After learning of the dark forces' terrifying plan, Conan and his friends knew that time was of the essence and they had to find a way to stop them as soon as possible. During their investigation of the castle, the police discovered some research data related to the virus, but a crucial part was missing.

The factory was filled with a pungent chemical smell, and various experimental equipment and bottles and jars were placed everywhere.
“This must be their virus manufacturing base,” Ai Haibara said.
As they continued their exploration, they accidentally triggered an alarm. Instantly, a piercing alarm blared throughout the factory, and guards rushed towards them.
"Run!" Conan shouted.
They scattered throughout the factory, engaging in a fierce chase with the guards. Ran Mouri used her karate skills to defeat several guards who tried to stop them.
Lin Yu then used his weapon to create chaos, buying time for everyone.
During their escape, Conan discovers an office that might contain what they need.
"You guys go first, I'll go check it out," Conan said.
Ran Mouri said worriedly, "Conan, be careful."
Conan rushed into the office and found a document on the table that contained the virus's spread plan and some clues about the antidote.
Just as he was about to leave, the leader of the dark forces appeared.
"Kid, do you think you can stop us?" the leader sneered.
Conan looked at him without fear: "Your plot will not succeed."
The leader lunged at Conan, who nimbly dodged. At that moment, Ran and the others realized Conan hadn't followed and turned back to look for him.
"Let go of Conan!" Ran Mouri shouted.
Everyone rushed forward and fought the leader. In the end, with everyone working together, they successfully defeated the leader and escaped the factory.
Once they were back in a safe place, they began to examine the document.
“According to this document, they plan to release the virus into the city’s water supply,” Conan said.
