Chapter 24 Stir-fried Pork Intestines
Xu Wanning first sprinkled flour on the pig intestines and rubbed them repeatedly to clean them, then rinsed them with clean water. Then she prepared a pot of water, put the pig intestines into the pot with cold water, added some ginger slices, green onion segments, and peppercorns, and simmered them over high heat for about 30 minutes.

Han Jinghuai first tentatively picked up a piece of pig intestines to taste, and then began to pick up pig intestines non-stop to eat. Soon, most of the pot of stir-fried pig intestines went into his stomach.
“It’s so fragrant and delicious.”
"Ningning, this tastes even better than pork belly!"
Although it wasn't the first time Xu Wanning saw him eat so much, she was still worried about him. Is it really okay for him to eat so much of such greasy pig intestines?
"Han Jinghuai, eat slowly!"
