Wen Zhong gave a surprised "hmm," and the twin whips struck the ground, creating a crater a hundred feet in size and a thousand feet deep.
Just as Wen Zhong was about to ride the Mo Qilin to attack Yang Jian, he suddenly heard a scream from behind. He saw that Mo Lihai, one of the four generals of the Mo family, was bound by a rope with flowing golden light. Tu Xingsun drew a sword from his bosom, walked straight up, and beheaded Mo Lihai with one stroke. He then rode a yellow cloud and flew straight to the west.
From the moment Wen Zhong made his move to the moment Mo Liqing was killed, only a few breaths had passed. Mo Liqing, who was standing beside Mo Lihai, was still staring blankly at his third brother Mo Lihai's headless corpse, his expression filled with terror. Suddenly, he came to his senses and was about to shout and curse when he heard a faint laugh from behind: "Mo Liqing, you should go with your third brother. You'll have company on the road to the Yellow Springs, so you won't be lonely." As he spoke, the three-pointed double-edged sword in his hand suddenly burst forth with a hundred-foot-long golden light, slashing straight at Mo Liqing's head.
Taking advantage of Mo Liqing's momentary lapse in concentration, Yang Jian beheaded Mo Liqing with a single stroke, then rode a blue cloud westward and disappeared in the blink of an eye.
With a single strike from Wen Zhong's twin whips, Yang Jian's body suddenly shattered into pieces. He knew something was wrong and hurriedly turned around to look. Upon seeing the sight, he was shocked and furious to find his two virtuous brothers, Mo Liqing and Mo Lihai, dead. He roared repeatedly, stirring up countless sand and stones.
Seeing that all four generals of the Demon Clan were dead, Wen Zhong thought to himself: "Now there are countless capable people in Xiqi. I alone am no match for them. It would be better to find more experts from the Jie Sect to help us, so as to show the strength of our Jie Sect." With these thoughts in mind, he rode a cloud and flew south to Wuyi Mountain, a hundred miles away.
On Mount Wuyi, Xiao Sheng and Cao Bao were playing chess when Xiao Sheng suddenly had a thought and said, "Brother, I wonder who has triggered our mountain-guarding formation. Please wait here for a moment while I go to investigate." He was about to get up and leave when he heard a voice calling out, "Fellow Daoists Xiao Sheng and Cao Bao, I am a disciple of the Golden Spirit Mother of the Jie Sect. I have long heard of the great supernatural powers of you two fellow Daoists on Mount Wuyi, so I have come to pay you a visit and request that you open the formation for a discussion."
Xiao Sheng and Cao Bao exchanged a glance. Xiao Sheng said in a long voice, "So you are disciples of the Sage. Fellow Daoist Wen, please wait a moment. We will come to greet you immediately." With that, he withdrew the mountain-protecting formation and got up with Cao Bao to go and greet them.
At the summit of Mount Wuyi, three stone stools and a stone table stood, around which sat Xiao Sheng, Cao Bao, and Wen Zhong. After a brief conversation, Xiao Sheng interjected, "I wonder what brings Fellow Daoist Wen to my Mount Wuyi?"
Upon hearing this, Wen Zhong sighed deeply and recounted how the people of the Chan Sect slandered the Jie Sect and slaughtered its members. Finally, he said anxiously, "I have long admired the names of you two fellow Daoists. I have come here today hoping that you two will come out of seclusion to assist me, help King Zhou to punish the rebels, and kill the people of the Chan Sect, so as to demonstrate the divine power of our Jie Sect."
Xiao Sheng and Cao Bao exchanged a smile. Xiao Sheng then transmitted his voice, saying, "Brother, Wen Zhong has come to invite us here. What do you think?"

