Hearing the gunshots behind him, Rum turned around and saw Curacao retreating towards him, shooting as he retreated.
"Akai Tsutomu is here."
Coming behind Rum, Curacao changed the magazine, glanced at the injured Bourbon, and said solemnly:
"I suggest we retreat temporarily."
"No need to retreat... I was able to kill him once before, and I can do the same now."
"then?"
Hearing this, Kuroda Heibei suddenly laughed:
"So, Akai Tsutomu died at your hands?"
"You also know Akai Tsutomu?"
Rum's eyes flashed, and he asked vigilantly:
"Who are you?"
17 years ago, Akai Tsutomu disappeared. This matter was personally handled by Rum and Sakaki Ryunosuke. However, there are very few people who know the details of this matter, and they can be counted on one hand.
There was a lot of sarcasm in Kuroda Bei's tone, as if he was an insider, which made Rum very alert. If Kuroda Bei knew what happened that year, it would prove that Kuroda Bei had contacted the survivors of the incident.
But the only survivor of the incident still alive is Rum.
Unless... Kuroda Bei and Akai Tsutomu have had contact.
“Does it matter who I am?”
Kuroda Bei looked at Rum quietly, then turned his gaze to Sakaki Makoto who entered carriage No. 17:
"It's Akai Mutake after all..."
Rum turned around with a gloomy expression.
The opponent came too fast, and he didn't even have time to talk nonsense. Now he was attacked from both sides and the situation was very bad. However, Rum still didn't show any panic. Instead, he frowned and thought hard about something.
Curacao replaced the magazine, raised his gun and started shooting. Bullet after bullet flew towards Sakaki Makoto until the magazine was empty, and then the gun chamber jumped with a "click".
She shouldn't have been so nervous. Rum had made all the preparations. No matter who came, there was a way to deal with it. But for some reason... Curacao felt an extremely dangerous aura from Makoto Sakaki, as if a sword emitting a cold light was pressed against her neck, which was chilling.
This is murderous intent!
Sakaki Makoto... is here to kill people!
Five bullets chased each other with very little gap between them, and in the blink of an eye they arrived in front of Sakaki Makoto. Sakaki Makoto dodged the bullets, without even looking at Curacao, and fired a shot in the opposite direction.
Bang!
The bullet hit Curacao's forehead accurately. The powerful force caused her cervical vertebrae to bend backwards to a strange angle. She fell to the ground without even making a sound.
thump!
The dull sound of flesh hitting the ground brought Rum back to his senses from his contemplation. He glanced at Akai Wuwu who was walking slowly, and then at Curacao who was lying in front of him. His pupils suddenly contracted:
"You're not Akai Tsutomu! You're Suzi!"
"clever."
Sakaki showed the Colt M1911 in his hand. He did not kill Rum immediately, but took out a brass bullet with the letter R engraved on it from his pocket and ejected it from the magazine:
"Actually, I have a lot of questions that I want you to answer, but time is running out, so let's not waste time talking..."
"Why, do you think you have the upper hand?"
Rum sneered and took out a remote control from his arms:
"I brought 10 kilograms of RDX military explosives and asked Chianti to install them in the steam room. As long as I press this button, the entire train will go off the track. We happen to be passing through a valley. Once the train goes off the track, everyone will die!"
“Is it amazing to be able to dodge bullets?”
"In the face of absolute power, skills are useless!"
Sakaki Makoto narrowed his eyes and didn't think Rum was exaggerating.
He did see Rum bring a huge, easel-like object on board. If that was really RDX military explosives and was installed at the front of the train, it would be easy to destroy the train.
Green mountains flashed by outside the window, with low-lying valleys on both sides. Water vapor lingered in the river under the waterfall, creating a foggy scene that was beautiful beyond words.
But no one in the car was in the mood to appreciate the beautiful scenery.
Sakaki Makoto looked at the time. Kidd would block the FBI for him for at least 10 minutes, and now half of the time had passed, which meant that the FBI would arrive at car No. 17 within 5 minutes.
He must deal with Rum and escape successfully within this time.
"I have only seen one traitor who can do such a thing as you."
Rum thought he had won, and as he stepped back, he said with a smile:
"That man is your father, Sakaki Ryunosuke."
"You must be curious about what happened back then. I can answer your question, but you have to drop the gun on the ground and kick it over first."
Sakaki Makoto threw the Colt M1911 to the floor and kicked it lightly. The pistol immediately slid towards Rum and was stepped on by him.
"Now, stand back."
Rum continued:
"Retreat to the door."
"You might as well ask me to just jump down. It would be easier that way."
"You definitely wouldn't commit suicide if I asked you to, but it's still easy for you to do some trivial things. Everything has to be a gradual process. You call yourself a master of psychology, don't you even understand this principle?"
Seeing that Sakaki Makoto was standing still, Rum shouted at him:
"Hurry up! The lives of all the passengers on the train are in your hands!"
Sakaki Makoto glanced at Kuroda Heibei, turned around expressionlessly, and walked to the connection between the carriages:
