While sitting in the restaurant for dinner, Loran Hill asked someone to find a local guide and asked him about the situation in the county.

Most of the industries in Need County are related to minerals, with very little agriculture, and most of them rely on imports from other provinces. Similarly, in the past, West Wind has always used food to hold and control this remote and important county.
Fortunately, now that Clansia has been established, food and other daily necessities are plentiful, and we no longer have to live as tightly as before.
