Chapter 349 Picture Book of Seven-Colored Flowers

As she spoke, the grandmother turned a page in the picture book, revealing the scene inside. Against the backdrop of a large bookcase, a doll-like girl was sitting on the ground flipping through a book, with books of varying heights piled beside her.

"But sometimes, there are people who come to see her. They are her rare good friends."

Another page was opened, and the doll girl was spinning in circles with several equally cute girls. However, the doll girl was the youngest, and everyone was looking at her with a smile.

"She loves books and these friends, and she would give her favorite books to her friends because that's her way of expressing her love."

In the quiet little house, the doll girl carefully selected her favorite books, wrapped them with bows, and wrote the name of the books she wanted to give to her friends.

"She originally thought this friendship would last forever, but one day she had a quarrel with her friend Xiaotao."

In the large room, several friends stood on both sides, watching the two people in the middle quarreling. Some wanted to come up and persuade them, while others were also very angry.

"After that, Xiaotao left here forever after the quarrel."

In the picture book, a girl wearing a wizard hat sits on a broom and flies into the sky.

"After that, the girl continued to read in the house, but this time no friends came to visit her."

"Although she reads as usual, she occasionally starts to daydream and looks at the stars outside the window at night."

In the quiet little house, a doll-like girl sat beside an orange lantern, looking at the five-pointed stars outside the window.

"She must be regretting it." Several children expressed their opinions.

"I'd regret it too. It's so boring being alone."

"Are you going to apologize?"

"But the friend who left never came back," Grandma Kafla continued.

“So, be careful when you quarrel. You might actually lose your friend and never get him back.” The old lady never forgets to tell the children the lesson from the fairy tale.

"Hey, isn't this a fairy tale? Let her go find Miss Witch. Miss Witch is very powerful and will definitely be able to do it. She has helped many people before, like the brave boy who got lost in the forest to save his sister."

"It's not time for Miss Witch to appear yet, so just listen first." The old lady smiled kindly and continued to turn the page of the picture book.

"After she had been alone for a long time, someone finally came to the house where she lived. It turned out that this person was Xiaosha, Xiaotao's friend who used to play together."

"Xiaosha said she hated her and couldn't find Xiaotao because of her."

"The girl was so flustered she didn't know how to answer and couldn't even hold the book steady. The angry Xiaosha pushed the girl into a corner step by step."

"At this time, the girl's next-door neighbor finally heard it and came over to stop the two of them."

"But Xiaosha was still angry, so she told the girl that she would make her regret it."

"After that, Xiaosha also disappeared. A few days later, Xiaosha and Xiaotao's mutual friend, Xiaoying, came to tell the girl about it."

"'Why can't you just stay in your room and read peacefully?' Xiaoying asked the girl."

"Well, the girl seems innocent."

"Why didn't she explain?"

"But I feel that Xiaotao and Xiaosha are also pitiful."

"The girl then told the truth. It turned out that she and Xiaotao had a quarrel that day because she saw Xiaotao doing a very dangerous experiment, so she told the adults about it."

"Xiao Tao's experimental equipment was confiscated. She was very sad and left here because of this."

"The girl read a lot of books, and the knowledge and rationality in the books told her that Xiaotao was wrong and asked her to apologize for doing the right thing. She felt that this was wrong."

"So, if you were girls, what would you do?" Grandma Kafla continued to ask.

The boy leaned against the wall behind him and replied calmly, "If it were me, I would apologize. Books are nothing. Friends are the most important thing. Didn't grandma say before that friendship is gone once it's lost?"

"But what the girl did was indeed right. It would be too unfair for her to apologize like this," another child said hesitantly.

"That's right, it's obviously not my fault, why should I apologize? Humph, forget about losing a friend, I can just make another one."

"What do you think, Grandma Kafla? I think neither answer is good."

"That's what happened. So the sad girl and Xiaoying found the witch in the forest together." The old lady continued to turn to the next page of the picture book.

The two people in the picture book are walking slowly on a path with their backs to each other, and at the end of the path there is a small house half-hidden by trees.

"So, Miss Witch received the two of them and listened to their stories."

In the painting, a silver-haired witch lady sits in the middle of a round table, taking out five-colored candies and placing them on the table to entertain the two people who have arrived.

"So that's how it is," the witch nodded after hearing this and quickly came up with a solution.

"I'm curious how it will be solved." The children chattered.

"Isn't that another one of those 'you're right, I'm right, neither of us is wrong' type of answers? I'm tired of hearing that."

Grandma smiled and continued, "Miss Witch pointed out that the root of their problem is actually because the girl's perception of what is 'right' is not the real right."

"Don't you have such moments too? Adults always say the right words to encourage you."

"Study hard, exercise, and be positive."

"Yes, yes, that's what Grandma Kafla said so thoughtfully. That's right. I'm so annoyed by them."

“Even though it’s for our own good, I’m always unhappy.”
