Of the three, the Primordial Purple Qi is the most mysterious. It is the key to the Great Dao and the foundation for becoming a saint. Without its assistance, even with immeasurable merit and supreme power, one cannot become a saint. It can also absorb countless chaotic energies and transform them into innate magic treasures with immeasurable power. Moreover, it is not bound by karma and can sever the three corpses, thus achieving supreme supernatural powers!
Hongjun said: "Nine is the ultimate number. There should be nine saints under my tutelage. Xuantian is the disciple of the head of my Xuanmen sect. He is also transformed from the head of Pangu. He has great merit and can become a saint." Then a wisp of primordial purple energy flew towards Xuantian. The Three Pure Ones are transformed from the primordial spirit of Pangu. They also have great merit and can become saints. Three more wisps of energy flew towards the Three Pure Ones and merged into their bodies. Nuwa has great fortune and has achieved great merit. She can become a saint. A wisp of purple energy flew towards Nuwa. Jieyin and Zhunti are the guardians of the Western Blessed Land. They also have great fortune and great merit. They can become saints. Two wisps of purple energy flew towards the two of them.
Seeing that the seven opportunities to become saints had vanished, everyone became anxious.
Di Jun and Tai Yi stepped forward: "Dao Ancestor, please hear what we have to say. We want to establish the Heavenly Court and manage all the demons under heaven. We were born with the protection of innate treasures, so we should be people of great virtue and should become saints. We hope that Dao Ancestor will grant us this opportunity."
Upon hearing this, everyone exclaimed, "How could this be? You two have taken away this last chance, leaving us with no chance at all!" Kunpeng stepped forward and said, "Dao Ancestor, I wish to become the teacher of all demons, which would bring me immeasurable merit. I beg you, Dao Ancestor, to grant me the opportunity to attain the Dao."
Emperor Jun and Taiyi were furious that Kunpeng dared to challenge them. They all cursed Kunpeng. Taiyi, impatient, took out the Chaos Bell, intending to fight, while the others continued their argument. However, Hongyun, seeing the quarrel, went around trying to calm everyone down.
The Dao Ancestor sat on his prayer mat, quietly watching the commotion below. After a while, seeing that they were still arguing, he shouted, "Nonsense!" Instantly, everyone below was forced to the ground, their bodies drenched in cold sweat. Each person realized their mistake, daring to cause a ruckus in the Purple Cloud Palace. Emperor Jun and Taiyi were especially frustrated. Accustomed to being emperors, they had never seen anyone dare to defy them. They had forgotten that this was the Purple Cloud Palace, the place where the Dao Ancestor preached, and they even dared to kill Kunpeng. Thinking about it, they were filled with immense regret.
Seeing that everyone had stopped, the Dao Ancestor said, "Let fate decide." He waved his hand, tossing a wisp of purple energy into the air, which vanished instantly. He then told the crowd, "You will now let this Primordial Purple Energy choose its own master." He tossed the last wisp of purple energy into the air, and it swirled and spun before finally landing on Hongyun. Hongyun was overjoyed and said, "Thank you, Dao Ancestor." But then he noticed that everyone else was staring intently at him, and he knew they were probably up to no good, so he became secretly on guard.
Afterwards, the patriarch dismissed everyone and instructed his disciples to stay behind, saying, "After I attain the Dao, a sage will appear to suppress the fortune of heaven and earth. I have specially bestowed upon you the magical treasures I have collected in the past to help you suppress the primordial fortune."

At the fifteenth moment of the treasure's distribution, the Heavenly Court was surrounded by red clouds.
The patriarch, wanting to distribute treasures, summoned all his disciples. He took out a whisk and said to Xuan Tian, "This is the Heaven and Earth Whisk, capable of breaking all laws and transforming into three thousand worlds. Its wondrous uses are endless. Take it and experience it for yourself." He then bestowed upon Xuan Tian a futon, which he had crafted when he attained enlightenment. It is called the Tranquil Futon and is a supreme defensive treasure. As a disciple protecting the Xuanmen, you should uphold the orthodoxy of the Xuanmen and ensure the stability of heaven and earth. You may use it to interact with the saints and cultivate the Dao in peace." Xuan Tian bowed in gratitude and accepted it without further ado.
