The conservatives' desperate gamble in the last round finally brought unbearable consequences.
For the elves who advocate peace and freedom, distorting the will of an individual and forcibly possessing or even merging them is extremely evil and terrifying, and the reputation of the conservatives is plummeting at the speed of light in the forest.
Taking advantage of this opportunity, the open faction swept away their previous disadvantages and began to promote and publicize their own concepts and ideas on a large scale. For a time, the concepts of many people in Corolla began to change, and even some die-hard fans were powerless to change the situation under the current trend of public opinion.
There is much to lose in a failed confrontation, but the loss of reputation and righteousness will deprive conservatives of all voice.
The vigorous purge and accountability caused many important figures within the conservative faction to lose their seats in the Emerald Court, and the elves gradually united under one thought and concept.
Although the speed will not be fast, such a future is foreseeable and will slowly transform over the next decade.
"Phew, I really have to thank Luo Lan this time. If it weren't for the last duel, I'm afraid we would still have to go through a difficult battle even if we won."
Several weeks had passed since the day of the showdown, and the situation in the forest had gradually become clearer and more stable. Westena and Loranhill sat in the Emerald Moon Palace, feeling the amazing changes of the past few days.
"Loran is so amazing that he can sing all the songs of the fairyland." Queen Achenvera didn't care about the loss of power of the conservatives in the forest, but was more interested in Loran Hill.
"Where did Luo Lan go that day? I couldn't even sense your presence at that time. It was as if you disappeared out of thin air."
As the Elf Queen spoke, her eyes were full of curiosity as she looked at the silver-haired girl, as if saying, "Tell me quickly."
"I was also surprised at that time." Loran Hill touched the hair in front of him, thinking about how to explain.
"However, I did travel through space and arrived at another very small world."
"Where, where? Is that the fairy town? Loran, tell me quickly~" Aichenvila couldn't help it anymore.
"Well, you could say that, although it's beautiful, it's a very quiet place, and there's actually no life there."
Loran Hill talked about the crystals he saw in the fairy land and the fairy prototypes that had been sleeping in them for a long time.
"Are those fairies the legendary fairies of the past?"
The two elves naturally did not know the true origin of their own race and only had such guesses.
"Well, probably." Actually, it wasn't a lie, Loranhill blinked, but it was still too early to tell the elves the truth.
"There were many special fairies, but they all disappeared a long time ago. That place should be the paradise where the fairies rest in peace after their death. Only the fairy clan can enter."
"Oh... is that so? I wanted to go and take a look." Aichenvila was a little disappointed. It seemed that the Elf Queen was a little lonely and bored.
"There will be opportunities in the future." Loran Hill nodded and assured.
"Then let's look forward to Roland taking us on a tour." Westena didn't pursue the matter specifically, but smiled as she watched Roland Hill pass by.
Because of the conservatives' loss of power, Jerlann and his group became awkward in the Emerald Court. Their cooperation with the conservatives was no secret, and almost all the elves' upper elves knew about it.
Originally, this was not a big deal, after all, it was just some kind of cooperation. However, with the investigation and interrogation, some details of the cooperation were exposed, and finally someone raised the question of whether this Son of the Griffin had acted as an accomplice in this conspiracy and heinous incident.
Because of this, the relationship between the two sides became tense. The Griffin family's residence in the Emerald Court began to be monitored, and an elite elven guard was even stationed outside the "Gilded Crown" to prevent them from causing trouble.
In response, Jelann announced that he would stay indoors and began an internal investigation and interrogation of the black-robed Morag. It was not until several days later that he apologized to the Elf Queen and reported some of the investigation results.
"In other words, the Son of the Griffin was also deceived."
Golden leaf crown, Westena's backyard.
Westena, Eperion, Huadlin, and Loranhill sat around a small round table under a tree, discussing recent developments.
"That's how he explained it himself. Judging from his usual style and logic, it seems to be true." Huadlin stirred the coffee in his hand, and a faint fragrance overflowed with the hot steam.
"Criminals always have various reasons." Eperion said calmly as he looked at the falling yellow leaves and the scenery in the courtyard.
"What does Loran think?" Westena did not express her opinion, but asked the girl next to her first.
Loran Hill held the hot tea in his little hands and was thinking about how to tell everyone the truth in the future. In fact, all races are branches of humans.
"Me... well... then let him hand over the key person." Thoughts raced through his mind, and Loran Hill made this preliminary suggestion.
"That's for sure, but how should we deal with this son of the griffin? He is closely related to this incident. If we let him go so easily, how can we explain to everyone in the forest? But if we punish him severely, it will probably cause a conflict with the griffin family." Westena said the hidden problem.
"This kind of thing..." Loran Hill looked at the light red tea in his hand and fell into thought.
"I'll do it all up to you this time, Lorraine."
Westena always found it interesting to see the girl thinking seriously. She supported her cheek with her hand and tilted her head to look at the worried little Loran.
