Waiting for her to beg?

Was he trying to enlighten me? Su Luoyin was startled. After calming himself down, he said, "Not threatening? Then why are you asking them to threaten others?"

Su Luoyin said this incisively.

"Are those weaklings really worth your trouble?" Luo Wen seemed puzzled, and a hint of doubt flashed in his eyes when he looked at Su Luoyin.

"No...it's just that I promised something, and for the time being...I don't want to change it." Su Luoyin's eyes dodged subconsciously.

"You promised it? Don't want to change it?" A hint of seriousness inexplicably flashed in Luo Wen's eyes, and he looked at Su Luoyin deeply.

"What do you mean by this?" Seeing Luo Wen like this, Su Luoyin was suddenly shocked. She didn't understand why Luo Wen suddenly asked her like this. Did she... promise him something?

"Just remember this." Luo Wen said no more, turned aside, and said casually, "Since he is a demon, and has magical skills to control spirit beasts, do you think he is someone you can deal with?"

"I know. But when I saw how they looked at that time, I really...so, I got excited and didn't think much about it." Su Luoyin explained embarrassedly.

"So, what are you going to do now?" Luo Wen continued to ask.

"I don't know." Su Luoyin lowered his head, hiding the helplessness in his eyes, "Or... do you have any ideas?"

"So, did you ask me for anything?" Luo Wen seemed to be waiting for Su Luoyin to say this, but he spoke slowly and calmly.

Beg him? Su Luoyin frowned. So, that's what he was thinking. Was she really that useless on her own? Then what was he going to ask for? Did he want her to beg him? Did he want her to personally pay for what she had done?

"Sister, mother asked me to bring you some fruit."

While the two were talking, a childish voice suddenly came out. Su Luoyin and Luo Wen subconsciously looked towards the door. Sure enough, Wanwan was standing timidly by the door, obviously hesitating about whether she should go in.

Really. The topic they were discussing earlier was so depressing that they hadn't even noticed how this little girl had sneaked up on them. However, the child's footsteps were light, and since they weren't on guard, it was indeed difficult for them to detect.

"Wanwan is so good." Su Luoyin smiled instantly when she saw Wanwan, secretly glad that she could finally get some temporary relief. If Wanwan hadn't come, who knows what embarrassing topics she would have brought up with Luo Wen.

Thinking of this, Su Luoyin looked at Wanwan and became more affectionate. He pulled her over and held her in his arms, gently pinching her chubby face and smiling, "Wanwan is so good."

"Sister, I didn't mean to disturb you." Children's perception ability is extremely sharp. As soon as the little girl came in, she felt that the atmosphere in the room was a little bad, and she was immediately at a loss.

"It's okay, we're not talking about anything serious. It's nothing serious." Su Luoyin patted the little girl's head to comfort her, but suddenly rolled her eyes and pulled Wanwan over again, saying, "Come to think of it, I haven't been to your village yet. Can you take me there?"

The child didn't doubt her. Seeing Su Luoyin take the initiative to ask, and thinking about what her mother had said, she nodded quickly and said, "Okay, I'll take my sister there."

"So good." Su Luoyin patted the little girl's head again, glanced at Luo Wen out of the corner of his eye, and without thinking, he took Wanwan's hand and said, "I'm going out for a walk." Then he and Wanwan went out together and disappeared.
