Xuan Tian glanced at Qing Lian, then took out a few more items from his bosom: three lotus seeds and a painting. The three lotus seeds are of two colors. One is blood red, a blood lotus seed nurtured by the twelfth-grade blood lotus in the hands of the Styx River in the Netherworld Blood Sea. Three Lotus Platforms
Besides the two mentioned above, there is another one that Xuan Tian shamelessly obtained during the Kunlun Dao Discussion. He asked for it from Jieyin in the name of his disciple, and later took it from another disciple. Even the disciples of Penglai Island cannot use this kind of thing. Moreover, in terms of methods for shaping the physical body, Penglai Island has better methods. If a disciple's physical body is damaged, they can get a drop of Pangu's essence blood from Xuan Tian and use the Wu Clan's cultivation method to re-refine the physical body. When the Chaos Azure Lotus was created, it was damaged and shattered. Its four seeds transformed into four lotus platforms: the twelve-petaled Azure Lotus in Xuan Tian's hands, representing the Path of Life; the twelve-petaled Golden Lotus in Jieyin's hands, representing the Path of Annihilation; the twelve-petaled Blood Lotus in Styx's hands, representing the Great Dao of the Blood Sea, also known as the Asura Demonic Path; and the twelve-petaled Black Lotus in Rahu's hands, representing the Path of Slaughter and Destruction. Each of these four lotus platforms contains its own distinct Dao, both opposing and compatible. The Chaos Azure Lotus, a supreme treasure of chaos, only contains three strands of Primordial Purple Qi. The four lotus platforms lack complete Daos and cannot be considered supreme treasures. This is why Jieyin and Styx are at odds, each seeking to take the other's lotus platform to complete their own and make it a primordial supreme treasure.
At the time, Jieyin didn't know the whereabouts of the Azure Lotus and the Black Lotus, only that Styx possessed the Twelve-Petaled Blood Lotus. Therefore, he was determined to seize it from Styx. However, Styx was no pushover, easily manipulated by Jieyin. Relying on the advantageous location of the Blood Sea, even a saint couldn't easily kill Styx. There's a saying, "As long as the Blood Sea doesn't dry up, Styx won't die," referring to him. The Blood Sea was formed from a mass of impure blood beneath Pangu's navel, nurtured over hundreds of eons. Now, even a saint couldn't easily destroy it. Styx had refined it into an incarnation; unless a saint dared to risk divine retribution to evaporate the Blood Sea, they truly couldn't kill Styx as long as he remained hidden inside. After all, Styx wasn't the only one living in the Blood Sea; the Asura race also resided there. Unless the Heavenly Dao decreed the extermination of the Asura race, a saint wouldn't dare to kill them all, as the karmic consequences would be too great. Even if a saint wasn't afraid of divine retribution, they feared the karmic consequences would bring misfortune to their disciples.
Xuan Tian also wanted to seize the lotus platform from others and integrate it into his own. His cultivation technique consisted of three parts: one was the Pangu Dao, one was the Hongjun Dao, and the other was the Azure Lotus Dao in his possession. The first two were complete, partly due to his memories and partly due to the Dao recorded in his past teachings. However, the Chaos Azure Lotus was divided into four parts, and the twelfth-grade Azure Lotus in Xuan Tian's possession was incomplete. Xuan Tian cultivated it as his fundamental Dao, which inherently had limitations, hence his eagerness to obtain the lotus platform from others.
But the other three lotus platforms aren't so easy to obtain. Jieyin, please, he's a saint, okay? Moreover, the twelfth-grade lotus platform is a magic weapon used to suppress the sect's fortune in his hands. Do you think he would agree to that? Besides, the Path of Nirvana is the foundation of his cultivation. How could he hand it over to Xuantian? Snatching it is impossible. Even Xuantian wouldn't dare to form such an immortal and indestructible bond.
The treasure from the River Styx seems easier to obtain, but as mentioned before, even after so many years, Jieyin hasn't been able to get it, so it's not that easy to obtain. Moreover, even if Xuantian has the ability to seize it from the River Styx, he still has to be wary of Jieyin. Don't let his honest appearance fool you; if it were an opportunity related to his own cultivation, Jieyin probably wouldn't let it go. Now the Blood Lotus Path is there, within the Blood Lotus Seed. Of course, it's only a small part, but it's enough. The Golden Lotus Path is also there, within those two Golden Lotuses, supplemented by the Third-Rank Lotus Platform, making it the most abundant.
