The brown liquid made a "sizzling" sound as soon as it touched the ground, as if it were corroded. A layer of the ground was corroded away, and it continued to seep downwards.

Grandpa couldn't help but swallow hard when he saw how corrosive the liquid was. With such strong corrosiveness, if it were sprayed directly on a person, it might melt them in an instant.

Shui Yanling frowned when she saw the brown liquid. She hadn't even noticed its movement, but I seemed to have anticipated it and dodged it.

Shui Yanling couldn't help but glance at me. It seemed that I had changed a lot in the early stages, but I didn't look back and kept staring at the vortex.

In my sight, the giant claw that was originally resting on the golden gate suddenly exerted its strength, and a huge roar came from it. This time it was obviously more powerful than before.

Slowly, a huge black head emerged directly from the vortex. It was a ferocious beast that looked similar to a wolf, with the same brown liquid flowing from its massive, gleaming teeth. The liquid dripped onto the ground and immediately corroded it.

The moment my grandfather and I saw the wolf's head, we tensed up. The immense pressure it exerted was no joke; it felt like a thousand-year-old wolf king. But then I suddenly realized something was wrong, because a series of hissing sounds were coming from the vortex.

My grandfather and I exchanged a glance, and our faces instantly turned pale. Could it be...? Before we could even prepare ourselves, two more enormous heads suddenly emerged from either side of the wolf's head.

Our hearts sank to the bottom. Both heads were wolf heads, but one wolf head was incredibly red, as if it had been stained with blood, while the other looked like it had rotted away, with even the white bones showing.

As soon as the three enormous heads emerged, they unleashed a deafening roar that seemed to shake the entire canyon. Countless rocks rained down from above, crashing onto the ground.

Grandpa's face turned pale and then blue, and he said coldly, "Cerberus!" As soon as the wolf's head appeared, I knew the answer in my heart, but I still couldn't believe it. This was the legendary Cerberus.

According to legend, this is one of the demons that guard the gates of hell.

Chapter Seventy-Six: Blood-Red Maw

Cerberus has three heads, each with a gaping maw full of fangs. Besides looking fierce, it is also very powerful.

The three dog heads possess three powerful abilities: tormenting enemies, aiding allies, protecting the rear, and even absorbing blood to quell rage. It sounds like an all-around powerful warrior.

I was shocked to find myself here. When my soul first floated in the Ghost Realm, a great battle was taking place. Although I saw many ghost creatures at that time, none of them were as shocking as the three-headed hellhound before me.

Its enormous body, three heads that are said to represent different abilities, the immense pressure emanating from it, and its violent aura all made us feel somewhat uncomfortable at this moment.

Even so, I don't want to give up, because I must continue to protect the door that my parents were willing to risk their lives for. That's one aspect. On the other hand, I'm really shocked by my own strength right now, and I want to test just how strong I really am.

After this out-of-body experience, I feel that I have undergone some changes without even realizing it. Although I don't know what my parents left me, I feel that the changes in me must be related to what they left me.

When I broke the tree king's vines, I also had a surge of energy within me, but it seemed as if that energy had been forcibly forced out by someone.

Moreover, I could no longer feel that energy after that punch, but now it's different. I can feel the energy emanating from every cell in my body with just the slightest movement.

Moreover, I can use this energy at will, which surprises me. With this power, I can pursue the secrets between the ghost hand on my body and my parents.

Shui Yanling is now behind us. She can clearly feel the aura coming from me, but it seems to be suppressed by something and can only be slowly released from me.

Therefore, Shui Yanling suppressed her ghostly aura to the extreme, because I am different now than before. If she continued to secretly release her aura behind my back like before, I would likely discover it directly.

Thinking of this, Shui Yanling felt even more helpless. Although she had a marriage agreement with Fang Shuang, what if he knew that she was a thousand-year-old vengeful ghost? Would he...? Shui Yanling dared not think any further and quickly shook her head, looking at the three-headed hellhound. After all, the most important thing now was to stop that thing from coming out.

After the three-headed dog poked out all three heads, the entire space seemed to be suppressed by it, and even the air became more heavy.

Moreover, under this aura, the canyon seemed to be unable to hold on, and the ground was constantly shaking.

Grandpa looked at the surrounding situation and his face turned cold. He said, "We have to deal with it quickly, otherwise the canyon will not be able to withstand it. If this continues, we will all be buried alive here!" Hearing Grandpa's words, I was also a little worried. Moreover, the three-headed dog was trying to stick its body out of the whirlpool. If it got out completely, things would be terrible.
