, they vaporized and disappeared as if they were snowflakes encountering the blazing sun.

The remains of the eternally frozen ice coffin vanished instantly around the red iron dragon.

His massive body tore through the cold mist, carrying an even more powerful dragon might than before, and like a burning meteor, he charged towards Edley in mid-air once again.

Once the Red Iron Dragon enters its Bloodlust state, it becomes incredibly fast.

Before Edley could create enough distance, the crimson figure had already closed in on the danger zone.

"roar--!!!"

Galos let out a deafening dragon roar, and its giant claws, now imbued with the Star Arm, crackled with raging golden lightning and boiling black and red dragon energy, slammed down fiercely toward Edley's head!

Layer upon layer of icy barriers condensed, only to shatter in an instant.

Edley's face was tense, completely losing the elegance and composure he had at the beginning of the battle.

His large wings flapped wildly as he retreated rapidly.

His dragon claws intertwined and etched in front of him at top speed, constructing a spell; the numerous alchemical dragon scales on his body shattered in response, unleashing a final torrent of icy blue magic; the prepared potion quickly took effect within his body, enhancing his attributes in all aspects; and the protective incantation of ice magic rolled rapidly in his throat.

Ice Mage - Frostbound Mirror!

At the critical moment, the silver dragon Edri finally constructed one of his powerful spells, with dazzling and complex magic runes appearing around his body.

A prism wall composed of countless high-speed rotating hexagonal ice crystals refracting a beautiful, cold light was instantly formed.

It stood impenetrable before Garus's destructive claws.

Moreover, this time it's no longer just about defense.

Those ice crystals, each one enhanced by magic, contain a variety of complex magical effects, including freezing energy, refracting physical and magical attacks, and reflecting damage. They are Edley's trump card defensive spells.

The next moment.

Boom! ...

The molten iron claw slammed heavily into the shimmering prism wall.

Time seemed to freeze at that moment.

Immediately following was a terrifying cracking sound that shook the entire Dragon Valley.

The seemingly indestructible spell, under Garros's giant claws, was like a kaleidoscope of glass struck by a heavy hammer; from the point of impact, countless spiderweb-like cracks spread wildly and shattered.

The Frostbound Mirror, along with the several layers of instant ice shields hastily added by Edley, shattered like a dream under Garros's claw, turning into countless ice crystal powders that had lost all their magical luster and were flying everywhere.

Power! Absolute power!

It pierced through the skill, crushed the complex magic, and shattered the silver dragon's defenses.

"Ugh—!"

Edley was struck as if by a heavy blow; the irresistible impact penetrated the completely shattered defenses and slammed solidly into his dragon arm and chest.

The beautiful silver scales twisted, deformed, and shattered instantly.

Fresh blood gushed out from the gaps in the scales of its mouth, nose, claws, and arms.

The silver dragon felt as if it had been struck head-on by a burning metal mountain, and its proud, strong dragon body groaned in unbearable pain.

His dragon body, like a kite with a broken string, was slammed against the jagged rock wall behind him by this irresistible force.

Boom—!!!

The rock face trembled violently, and large chunks of rock mixed with years of accumulated ice and snow collapsed and tumbled down with a thunderous roar.

Edley was embedded deep into the solid rock, the debris and dust he stirred up spreading out and completely engulfing his figure. Only the radiating, shockingly huge craters on the rock wall and the dragon blood slowly flowing down the rock wall told of the horror of this attack.

"Did I use too much force?"

After unleashing this powerful attack in his Bloodlust state, the Red Iron Dragon's boiling rage was significantly depleted, and his rationality returned.

Looking at the collapsed rock face, he belatedly realized that he might have gone a little too far.

BOOM!

Just then, a silver dragon shadow shot out from between the broken rocks, kicking up countless pebbles.

Edley was breathing heavily, his chest heaving violently. His silver scales were covered in dust and his own blood, and blood was still gushing from several wounds.

But the fierce fighting spirit in his dragon eyes did not diminish at all; instead, it burned fiercely as if it had been ignited.

"Garos! Hahaha! I haven't been injured like this in a very, very long time!"

The silver dragon roared to the sky: "Come on! Continue!"

"Next, I will show you, without holding back, just how powerful a mature silver dragon truly is!"

Buzzing—!

All the remaining, unused alchemical dragon scales on his body simultaneously shone with a dazzling light, like stars blooming in the night sky.

One after another, different colored potions floated in front of him.

Clearly, Edley was prepared to devour them all in one gulp for the final showdown.

However, just as his dragon mouth opened, ready to devour those magical potions...

His gaze suddenly froze, and all his movements became stiff.

Opposite him, Garus stood silently amidst the swirling snow.

However, at this moment, all the scales on his body suddenly turned into an incomparably hot, branding red, with fiery lines intertwining and crisscrossing on his body, forming an incomparably vivid and bewitching pattern of blooming red lotus.

His aura surged, and the wind and snow in the air instantly vaporized as they approached.

"Shall we continue, Lord Edley?"

Galos slowly raised his head and gazed at the silver dragon.

Silver Dragon Edley remained silent.

He simply and somewhat stiffly collected all the potions that were floating in front of him.

The glowing alchemical dragon scales on his body began to dim and fade rapidly.

An elegant and composed smile reappeared on his face, as if the silver dragon, who had been brimming with fighting spirit just moments before, was not himself.

"Cough cough."

The silver dragon coughed lightly, flicked its tail to shake off the dust and ice shards, and said in a nonchalant tone, "After all, it's just a friendly spar; let's stop when we've reached our limit."

"If we continue fighting, we might all suffer serious injuries that are difficult to heal quickly, which would be a huge waste."

He gazed intently at the Red Iron Dragon and said, "Garos, your strength has far exceeded my wildest expectations. Not bad, really not bad."

"At this rate, in a few years, I reckon I won't be a match for you at all."

After a few seconds of silence, Garos slowly nodded under the silver dragon's expectant gaze, accepting his explanation.

"Yes, Lord Edley, your strength also exceeds my expectations."

"Looking forward to our next match."

Galos said with a smile.

His anger had subsided considerably, his aggression and offensiveness had diminished, and he was willing to give Silver Dragon a way out.

On the other side, Silver Dragon breathed a sigh of relief, feeling that Red Iron Dragon looked much better.
