A crazy woman in front of the apartment building!

My third uncle is a reckless and impulsive man who never thinks about the consequences of his actions. He saw a phone and thought about calling it, so after a minute's hesitation, he picked up the phone and dialed. A woman answered, asking what he wanted. My uncle took a while to explain. Unexpectedly, the woman became agitated and insisted on meeting him immediately. Later, when they arranged to meet, my uncle learned that the woman's name was Mao Li, and her husband's name was Li Yang. They had been missing for over six months. When they disappeared, they were wearing a white suit.

Mao Li said Li Yang was in the musical instrument business. Six months ago, he went to deliver goods to a friend he had just met and never returned. His third uncle took Mao Li to the toilet, but they found nothing, so they reported it to the police. Initially, the police said they couldn't file a case, saying it was too suspicious unless they found a body. Mao Li and Li Yang's parents then consulted a geomancer to check the toilet. The geomancer said the area around the toilet was filled with resentment, and it was very likely that the body was in the vicinity. Li Yang's family began searching and digging around the toilet area. After more than half a month, they finally found Li Yang's body behind the toilet. However, it was already badly decomposed. The police then opened a case. They found a button clutched in the bone of Li Yang's hand, where the flesh had rotted away. They also found a lot of blood on his tattered suit. Tests revealed that the blood on the piece of paper with the phone number was Li Yang's own. However, they found another person's blood on his body. Further investigation finally yielded results: the button was from a high-end garment, and Zhang Huaping, the southerner who did business with Li Yang, actually owned such a garment. A final blood test confirmed that the blood on Li Yang's suit belonged to Zhang Huaping.

It turned out that Zhang Huaping had approached Li Yang to buy a batch of musical instruments. Li Yang, seeing that Zhang Huaping was from out of town, quoted a very high price. Later, they disagreed on the payment; Zhang Huaping wanted to pay in smaller installments, but Li Yang refused. Zhang Huaping then lured Li Yang to a sulfuric acid factory, claiming he was going to get the money, and then, taking advantage of Li Yang's inattention, stabbed him to death. However, before dying, Li Yang tightly embraced Zhang Huaping and even tore a button from his shirt. This solved the case, and Li Yang was exonerated. Li Yang's family even gave my third uncle 10,000 yuan.

After telling his story, Dai Linhai added, "Money is a good thing, but you have to choose the right people to do business with. And you can't go too far. It's really not worth losing your life for money like Li Yang did."

Luo Lei and Li Duo held hands tightly, looking at me and saying, "Don't go to the secluded toilet alone at night!"

Night had fallen completely.

The moonlight was hidden by dark clouds tonight. The old public housing estate was sparsely populated, and it was hard to find even a single light.

Sister Bai took out a flashlight for illumination. Xiao Zhen and Qian Xiaohao were beside her, but Qian Xiaohao couldn't see Xiao Zhen.

This public housing estate is very large. After walking for several minutes, Xiao Zhen pointed ahead and said, "Brother Bai, look, there are people making a fire up ahead!"

"I saw it," Sister Bai replied with a smile. Qian Xiaohao immediately asked, "What did you see?"

"Someone's making a fire up ahead."

Qian Xiaohao looked up at this moment; he always walked with his head down because he was feeling down. Sure enough, there was a figure squatting by the fire.

In this deserted residential area, suddenly seeing someone lighting a fire late at night only amplifies the sense of desolation. Sometimes, being alone can feel safer than being with someone.

Bai Jie and her companion walked forward with one claw each, and only when they got close to the fire did they see that it was a woman tending it. This woman looked to be in her forties or fifties, and her hair was messy, as if she hadn't combed it for many days.

"Excuse me, is this unit 2442 ahead?" Sister Bai asked with a smile. Although seeing a woman dressed like this late at night gave off a creepy feeling, Sister Bai was certain that this was a real person.

However, the other person seemed not to hear him. She held an embroidered shoe in her hand, along with a hand-drawn human head. She was frantically hitting the head with the shoe, muttering incantations:

"I'll beat you to death, I'll beat you to death! You're a claw, you're a claw!"

Sister Bai frowned, reached out and patted the woman, asking again, "Sister, what's wrong?"

The woman jumped to her feet, glaring at Sister Bai with her eyes wide open. She grabbed his shoulders and yelled, "You're a claw! You're a claw! I'll beat you to death! I'll definitely beat you to death!"

The woman picked up her embroidered shoe to hit Sister Bai, but before she could strike, Qian Xiaohao grabbed her wrist and said in a deep voice, "Stop!"

Even if Qian Xiaohao didn't make a move, she still wouldn't be able to hit Sister Bai. Sister Bai shook her head at Qian Xiaohao, and only then did the latter let go of her hand.

"She seems to have suffered a mental breakdown. Let's just leave her alone," Sister Bai said. Qian Xiaohao nodded and then released the crazy woman.

Sister Bai pointed the camera at herself and said to the live stream, "Friends, the live stream has started. Our destination is apartment building number 2442. But as you can see, this area is almost completely dark. Here we've encountered a mentally unstable woman who keeps saying she wants to kill Claw. I can feel the increasingly strong eerie energy, but I still can't be sure what's inside. Stay tuned!"

After saying that, Sister Bai glanced at the crazy woman. She sighed inwardly and decided that once she finished treating the claws, she would send her to the hospital. Otherwise, leaving her alone in a place like this would drive even a normal person insane.

The atmosphere in the live stream seemed to be frozen, not because Bai Jie's live stream lacked viewers, but because everyone was intently watching the ancient house in the darkness within the live stream. And, since Bai Jie started her live stream, she had already surpassed 500,000 viewers, while the owner of the underwater world was grinning from ear to ear!

Sister Bai continued walking forward, and as they got closer to 2442, Qian Xiaohao couldn't help but hug his arms. Xiao Zhen, on the other hand, looked fearful and clung tightly to Sister Bai.

Sister Bai smiled at Xiao Zhen, intending to offer a word of comfort, but seeing Qian Xiaohao beside her, she held back. It was the middle of summer, and even at night it wouldn't be very cool. Yet even a strong man like Qian Xiaohao felt a bit cold; Sister Bai wouldn't believe there wasn't something wrong with him.

Finally, he arrived at the 2442 apartment building that Xiao Zhen had described as incredibly terrifying, and Sister Bai couldn't help but squint her eyes. Not only Qian Xiaohao, but even he felt an unusual chill in the building. This chill wasn't due to the air temperature, but rather it penetrated directly into one's heart.

Sister Bai exhaled and asked Qian Xiaohao, "Are you alright? If you can't take it, just wait for me here."

The overwhelming yin energy meant there really was something powerful here. Sister Bai noticed something was off about Qian Xiaohao's expression and tried to dissuade him. But Qian Xiaohao shook his head and said, "Although I'm just an actor, I'm quite skilled, and I'd like to see it for myself!"

Hearing this, Sister Bai nodded and stepped forward. However, to Sister Bai's utter surprise, something suddenly reached out from the window, and Sister Bai and Qian Xiaohao's nerves tensed up instantly!
