"This monster, is he sick? Didn't he take medicine before going out..." Looking at Dong Chengyao who quickly disappeared in front of her eyes, Su Yin stared straight at the place where Dong Chengyao disappeared, and murmured in a low voice.
"But why do I always feel that this monster is worried about something?"
Frowning slightly and making sure that Dongchengyao was really far away, Su Yin finally felt relieved and sat down on the swing again. Turning her head to look at the empty swing next to her, thinking about how Dongchengyao had just sat on the swing, his expression, and his quiet profile, Su Yin couldn't help but curl the corners of her mouth.
It was really amazing. She originally thought that they would never meet again. Even if they did, they would be strangers passing by at most. But she didn't expect that they could actually sit down and have a good chat or even a quarrel. Fate is really interesting.
However, it seemed he hadn't changed. In Beize, she'd heard Dongcheng Yao had taken the position of Patriarch. While she'd been surprised at first, she wasn't completely surprised. It seemed as if this had been expected. An inner voice told her that Dongcheng Yao wasn't as simple as he appeared, so his ascension to the position of Patriarch was inevitable. She'd wondered what changes would happen to him after he became Patriarch. But now it seemed... nothing had changed. He was still the same evil, vicious demon.
She curled her lips slightly, held on to the swing tightly and swung gently in the air.
The weather is so nice today... I wonder how Xichen and the others are talking? Never mind, I'd better try to avoid situations she doesn't like and go back after dark. It's not bad, right?
Thinking of this, Su Yin couldn't help but lean gently on the swing, her feet dangling gently in the air. How nice it would be to be quiet and peaceful like this. Why did she have to fight all over the place? It wasn't fun at all...
It was almost dark when Su Yin carefully avoided the crowd and slipped back. As soon as he entered, he saw the hall which was still bustling with people. Shaking his head silently, Su Yin quickly went upstairs to find his room, threw himself on the bed and prepared to rest, but suddenly he heard a knock on the door.
"Who is it?" Su Yin shouted angrily.
"Sister Su, it's me, Xiao Anzi." Hearing Su Yin's fierce tone, the voice outside the door carried a hint of grievance.
"Xiao Anzi? What are you doing here? Come in." Su Yin tilted his head while lying on the bed, but still had no intention of getting up.
There was a noise at the door, and Xiao Anzi opened the door and walked in carrying a heavy tray. He placed the tray heavily on the table and rubbed his aching shoulders. "Sister Su, you're finally back. The young master was worried about you and asked me to come check on you several times."
"Really? He has something to talk to me about?" Su Yin answered lazily. Smelling the faint smell of food, he sat up from the bed.
"Of course not!" Xiao Anzi shouted fiercely, "Of course my master is worried about you, sister, you are really stupid."
"You're telling me, I'm not smart?" Su Yin pointed at Xiao Anzi and laughed out loud without any manner, as if he had heard a big joke.
"Sister!" Xiao Anzi said anxiously.
