take a bow

She was exhausted from the journey.

Su Yin buried his head deeply in the mattress. Feeling the softness of the bed, he didn't want to move anymore. He just lay straight on the bed, not wanting to get up again.

She was so tired. This part of the journey was even more tiring than the previous one. Not only was she physically tired, but she was also mentally exhausted.

Su Yin had already rushed to bed, but Rong Hua at the door did not show any sign of fatigue, perhaps because he had been closing his eyes to rest all the way.

At this moment, Rong Hua stood quietly by the door, his eyes fixed on the direction of the bed. He looked slowly for a while, pursed his lips, then closed the door and walked towards the bed.

At this time, Su Yin was still lying quietly on the bed, not moving at all, but she faintly heard the sound of a door closing, followed by footsteps coming from far away. At the same time, Su Yin felt an extremely strong cold light staring at her. She didn't even need to use her eyes to feel a chill coming from the inside out. Su Yin was so scared that she shivered and immediately got up from the bed and sat up straight.

“Master…”

"Do you know that it's very scary when you stand behind someone silently like this?" Su Yin pouted and looked up at Rong Hua.

"You must be very tired."

Rong Hua asked lightly, but did not directly answer Su Yin's question.

Su Yin curled her lips slightly. What was this sudden concern for her? Although Rong Hua's sudden concern made her feel a little confused, she still answered truthfully and nodded foolishly.

After seeing Su Yin's rare dazed look, Rong Hua smiled slightly, then bent down and placed his left hand on her shoulder, saying, "Since you are tired, go to sleep."

"Sleep?" Seeing Rong Hua's handsome face suddenly enlarged in front of her, Su Yin was stunned and subconsciously wanted to dodge backwards, but Rong Hua seemed to be very strong. He pinched her shoulders and made her unable to move instantly, forcing Su Yin to raise her head and look directly into Rong Hua's eyes.

"Go to sleep." Rong Hua smiled again, his eyes as soft as water emitting a hint of brilliance.

"Maybe after I wake up I can see the person I want to see." Rong Hua still had a smile on his face, but only he knew that there was a hint of bitterness in that smile.

"Someone you want to see?" Su Yin paused, blinking doubtfully, a hint of confusion in his eyes. "Someone you want to see? Master, you..."

Su Yin opened her mouth and was about to ask him something, but Rong Hua suddenly exerted force on the hand that was pressing on Su Yin's shoulder. For a moment, Su Yin felt a pain in her shoulder, and the next moment her whole body fell limply onto Rong Hua's chest and fell asleep in his arms.

"It's all over, this scene." Pressing Su Yin on his chest with one hand, Rong Hua closed his eyes slightly.

What will happen when they meet again next time? I guess these eyes that always sparkle with bright light will never look at him like this again. Will these eyes only be able to accommodate one person in the future?

And that person will never be him again.

Thinking of this, Rong Hua gently raised his hand and covered Su Yin's closed eyes. Never again...
