Falling from the sky (2)

Su Yin couldn't help swallowing, thinking that usually the protagonist of a horror movie would see a ghost behind him when he turned around in this situation, he couldn't help but slowly turned around to look, but suddenly opened his mouth wide.

Behind him was a man, a very handsome one at that. His inky black hair was tucked behind him, and the sunlight streaming down cast a soft shadow on his delicate face. Though his face was picturesque and peerless, his upper body was surprisingly bare, with a few golden runes on his chest. His hands and feet were chained, seemingly so sturdy that he couldn't move an inch, his entire body stretched out like a giant character.

She looked at him, swallowing silently. While this handsome guy was truly exceptional, and meeting him in this place wasn't bad, it wouldn't be a good outcome if she were to end up like him, chained up like this, languishing in this state for life. So, escaping now wouldn't be a bad idea, she thought, trying to move her feet, but she was so frightened she couldn't move an inch.

As if feeling Su Yin's fiery gaze, the man slowly opened his eyes and looked straight at Su Yin. His eyes were long and narrow with slightly upturned corners. There was a hint of gold at the corners of his eyes, which added a touch of nobility to him.

But that wasn't the most important thing. The most important thing was that his eyes were actually gold. Gold! Although she had seen all kinds of eyes before, it was not uncommon, but they were all cosmetic contact lenses. But now, for some reason, she knew clearly that this was definitely not the effect of cosmetic contact lenses. He was definitely not wearing cosmetic contact lenses. That kind of natural kingly aura was so overwhelming that she couldn't blink, and her body seemed frozen, unable to move.

He looked at her, his eyes showing no emotion, nor any question, as cold as ice.

"Hi~~~~~" Her voice was trembling, and not even a single syllable seemed to be squeezed out.

Don't panic, don't panic, she thought to herself. Chairman Mao once said that we should build good relationships with our comrades. So, no matter how strange or fierce this person was, she would persist. She made a secret decision in her heart.

Besides, even if this person was so handsome and so cruel, he was still imprisoned here. There was nothing to be afraid of. Maybe if I could get along with him, I could escape. Even if I couldn't escape, having more people to look after me would mean more people to look after me. Her mind raced, and she had already come up with countless possibilities for her future. As she thought about it, she suddenly felt that this place seemed quite scary, but now she didn't seem so scared anymore.

"My name is Su Yin. It's our first meeting, so please be kind." She extended her right hand, as if to shake his. He continued to look at her coldly, without even a hint of response. It was then that she realized his hand had been locked, effectively rendering him half-disabled. She couldn't help but smile awkwardly and retracted her hand.

"Um, haha, I forgot you're half disabled now. Don't mind, don't mind." Su Yin laughed, "Um, what's your name? Let's get to know each other. After all, we're both wanderers in this world, right?"

The man did not answer, as if he felt that Su Yin posed no threat, and closed his eyes again.

The smile on Su Yin's face froze, "Who is this? Is it a big deal that he's handsome? Back then, I, Su Yin, was also the class beauty. Humph." A smaller class... She slapped the water, causing a few splashes, then turned around. The fear in her heart seemed to be lessened a little, and she used her hands and feet to climb out of the pool of blood.

She stood on the ground, moving her feet, and was horrified to find that even though she had just crawled out of the pool of blood, her body was not wet at all. Her clothes and shoes were dry, with no trace of having come out of the water. She couldn't help but become more curious about this place. Could she have traveled to another dimension?

She shook her head, trying to calm herself down, not think too much, and check her things.

Well, the backpack is still there, with some snacks and some maps of scenic spots in it, but I guess it's useless now. My wallet and phone are in my bag, and it seems...she threw it somewhere when she fell. It's really crazy. Luckily, I don't have much money, the things are all cheap, and the phone is a knockoff, otherwise I would be so heartbroken. It still hurts, but the snacks in my bag are still here, which is very important.

Su Yin couldn't help but walk around the room as she thought about it. It felt like the room was filled with ancient furnishings. She looked at the bookshelf, gently pulled out a few books, and found she didn't recognize any of the words on them. The paper on the books also felt very ancient. She flipped through them repeatedly, tossed them aside, and went somewhere else.

The room was really big, spacious, and quite well-equipped, but she couldn't find a bed after searching for a long time. She wandered back and forth a few times before arriving at the front door.

Su Yin stood in front of the door, ready to open it, taking several deep breaths. "Come on, Su Yin. Don't be surprised by anything you see later." She took one last deep breath and raised her hands to open the door. Her fingertips barely touched the door when they bounced back with a bang.

Suddenly, dense golden runes appeared on all the walls of the room, all of them half-floating in the air, flowing like water. She was terrified. This was a scene that only appeared in movies, but the pain in her fingertips reminded her that this was not a dream.
