A bullied girl, a ruined desk, and a group of rude students.
Lan Xi felt terrible; today was the most disgusting experience she had ever had.
Previously, I didn't think it was that serious when I was being bullied every day—compared to this time.
The boy suddenly pounced on her desk, and Lan Xi screamed in fright. What was he planning to do this time?
Could it be...? She began to feel afraid.
However, Lanxi then discovered that the little tyrant who had started making fun of her was now completely still.
She didn't know what was happening because she had been in a daze and hadn't heard a sound coming from in front of her and behind the boy.
Because one person fell, a gap suddenly appeared in the crowd of classmates watching.
At this moment, Lan Xi saw Lin Yue behind the crowd for the first time.
He was holding something in his hand, something that looked like a stick, and then it disappeared as if by magic.
As for Lin Yue himself, he kept his eyes fixed on the front without changing his expression, but not on Lan Xi.
"Boss! Why did you fall down? Hey! Are you dead?" The other underlings panicked until they saw a boy they had never seen before standing behind their boss, dressed in civilian clothes and wearing a newsboy cap—Lin Yue.
"I've never seen you before. Did you knock out our boss?" One of the more excited underlings rolled up his sleeves, looking ready to fight.
"No, I didn't even touch him before he collapsed." Lin Yue spread his hands in a helpless gesture.
"Besides, I didn't have a murder weapon."
It was lunch break, and Class C was still noisy, disturbing the rest of the class next door. The teacher walked past Class C, not really wanting to interfere, and simply moved on quickly.
In the class, almost all the boys now want to knock out the new student and then search him. Nobody is sure if he knocked out the leader.
But he was definitely the one who ruined the only entertainment program during Class C's lunch break.
Lin Yue underestimated them. He originally thought that as long as their leader fell, the others would back down. However, in reality, this group, this class, was even worse than he had imagined, and even worse than before.
Lin Yue is about to be ganged up on.
"What are you doing? What are you doing? Isn't it lunch break now?"
Who else would have the courage and cunning to manage such a stubborn class?
The students all looked towards the door. The young man in the black trench coat had heard the commotion outside and strode angrily into the classroom.
Upon entering, I was greeted by this chaotic scene—noisy students, ruined desks, silent girls, and Lin Yue with an odd expression—he looked like he had just pulled out a knife.
The young man in the black trench coat couldn't help but unleash his inner energy and roar, the sound almost shaking the entire floor, even startling Lin Yue.
"All of you, sit back down!"
The students felt a murderous gust of wind rush past their ears, as if the tips of thousands of knives were grazing their skin.
Lin Yue thought to himself, "Uncle Bin, you old monster, you accidentally used your 'qi' when you roared just now, although it wasn't very obvious."
C fell silent, and all the students quietly returned to their seats, not daring to make any noise as they pulled out their chairs.
It was as if this noise would provoke a second wave of roaring from the teacher.
Uncle Bin gave them a hard time as soon as he entered. But Lin Yue remained unmoved, watching Lan Xi silently tidy up her desk, feeling utterly helpless.
He remembered something and, unable to bear it, helped pick up the things that had fallen to the ground.
Uncle Bin swept his angry gaze across the entire class, and none of the students—except Lin Yue, of course—dared to meet his eyes.
A few seconds later, Uncle Bin announced, "My surname is Xie, and I teach physical education. Starting today, I will be replacing Teacher Fang as your homeroom teacher. Don't let me see that kind of situation again. Otherwise, everyone here will be punished by running ten or eight laps around the track before they can come back for lunch break!"
None of the students dared to respond. If it had been the old Mr. Fang saying this, the students would have already started making all sorts of jokes and teasing, completely disregarding him.
The students noticed that this "fierce figure" dressed in black was about 1.8 meters tall. Although not as robust as a typical northern man, his expression was menacing (Uncle Bin was deliberately putting on an act), and his voice was extremely loud. But what was even more terrifying was the "killing aura" emanating from him.
Teacher Xie, also known as Uncle Bin, began to introduce the new student, Lin Yue, who was now being glared at by the entire class because of his earlier act of helping Lan Xi.
And so, for the entire afternoon, the students in Class C did not dare to make any major disturbances.
Although Lan Xi was very grateful to the new PE teacher for helping her out of the predicament, she was even more grateful to Lin Yue for helping her pack her things.
Just then, the school bell rang, and Lin Yue didn't want to stay there for another second. So he rushed out of the classroom, but he didn't go far. Instead, he stood outside in the corridor, constantly watching what was happening in the classroom.
Regardless of his feelings or reasons, he didn't want that scene of going to lunch break to happen again.
Lanxi was usually the last to leave; she would do her homework until very late.
The time when you're least likely to be bullied is usually after school.
Everyone was rushing home or to play ball. She packed her things, walked out of the classroom, and happened to find Lin Yue standing by the window, gazing absently at the distant scenery.
His eyes were as empty as they were at noon today, staring in my direction but not looking at me.
She was usually very introverted, but this time, for some reason, perhaps because her gratitude far outweighed her shyness, she greeted Lin Yue.
