Re-establishing the Heavenly Court

Huixin and Liaozhen protect the human race and often appear to help them. Therefore, in addition to worshipping the Holy Father, Holy Mother, and the Three Pure Ones, the human race also worships portraits of Huixin and Liaozhen. The human race calls Huixin "Holy Maiden Huixin of Supreme Goodness" and Liaozhen "Master Liaozhen of Supreme Goodness." Upon seeing Huixin arrive, the people of the Fengyan tribe immediately knelt down and bowed, calling her "Holy Maiden." Since the last time the Milky Way leaked, Huixin and Liaozhen had gained some merit, and with Xuantian often giving them special instruction, their cultivation had actually reached the early stage of the Great Luo Golden Immortal realm.

Huixin nodded and smiled, "No need for formalities." But the young Paoxi, not understanding, asked, "Why is Your Majesty a Holy Maiden?" Huaxu was shocked and quickly covered his mouth, apologizing to Huixin.

Huixin looked at Paoxi for a while, then smiled and said, "It's alright." She then asked Paoxi, "Don't you recognize me?"

Paoxi said, "I have never seen you before, so naturally I don't recognize you."

Hua Xu quickly pulled Pao Xi aside and said to Hui Xin, "Your Majesty, please don't be offended. My son is young and doesn't know any better. If he has angered Your Majesty, please forgive him."

Huixin was greatly surprised. This child was still a child? Paoxi was already an adult at this time. Seeing that Huixin seemed puzzled, Huaxu told her about how she had been pregnant with Paoxi for twelve years before giving birth to him.

Upon hearing this, Huixin thought to herself: This is indeed the child. She had come to this tribe at Xuantian's behest to find the reincarnation of Fuxi. After hearing about Paoxi's birth, she knew that this child was the reincarnation of Fuxi.

During Hua Xu's conversation with Pao Xi, Pao Xi, through Feng Yan's narration, also learned about Hui Xin's deeds and was greatly impressed, feeling ashamed of his previous impoliteness.

Huixin suddenly said, "Paoxi is the reincarnation of a great sage. I have been ordered by my master to come and assist him."

Upon hearing that the Holy Maiden had come to assist Paoxi on the orders of the Holy Father, the people of the Fengyan tribe were overjoyed. They had all witnessed Paoxi's performance over the past few years and knew he was the reincarnation of a great sage. They were also certain that the Holy Father had sent the Holy Maiden to help him, and thus declared that the Fengyan tribe was about to enjoy good times.

Paoxi also stepped forward and bowed, saying, "Paoxi was impolite and offended the Holy Maiden. I hope the Holy Maiden, the Wise Heart Goddess, will forgive me."

Huixin quickly helped him up. Paoxi was the reincarnation of Fuxi, the elder brother of the goddess Nuwa, and she dared not accept such a courtesy.

Forty-four Fuxi taught and enlightened the human race

After learning that Paoxi was the reincarnation of Fuxi, Huixin settled in the Fengyan tribe. She usually talked to Paoxi about the way of cultivating immortality and refining techniques, but not about the way of human survival. Paoxi would sometimes ask, but Huixin would always smile and not answer.

One day, Paoxi came to ask Huixin: "Your Majesty, when our human race hunts, we often exert great effort but gain nothing. Often, our people are seriously injured and die from fighting large beasts. Paoxi cannot bear it, but he has been racking his brains without finding a solution. So I have come to ask Your Majesty if you have any good ideas?"

Huixin sighed and said, "In that case, we can cover them with a net and surround them to attack."

"What is a net?" Paoxi asked again.

“Woven with silk threads, crisscrossing and clearly distinguished, this is called a web.” After Huixin finished speaking, she pointed to a spider web in the forest and said, “This is it.”

When Paoxi saw this, he was overjoyed. He returned to his tribe and summoned his people, instructing them to cut vines and weave them into nets. From then on, when hunting, they would first use the large nets to encircle their prey before killing it, and they would also use the nets to catch fish in the river. As the tribe members became more and more proficient in using these nets, casualties decreased, and the tribe's food supply increased day by day.

Paoxi soon visited Huixin again and asked, "In our clan, people marry at will, and for a long time, children have only known their mothers and not their fathers. Does the Holy Maiden have a solution?"

Huixin said, "We can prevent the clansmen from arbitrarily pairing up, build earthen walls, construct houses, and have each family live separately."

After obtaining the Dharma, Fuxi instructed his people to marry their wives and build houses, with each family living in a unit. He also set an example by marrying only one wife.

Not long after, Paoxi came to ask Huixin again: "Humans mostly wrap themselves in the fur of wild animals or leaves to keep warm, but when the weather turns cold, many of their people freeze to death. Does Your Majesty have any solutions?"

Huixin said, "Animal bones can be ground into needles, and tendons can be used as thread to connect animal hides into a piece of clothing, which can be worn to keep warm."

After obtaining the method, Paoxi returned to his clan and ordered his people to adopt the method that Huixin had described. Sure enough, no one else froze to death.

As the Fengyan tribe grew stronger, its reputation among humans increased. Surrounding tribes, hearing of the Fengyan tribe's strength and the name of Paoxi, migrated to the Fengyan tribe and merged with it. Gradually, the Fengyan tribe became the largest tribe among humans—well… it could no longer be called a tribe—with tens of millions of people. Moreover, Paoxi often traveled and helped other tribes, further enhancing its reputation.

One day, Fuxi came to the Luo River, which connects with the Yellow River. As Fuxi was crossing the river, suddenly the water churned. Fuxi suspected a water monster was at work, so he stopped to investigate. A moment later, a strange beast leaped out of the water. It had a dragon's head and a horse's body, and carried something on its back. The beast nodded three times to Fuxi, and the object on its back flew up and landed in Fuxi's hand. Then it sank back into the water and disappeared.

When Fuxi saw the strange beast disappear, he had two diagrams in his hand. One diagram contained black and white dots arranged in arrays, which held infinite mysteries; the other diagram contained many small black and white dots, with two and four for the shoulders, six and eight for the feet, nine for the head and one for the feet, three on the left and seven on the right, and five in the middle, which was very wonderful.

If any cultivators were to witness this, they would surely exclaim in surprise, for what Paoxi had obtained was none other than the innate spiritual treasure, the Hetu and Luoshu! Back then, when Xuantian killed Dijun, the Hetu and Luoshu were taken by Dao Ancestor Hongjun, and the various sages felt a pang of regret. Who would have thought that today Paoxi would possess them?

It was because Dao Ancestor Hongjun knew that this treasure was destined for Fuxi. With the great prosperity of the human race, Fuxi, as the Human Emperor, needed to use this treasure to prove his Dao. So Dao Ancestor sealed the treasure and took this opportunity to pass it on to Fuxi.
