Mo Shisheng dared not delay and left as well, the figures disappearing into the thick night at the same time.
As she watched the palace recede into the distance, Mo Shisheng lowered her eyes slightly, and thinking of Qi Muxiao, a sense of melancholy welled up in her heart.
They did not leave the southern country, and as the color grew darker, they arrived at a house.
This is a secluded place with a faint scent of bamboo.
Mo Shisheng's lips curled slightly. "When did you buy this house?"
"Before I came to find you."
Ming Beiya's eyes held a hint of doting affection. "I like it."
"There's bamboo, that's good."
As Mo Shisheng raised her hand to open the door, it was opened from the inside.
A figure flashed before her eyes, too fast for her to catch, and Mo Shisheng frowned slightly.
Looking to the side, I saw a slender girl wearing loose clothes, her hands tightly wrapped around Ming Beiya's thin waist.
Ming Beiya's body suddenly stiffened. His first instinct was not to push the girl away, but to check the girl's face.
Qingluan and Zhuque rushed out of the house. When they saw Lingya clinging tightly to Ming Beiya, Qingluan's face paled slightly. "Master, Sister Lingya heard that you were coming to the human realm this time, so she ran out with us."
"Nonsense!"
Ming Beiya scoffed, his face showing displeasure, "Don't you know your own body?"
The man's low growl made Lingya tremble slightly, making her look pitiful. She stepped back slightly, "But you never take me with you."
Mo Shisheng lost interest in watching any longer. Seeing that Shangguan Xuan and Qi Yufeng had returned to normal, she walked over, gently squatted down, and asked, "Can we go in?"
"Um."
Qi Yufeng nodded almost imperceptibly. Mo Shisheng gently placed their hands on her shoulders, her slender shoulders supporting the weight of the two men as she slowly walked into the house.
When Ming Beiya saw that Mo Shisheng was about to leave, he put his hand on Lingya's shoulder and pushed her away from his embrace. He walked a few steps to Mo Shisheng, but met the girl's cold eyes.
“Ah Sheng…”
"Get out of the way."
Mo Shisheng glanced at Ming Beiya indifferently, without any emotion.
Ming Beiya's body stiffened slightly, just as Lingya walked over. Only then, under the dim light of the lantern, could he make out her appearance.
Mo Shisheng glanced at Lingya, who was a delicate and beautiful woman with soft eyes and a pale face, looking as if she had been seriously ill.
Upon seeing Mo Shisheng, Lingya's eyes widened suddenly. "Bei Ya!"

Mo Shisheng scoffed inwardly, her gaze turning slightly cold. "Get out of the way."
Lingya seemed to tremble slightly at the slightly angry growl, one hand tightly gripping Ming Beiya's sleeve. The two stood together, looking extremely well-matched.
This scene stung Mo Shisheng's eyes. She didn't know Lingya's identity, but from Lingya and Ming Beiya's actions, she knew that the two of them must have a very close relationship.
Mo Shisheng helped Shangguan Xuan and Qi Yufeng bypass the two people in front of them and slowly walked into the house.
Qingluan hurriedly followed to help support Qi Yufeng. Looking at Mo Shisheng's slightly cold face, she wanted to say something, but she held back.
After settling Shangguan Xuan and Qi Yufeng into a room, Qingluan followed behind Mo Shisheng when she came out. "Shisheng, don't misunderstand the relationship between Master and Sister Lingya."
