Conan and the others gathered together to discuss their next move.
“Now that they’ve discovered us, our operations will definitely be more difficult,” Ran Mouri said worriedly.
After a moment of contemplation, Conan said, "But we can't back down either. The more we do this, the closer we get to the truth."
Nightshade nodded: "That's right, we must find a way to take the initiative."
Lin Yu fiddled with his high-tech equipment: "I'll upgrade the equipment again to enhance our strength."
Ai Haibara analyzed the information in her hand: "Judging from the current situation, the headquarters of this mysterious organization is likely located in some hidden corner of the city."
Conan's eyes lit up: "Then let's find a way to locate their headquarters."
After some investigation and tracking, they finally discovered some clues about the headquarters of the mysterious organization.
"According to reliable sources, an important figure from a mysterious organization will be appearing at the dock tonight," Conan said.
“This is a good opportunity; maybe we can get the location of headquarters out of them,” Nightshade said.
So, after nightfall, Conan and the others quietly arrived at the pier.
The dock was dimly lit, with a sea breeze blowing, creating a very eerie atmosphere.
"Everyone be careful, stay alert," Conan whispered.
They hid in the shadows, observing the movements around them.
A short while later, a speedboat docked, and several figures stepped off.
"It's them!" Conan exclaimed.
Ran Mouri was about to rush out when Conan stopped her: "Wait, let's see what's going on first."
The group of people exchanged a few words with the person who came to meet them, and then walked towards a car.
Conan and the others followed quietly behind.
The car drove through the city and finally stopped in front of an abandoned factory.
"Could this be the headquarters of the mysterious organization?" Lin Yu asked.
Conan surveyed the surroundings: "It's very possible. Let's not act rashly."
They went around to the back of the factory and found a window.
Conan cautiously approached the window and peered inside.
There were many people busy inside the factory, seemingly preparing for something.
"Looks like we've come to the right place," Conan said.
Just then, a guard walked over.
"Oh no, we've been discovered!" Nightshade exclaimed.
Conan made a snap decision: "Charge in!"
They rushed into the factory and fought with the guards.
Ran Mouri's karate skills remained formidable, and Lin Yu's high-tech equipment also played a significant role.
In the midst of fierce fighting, they gradually penetrated deeper into the factory.
"This way!" Conan's sharp eyes instantly spotted a staircase hidden in a corner leading to the basement. He excitedly shouted to his companions.
Hearing the sound, everyone sprang into action, hurriedly following Conan towards the stairs. As they stepped onto the stairs, a strong, pungent odor assaulted their nostrils, resembling the smell of some kind of chemical mixture. This strange smell filled the entire basement, causing everyone to frown.
"Watch out, there might be a trap!" Ai Haibara, true to her intelligence and composure, immediately sensed the potential danger and warned everyone. Just then, with a "whoosh," a row of incredibly sharp spikes suddenly rose from the seemingly calm ground, shooting out like fangs from the earth. Had they not reacted quickly, someone would likely have been injured.
Fortunately, Conan and the others were quick and agile, leaping aside to narrowly avoid the sudden spikes. However, before they could even catch their breath, a new problem arose—a tightly closed coded door appeared ahead.
"What should we do?" Lin said anxiously, a look of worry on his face. After all, cracking such a mysterious coded door was no easy task.
