Chapter 57 Chocolate and Bread
In the middle of the night, Xu Wanning was immersed in her sleep, dreaming of being a rich woman, when there was a knock on the door.
She reached out and looked at the Plum brand watch on her wrist. It was just past three in the morning. Who could be so heartless to disturb her sweet sleep so early in the morning?
"Who is it? It's the middle of the night and you're not going to let me sleep."
As soon as she opened the door, she saw the person she had been thinking about day and night. She couldn't believe her eyes. Could she be dazzled?
Why is Han Jinghuai back? Didn't he go to Jiang City with the truck these days?
"Han Jinghuai, why are you back?"

Han Jinghuai smiled and touched the little girl's head. They were supposed to be back in the afternoon.

Han Jinghuai turned around and picked up a large bag from the back of his bicycle, brought it into the house and opened it to show her.

"Is this foreign chocolate? And bread?"
"Han Jinghuai, where did you get these things?"

Xu Wanning used a piece of pork belly left in the kitchen last night to stir-fry a fragrant dish of pork with chili peppers. Then she took out some rice from the space and steamed some.
The meal was ready, and she was about to go back to the house to call Han Jinghuai out for dinner. When she reached the door, she found that he had fallen asleep on the wooden table in the house.