Section 155, Chapter 135: The Power of Falling Treasure Coins Reveals Their Divine Might
Cao Bao pondered for a moment, his dark eyes darting back and forth, and he transmitted his voice, saying, "Brother, we are both disciples of the Jie Sect, but unfortunately, we are not even formal disciples, let alone nominal ones. In this great calamity, we could easily perish if we are not careful. Wen Zhong is a disciple of the Golden Spirit Mother, who is also the personal disciple of the Tongtian Sect Master. Why don't we help him and find a backer for ourselves? What do you think?"
Xiao Sheng's thoughts flashed through his mind like lightning, and he laughed loudly, "Fellow Daoist Wen, you flatter me. We are both disciples of the Jie Sect. Now that you are in trouble, as fellow disciples, we should help you. After we have tidied up for a while, we will go down the mountain with you to learn from the Chan Sect." With that, he and Cao Bao left together and went to a cave not far away.
A moment later, Xiao Sheng and Cao Bao came out one after the other and said, "Fellow Daoist Wen, we are ready and can get up immediately. We hope that Fellow Daoist Wen will lead the way first."
Wen Zhong laughed loudly, said "Good," and summoned the Ink Kirin to fly towards Jiameng Pass.
Half a day later, at Jiameng Pass. Wen Zhong stood before the pass, challenging everyone, shouting that he wanted to reclaim the lost territory, avenge the disciples of the Jie Sect, and urging the disciples of the Chan Sect to come out and face their deaths.
Just a quarter of an hour later, after a series of crackling sounds, a force of about a thousand men poured out from inside the pass. Leading them was a man in a black Taoist robe, riding a giant black leopard—Shen Gongbao, the strategist of the Western Zhou Dynasty. Behind Shen Gongbao were six others: on his left were three handsome young men—Nezha, Yin Hong, and Yang Jian; on his right were also three: one was a handsome young man, Muzha; another was a strange man with red lips, eagle eyes, a hooked nose, and wings on his ribs, resembling a demon beast—Lei Zhenzi, who had descended the mountain on the orders of Yun Zhongzi of Yuzhu Cave in Zhongnan Mountain to assist Zhou in overthrowing Shang; and the third was a short, dark-skinned middle-aged man—Tu Xingsun, a disciple of Ju Lesun, one of the Twelve Golden Immortals of the Chan Sect.
Wen Zhong, Xiao Sheng, and Cao Bao, three experts, swept their vast divine senses over the generals of Xiqi and were startled. The cultivation levels of the third-generation disciples of the Chan Sect were truly not to be underestimated. Among them, the highest cultivation level belonged to Nezha, a disciple of Taiyi Zhenren, who was actually a Daluo Jinxian (Great Luo Golden Immortal). Although he was only at the early stage of Daluo Jinxian, it still greatly surprised Wen Zhong. Yang Jian, a disciple of Yuding Zhenren, was at the peak of Jinxian; Muzha, a disciple of Puxian Zhenren, was at the early stage of Jinxian; Yin Hong, a disciple of Chimen, was at the early stage of Jinxian; Lei Zhenzi, a disciple of Yun Zhongzi, was at the early stage of Jinxian; and Tu Xingsun, a disciple of Julusun, had the lowest cultivation level, at the peak of Tianxian. Of the six, the most difficult to deal with is Yin Hong, whose Yin-Yang Mirror is truly terrifying; the second most terrifying is Nezha, a Great Luo Golden Immortal; the third most terrifying is Yang Jian, who killed Mo Liqing with a wave of his hand, although there is a hint of taking advantage of someone in distress, but if Yang Jian didn't have great supernatural powers, how could he take advantage of someone in distress? The fourth most terrifying is Tu Xingsun, although he is only a Celestial Immortal, Wen Zhong still vividly remembers the scene of Tu Xingsun killing Mo Lihai. Tu Xingsun's earth-based supernatural powers are formidable, making him impossible to guard against; the fifth should be Lei Zhenzi, among the Twelve Golden Immortals of the Chan Sect, Yun Zhongzi has a great reputation, a great teacher produces a great student; as for Muzha, he is just a young child, with neither high cultivation nor powerful magic weapons, making him the easiest to bully.