The patriarch then summoned Laozi forward and said, "You are the chief disciple of my Xuanmen sect, inheriting its lineage. You shall establish a great teaching. I bestow upon you the Taiji Diagram, formed from the Heaven-Opening Axe, which can stabilize the earth, water, wind, and fire to suppress the flow of fortune. I also bestow upon you the Heaven and Earth Xuanhuang Exquisite Pagoda, formed from the Xuanhuang color of the merits of the creation of heaven. Place it above your head, and all laws will be invulnerable. I also bestow it upon you." Laozi bowed and accepted it with joy.
Then came Yuanshi, who said, "You too shall establish a great religion and pass on my lineage. I bestow upon you the Pangu Banner, a powerful weapon capable of cleaving through chaos and suppressing destiny." Yuanshi accepted it.
It was Tongtian again. "You are impetuous and easily agitated. I bestow upon you the Four Immortal-Slaying Swords and the array diagram. You may set up the Immortal-Slaying Sword Array, which cannot be broken by any but the Four Sages. Take it to suppress your destiny." Tongtian loved fighting the most and excitedly accepted it, but Yuanshi and Zhunti showed jealousy in their eyes.
Finally, Nuwa said, "You have performed great deeds. I know you dislike fighting, so I bestow upon you the Map of Mountains and Rivers, which can transform the heavens and the earth. I also bestow upon you the Red Embroidered Ball, a primordial spiritual treasure for self-defense." Nuwa bowed and accepted the gifts.
When it came to Jieyin and Zhunti, the Dao Ancestor looked at them and said, "You two are also blessed in the West, and have no need for spiritual treasures." Seeing that everyone else had them but he did not, Zhunti became anxious and hurriedly said to the Dao Ancestor, "Master, the West is poor and need not go to the East. Please grant us two spiritual treasures for protection."
Having no other choice, Hongjun took out two items and said to the two men, "This is the Amitabha Banner, which I bestow upon Amitabha to establish his teachings; this is the Bamboo of Purity of the Six Roots, which I bestow upon Cundi."
The two had no choice but to accept the gift and thank it without saying anything.
The Dao Ancestor said, "You may go to the Treasure Sharing Rock in the Chaos and collect spiritual treasures to suppress the primordial fortune." After saying this, he disappeared.
Everyone rushed towards the Treasure Sharing Rock.
Upon arriving at the Treasure Distribution Rock, they saw it shimmering with spiritual light, filling everyone with joy, especially the two from the West. The final question was who would claim the treasure first. Xuan Tian, a disciple protecting the Xuanmen sect and responsible for managing the saints, and Laozi, the sect's chief disciple responsible for transmitting its teachings, were equals to Xuan Tian. However, with the assistance of Yuanshi Tongtian, Laozi and Xuan Tian began to contend. Finally, seeing the two from the West arrive, the group clashed. Nuwa, seeing their struggle, seized the treasure first. Upon seeing this, Laozi shouted, "Nuwa, how dare you!" and abandoned the others, also beginning to collect his treasure. The others, not daring to linger any longer, also rushed to claim theirs.
Laozi, relying on the Heaven and Earth Xuanhuang Exquisite Pagoda, was unafraid of attacks. He wrapped more than a dozen spiritual treasures with the Taiji Diagram. Yuanshi was slower, slashing wildly with the Pangu Banner, and the spiritual treasures he touched stuck to the banner. Nuwa wrapped the spiritual treasures with the Mountain and River Map, and several were wrapped at once. Jieyin and Zhunti cooperated. Jieyin protected the two with the Twelve-Petaled Golden Lotus and released the Jieyin Treasure Banner to cover the spiritual treasures. Zhunti then used the Seven-Colored Wonderful Tree to brush them down and handed them to Jieyin. With the two cooperating, their speed slowed down.
