Despite successfully taking control of the manor, the escape of the crime syndicate leader kept Conan and his friends on their toes.
Back at the police station, the officers immediately began interrogating the arrested criminals. However, most of them were just low-level thugs and knew very little about their leader's whereabouts.
"Damn it, it seems we won't get any useful information out of them," Lin Yu said angrily.
After a moment of contemplation, Conan said, "We need to re-examine the existing clues and see if we can find a new breakthrough."
Everyone sat together and re-analyzed the data they had previously investigated and the documents they had found in the manor.
Ai Haibara pointed to a document and said, "This mentions a secret meeting place; perhaps the leader will appear there."
Nightshade frowned: "But this could also be a trap."
Ran Mouri said firmly, "Even if it's a trap, we'll give it a try."
Conan nodded in agreement: "That's right, this is our only clue at the moment."
So they decided to go to this secret meeting place to find out what was going on.
When they arrived, they found it to be an abandoned warehouse, and the surroundings were very quiet.

Suddenly, footsteps echoed in the warehouse.

Everyone took cover behind cover, observing the direction of the footsteps.
A group of dark figures appeared in their line of sight.
“They’re the enemy!” Ran Mouri said.
A fierce gunfight broke out instantly.
With their excellent teamwork and courageous fighting spirit, Conan and his friends gradually suppressed the enemy.
However, the enemy did not seem to intend to linger in the fight, and retreated while fighting.
"We can't let them get away!" Nightshade shouted.
Conan and the others were in hot pursuit.
They chased the enemy into a basement.
The basement was dark and damp, filled with a pungent odor.
"Watch out, there might be an ambush!" Conan warned.
As soon as they finished speaking, lights suddenly came on all around them, and countless enemies appeared in front of them.
"You've finally arrived." A familiar voice rang out; it was the leader of the criminal group.
"You won't escape this time!" the leader said smugly.
Conan looked at him calmly: "Your end is nigh."
The two sides engaged in another fierce confrontation.
During the battle, Conan discovers that the leader is carrying an important file folder.
"There must be important evidence inside," Conan thought.
He quietly approached the leader.
Ran Mouri and Nightshade drew the enemy's attention ahead.
Lin Yu and Ai Haibara provided fire support from the rear.
Just as Conan was about to approach the leader, the leader realized his intentions, turned around and fired at him.
"Conan!" Ran Mouri exclaimed.
Conan quickly dodged and continued rushing forward.
Finally, he successfully snatched the file from the leader's hands.
"Run!" Conan shouted.
The group began to retreat.
The leader was in hot pursuit.
During their escape, they encountered various obstacles and traps.
However, thanks to their strong will and outstanding abilities, Conan and his friends successfully escaped the enemy's pursuit.
Once back in a safe place, they opened the file and discovered all the evidence of the criminal group's crimes.
"With these, we can bring them to justice once and for all," Lin Yu said excitedly.
Conan looked at the evidence and felt a sense of satisfaction.
However, they knew this was just a small victory in their journey to justice, and many more challenges awaited them in the future...
