In the darkness, the car sped along the road back to the city, the atmosphere inside tense and heavy. Ran Mouri was unconscious due to her injuries, and Conan held her hand tightly, his eyes filled with worry and anxiety.
"Ran will be alright." Conan clenched his fists, his voice trembling slightly, silently praying in his heart.
Lin Yu sat to the side, gently patting Conan's shoulder to comfort him, "Don't worry too much, Conan. Ran Mouri is so strong, she'll definitely get through this."
Nightshade stood silently to the side, his eyes revealing deep worry, his gaze occasionally falling on the unconscious Ran Mouri.
Ai Haibara sat in the front row, her expression serious as she calmly considered everything that had just happened.
The car quickly arrived at the hospital in the city center. Everyone rushed Ran Mouri into the emergency room and then waited anxiously outside the ward.
Conan paced back and forth in the corridor, filled with unease. Lin Yu leaned against the wall, his brows furrowed. Night Shadow sat quietly in a chair, his hands clenched tightly, his gaze fixed on the closed hospital room door.
Ai Haibara sat in her chair, calmly analyzing the incident: "Although we prevented this crisis, there may be an even greater force behind that masked man. This incident is probably just the tip of the iceberg."
Time passed second by second, and every second felt like an endless ordeal to them.
After a long while, the doctor finally came out of the ward. Everyone immediately surrounded him, watching him nervously.
"The patient's condition has stabilized; he just needs to rest for a while," the doctor said.
Upon hearing the news, everyone breathed a sigh of relief, and their tense nerves finally relaxed a little.
However, just then, the police reported that further investigation into the abandoned factory had uncovered some shocking clues.
The police officer in charge of the case rushed to the hospital and, upon seeing Conan and the others, immediately said, "During our in-depth investigation of the abandoned factory, we found some documents. Lin Yu smiled confidently: "I can use my high-tech equipment to create some chaos, such as releasing smoke bombs and interfering with their communication devices."
After finalizing the plan, Lin Yu quietly circled around to one side of the manor, preparing to implement it.
He seized the opportunity and activated the high-tech equipment. Instantly, the manor was filled with smoke, and the communication equipment emitted a piercing noise.
The guards in the manor were thrown into chaos and began running around checking the situation.
Taking advantage of the situation, the police launched an attack and quickly broke through the outer defenses of the manor.
A fierce battle unfolded in the manor.
Conan and the others followed the police into the manor.
Ran Mouri slowly woke up in the hospital room. She opened her eyes and was momentarily confused when she saw the white walls and medical equipment around her.
"What's wrong with me..." Her voice was still weak.
Just then, a nurse came in, saw that she was awake, and smiled, saying, "You're awake. How are you feeling? Your friends have gone to assist the police with their case; they were all very worried about you."
