"Don't you want to say something?"
Seeing Rong Jing so serious for a moment, the remaining white-robed Shenghan disciples naturally noticed something. After all, Su Luoyin's identity was not the same as theirs. The scene suddenly became weird. Some of them even slowly moved their hands to the long sword hanging at their waist.
"What did you say?" Su Luoyin blinked, looking at Rong Jing in confusion. She continued chewing the food in her mouth, but suddenly something occurred to her. She said to Rong Jing, "Oh, by the way, I forgot to tell you, I'm full! No need to call me anymore."
"Puff~"
…
Everyone fell to the ground. Rong Jing desperately suppressed his trembling body, as if gritting his teeth, and squeezed out each word from his lips, "I mean, how could you be here?"
Su Luoyin blinked innocently, looking confused. She patted Rong Jing's shoulder and said with some complaint, "Oh, so that's what you're asking. You should have just said no earlier. You're beating around the bush. It's so annoying!"
Hate it! Hate him! Rong Jing trembled violently again, but his hand could not help but move towards the long sword at his waist.
Su Luoyin was instantly startled, realizing that her joke had gone a bit too far. But this little junior brother was truly remarkable. It had only been a short time, and his mental forbearance had already deteriorated so drastically. It looked like he'd locked himself in a corner again, otherwise, how could he be so enraged by her careless words? This kid, truly, without her, had lost even the most basic ability to speak. It was truly pathetic, truly pitiful.
Su Luoyin kept shaking her head, then sighed softly, looking at Rong Jing's face full of regret. Rong Jing's body trembled again. Although he didn't know what Su Yin was thinking, he knew her too well. He must have no idea what she thought of him in secret.
"Okay, I won't bother you anymore." Su Luoyin's face suddenly turned serious and he broke away from his laughter.
"To be honest, this encounter is really bizarre." Su Luoyin frowned. "I was kidnapped by a group of unknown origins just a few days ago, and how come we ran into them? Even though they didn't know I possessed spiritual powers, the whole thing still feels very strange to me."
"I don't believe in fate, coincidence, or chance. I only believe in myself."
"And I always have a feeling that this matter is weird from beginning to end."
Hearing Su Luoyin's words, Rong Jing's eyes shone with a strange light. He stared at Su Luoyin for a long while before he nodded with a stagnant look and said, "Our meeting is indeed too coincidental."
"We were ordered to track someone down when we were drawn here by several strange auras. However, I don't think this was intentional."
"Why?" Su Luoyin frowned and asked in confusion.
Rong Jing's gaze dodged, and he pondered, "I don't think any force can control such a huge force. Moreover, what you and I did has no direct connection, so how can we say that someone did it intentionally?"
"Oh?" Su Luoyin carefully studied the expressions of Rong Jing and his disciples. When asked about their mission, none of them revealed anything, their faces all grim. Who could possibly be so highly regarded by Rong Jing, a young talent?
