Once they reached the main road, the two determined their direction. North was the direction ahead, separated by a mountain range that would take about half a day to cross.
A few more steps, and barring any unforeseen circumstances, we should be able to see the town that flourished because of the mineral vein—Amethyst Town—before nightfall. There, Yug should be anxiously waiting to reunite with his two companions.
After confirming the direction, Firsa set off without hesitation. His companion followed behind. Fortunately, a smooth mountain path had already been carved out for pedestrians to use on this mountain.
People occasionally pushed carts loaded with minerals back and forth in the mountains, and there were also a few scattered pedestrians, some of whom kindly reminded the outsider, Firsa, to be careful on the mountain path.
Amethyst Town, as its name suggests, is famous for a unique crystal that displays seven colors during the day and shines with purple light at night.

Jelu described the town's appearance and atmosphere in detail.

Philsa eventually put on his hat and continued walking. Gelu tried to help him, but he politely declined, saying that doing so would only arouse more suspicion.
The two walked side by side, exchanging few words. Unbeknownst to them, a person appeared behind them, dressed in tattered clothes, who looked like a beggar.
He walked so silently that even Jelu couldn't detect him. Philsa, however, had a very keen sense of perception and already knew someone was following him, but he hadn't told his companions yet.
