In the abandoned warehouse, Conan and the others nervously studied the documents and instruments they had brought out of the manor.
Ran Mouri frowned as she looked at the complex documents: "This stuff is too hard to understand, Conan. Have you discovered anything?"
Conan stared intently at the document in his hand and said, "I think this mysterious scientific research seems to be related to a new type of energy."
Nightshade leaned closer: "New energy source? Is this why they're going to such lengths?"
Ai Haibara adjusted her glasses and analyzed, "If it's a powerful new energy source, it could indeed trigger a struggle among various parties."
While fiddling with the instruments, Lin Yu said, "But why did Mr. Lawrence involve us?"
Conan pondered for a moment: "Perhaps he himself was being used, or perhaps he had some unavoidable difficulties."
Just then, a faint sound came from outside the warehouse.
"Shh, someone's coming." Conan gestured for everyone to be quiet.
Everyone held their breath, staring nervously at the warehouse entrance.
The door was slowly pushed open, and a figure walked in.
“It’s Mr. Lawrence!” Ran Mouri exclaimed in surprise.
Mr. Lawrence looked very tired and disheveled.
“I’m sorry, everyone, I’ve dragged you into a huge mess,” Mr. Lawrence said apologetically.
Conan asked, "What exactly happened?"
Mr. Lawrence sighed and began to recount the whole story. It turned out that his family had discovered a mysterious energy substance years ago, but this information had fallen into the hands of an evil organization. This organization threatened him, saying that if he didn't hold this gathering as demanded, luring Conan and the others to uncover the secret of the energy, they would harm his family.
"I thought I could control the situation, but I never expected things to get so out of control," Mr. Lawrence said regretfully.
Conan said, "Now is not the time for regrets. We need to work together to find a way to stop that organization."
They continued their research and discovered that if this new energy source were misused, it would have a devastating impact on the entire city.
“We must protect this secret and not let it fall into the wrong hands,” Nightshade said.
Ai Haibara said, "But that organization will definitely not let this go, they will come looking for us again."
Lin Yu clenched his fist: "Then let them come, we're not afraid!"
Just then, Conan's phone rang; it was the police calling.
"Conan, we've found some clues about that organization, but their power is far greater than we imagined," the police officer on the other end of the phone said.
Conan said, "Tell us the information you have, and we'll work together."
After hanging up the phone, Conan shared the clues provided by the police with everyone.
“Based on these clues, we might be able to find their headquarters,” Conan said.
So they decided to take the initiative and find the organization's headquarters.
During their search, they encountered numerous difficulties and traps.
On one occasion, they entered what appeared to be an ordinary building, only to find themselves trapped in a maze-like passageway filled with traps and surveillance cameras.
"Watch out!" Ran Mouri pushed Lin Yu away just in time, as he was about to be hit by a hidden weapon.
On another occasion, their vehicle was tampered with, almost causing a car accident.
But Conan and his friends never gave up, using their wisdom and courage to escape danger time and time again.
Finally, they found the organization's headquarters.
"This is it, everyone be careful," Conan said.
They sneaked into the headquarters, only to find it heavily guarded.
“It seems we need to find a way to distract them,” Nightshade said.
Lin Yu had a sudden inspiration: "I can use my high-tech equipment to create chaos."
Without hesitation, Lin Yu activated the equipment, and alarms immediately sounded at headquarters, drawing the enemy's attention.
Conan and his friends took the opportunity to enter the core area and discovered a huge laboratory where dangerous experiments on new energy sources were being conducted.
"We must stop them!" Conan shouted.
They engaged in a final battle with the enemy in the laboratory.
Ran Mouri's karate once again demonstrated its immense power, knocking down one enemy after another.
Night Shadow and Lin Yu worked together seamlessly, taking down many enemies.
Ai Haibara is assisting Conan in trying to shut down the experimental equipment.
After a fierce battle, they finally succeeded in shutting down the experimental equipment and preventing a disaster.
However, just as they were about to leave, the leader of the organization appeared.
"Do you think this is the end?" the leader sneered.
An even tougher battle is about to unfold...
