Missing

With a wave of the gauze curtain, Luo Wen walked out. Looking at the doctors who were still kneeling on the ground in the room, Luo Wen frowned slightly.

After all, Linglong had done too much for him. To be honest, it was because she had used up all her skills that he was able to make such a breakthrough in the use of spiritual power. Deep down, although he no longer had any thoughts of family affection, he still felt reluctant to let her go.

No matter how she was, she was still his sister, wasn't she? It was impossible for him to truly disregard her efforts.

With a slight sigh, Luo Wen turned his head and slowly walked past the group of people kneeling on the ground until he stopped in front of a doctor.

Taking a few steps forward slowly, Luo Wen lowered his head and asked, "How's the person you asked me to look at?"

Doctor Zhu was already getting old, and after all this hard work, he was already exhausted. He kept wiping the sweat from his forehead. When he saw Luo Wen asking him a question, he raised his head and subconsciously glanced towards the tent, then hurriedly said, "The girl just ate something bad, there's nothing else wrong."

"Yeah." Luo Wen nodded slowly, turning to look inside the tent. He could only vaguely see Linglong lying facedown on the bed. It seemed that Linglong had simply lost her spiritual power and wasn't suffering any major issues. But the strange thing was why both of them were experiencing pain all over their bodies at the same time. Although there was nothing unusual about it, it still struck him as strange, a lingering feeling of strangeness.

Today, Linglong had lost all her spiritual energy to help him cultivate, causing her tendons and veins to become disordered and painful. Then, someone reported that Su Yin had eaten something wrong and was experiencing severe stomach cramps. Between the two, he had no choice but to have all the doctors examine Linglong first, then send a highly skilled doctor to treat Su Yin, and finally come to Linglong Pavilion.

But why did he always feel that something else was going to happen today?

Frowning slightly, Luo Wen decided to go see Su Yin first. This matter could come to an end for the time being. Luo Wen was lost in thought and was about to move forward when he saw several purple-robed attendants rushing in. Seeing Luo Wen in front of them, they knelt before him and reported, "Sir, Miss Su injured the guards and ran away."

"She ran away?" Luo Wen frowned and said sternly, "Isn't she sick? Where are the guards? Are they all dead?"

"This..." Several purple-robed attendants exchanged a look, hesitantly saying, "We only vaguely sensed a different kind of spiritual energy fluctuating around us, seemingly... the power of Holy Cold. When we chased after them, we discovered that the attendants outside had been killed in a single blow, and Miss Su was nowhere to be found."

"What?" Luo Wen paused, his steps stumbling a little. "You mean, she killed the guards and ran away?"

"From what I saw, I sensed fluctuations in spiritual energy within the mansion. I sensed a faint Holy Cold energy, clearly emitted by Miss Su, which vanished moments later. By the time I reacted and chased after her, I discovered the guards had been killed instantly. It was clearly the work of someone with immense magical powers. Only a supreme cultivator could instantly kill all five of the Luo family's guards simultaneously."

The hand behind his back instantly retracted, and drops of blood fell. Luo Wen calmed himself down and ordered, "Order a secret search throughout the city. Notify me as soon as you have any news."
