But during the battle between the sun and the moon, the solar corona shone on the earth, and many glaciers in the northern continent were affected and melted in the battle, and fresh water poured into the sea. This caused the ocean currents to not become salty, and they could not sink, and then the cycle was broken. Later, some changes in the seabed whirlpools made the original weak self-recovery ability disappear, and eventually, step by step, the ocean currents completely disappeared.
At this point, the northern continent became increasingly colder, and the temperature in the northern part of the western continent also dropped year by year. The average temperature dropped by nearly 20° in the past five years, eventually leading to a large amount of cultivated land being abandoned and frozen, animals dying, and residents having to migrate south.
Such a severe disaster also weakened the ruling ability of the northern nobles, and the people increasingly placed their hopes on the witch with mysterious powers, which made the witch's influence on the northern territories increasingly greater. Even the Duke of Raven found it difficult to openly resist, and was finally tied to the chariot of civil war.
The changes in the world are never isolated. Climate, culture, and even the rise and fall of races are closely related.
After finishing the analysis, Tehua and Vimiya opened their mouths slightly and looked at the girl.
"That's really...an incredible analysis." Tehua looked at the girl with admiration.
Vimiya was better, not so shocked or surprised. Perhaps she was already used to it.
"Loran is always sharp and good at analysis. This is indeed the characteristic of Feng." She blinked and smiled, then asked again.
"How are you going to solve this, Roland? Let me tell you in advance, although I am the Witch of the Sea, I can't restore such a magnificent ocean current out of thin air."
"Well, Vimiya." Loran Hill looked at the blue-haired mermaid singer with bright eyes.
"Since you said it can't be done in vain, that means it's possible with help and cooperation."
"Loran is still so smart. He reacted so quickly." Weimiya nodded slightly, her blue eyes as bright as opal.
"It is possible, but it requires a lot of manpower and material resources, or a very large amount." Vimiya twisted her hair around her neck with her fingers, thinking and explaining to Loran Hill.
"Let me explain first. The circulation of ocean currents isn't something you can just do by pushing warm ocean water northward. That would be very fragmented, require a tremendous amount of energy, and be extremely inefficient. Even Lady Phoebe in her prime couldn't do it."
"So, we need to deploy personnel and guiding force fields along the way in advance. This alone will require the help of over a hundred thousand extraordinary people."
"Also, we need to reduce some of the vortex interference along the way, or restore some of the vortex guidance, so that the water flow can reach the agreed destination as before."
"I can do this myself, but it would be very slow on my own. I'd probably need the assistance of a few witches, or perhaps a powerful sage."
"Well, let me think about this." Loran Hill recalled which other witches he knew, or who could currently participate in this matter.
"Once all conditions are met, I will activate my power and slowly restore this magnificent ocean current that runs through the north and south. In about 3-5 years, this current will slowly circulate on its own, and only then will the matter be completely over."
"It's a grand project." Tehua sat aside with his knees hugged.
"Yes."
"Now we have to have a detailed discussion with the two elves." Loran Hill sighed.
The two tribes that can quickly mobilize a large number of extraordinary people, and who happen to be located along the ocean current, are the forest elves and the ice elves. They have direct interests and should agree to this proposal.
"It will probably take some time to reach an agreement. Once both parties have made a decision, I will call Vimiya over." Loran Hill thought about going back and talking to Atesi and the others first.
"Loran is so cold. He called me over, ordered me around, and then let me go without even giving me food." Vimiya turned her face to the side, indicating that she was a little angry. Judging from her appearance, it was more likely that she was teasing Loran Hill.
This was the first time that Loran Hill had seen Vimiya like this. He felt a little flustered and embarrassed. Looking at this scene, Tehua laughed softly.
"I'm sorry, it's my fault. Well... well, how about we go to the Northern Continent and have a big meal together? The ice elves' cuisine is quite special, different from that in the south."
"Hehe, let's do it next time. I know time is tight right now and someone is needed in the southern part of the empire. I won't accompany Roland to the northern continent this time." Vimiya said she didn't care.
"But next time you ask me to come over, be sure to prepare a gift for me. Don't forget, Luo Lan."
"I will definitely not forget it." Loran Hill nodded seriously.
Vimiya held Loranhill in her arms, rubbed her cheek lightly, and gently stroked her silver hair with her fingers before separating them.
"Okay, see you later, Lorraine."
Vimiya opened the silver pocket watch in her hand, a silver light flashed, and then her figure disappeared into it.
After the figure in front of him disappeared, Loran Hill held the slowly falling pocket watch in his hands, put it in his arms, and then turned around.
"You two have a very good relationship." There was a hint of envy in Tehua's voice. She had always been alone and rarely interacted with other witches.
"Not bad, actually we are sisters in a sense." Loran Hill recalled the past memories.
The four originals, wind, fire, water and rock, were the supporting pillars of the former Sun Throne and companions through the long years.
"Very good." Looking at the nostalgic look on Loran Hill's face, Tehua whispered to herself, and a small flower bud took shape between her fingers, which also contained nostalgia and beautiful imagination.
