Filled with anticipation and nervousness for the unknown, Conan and his friends embarked on their journey to the mysterious island. They boarded a small rented yacht and sailed across the vast ocean. The sea breeze howled, and the waves crashed against the hull, splashing up white spray.
"Where exactly is that mysterious island in this vast ocean?" Lin Yu gazed at the boundless sea, a sense of worry rising in his heart.
Conan carefully studied the nautical chart in his hand, which marked a general direction, but they would have to find the exact location themselves. "According to the hints in the letter and the directions on the nautical chart, we should be in this area. Everyone, keep an eye out for any movement around us."
After several hours of sailing, the outline of an island shrouded in mist finally appeared ahead. As the yacht drew closer, the island's details gradually became clearer. "This island looks mysterious. I wonder what awaits us," Ran Mouri said, tightening her gear.

"Everyone stay alert, the situation here is unclear," Conan whispered a reminder, his hand unconsciously reaching for the detective gadgets he carried with him.
They ventured deeper into the island along a narrow path, where the trees grew increasingly dense, sunlight filtering through the leaves to create dappled patterns of light and shadow. Suddenly, a deep roar echoed from the depths of the woods, reverberating through the silent forest and sending chills down their spines.
"What's that sound?" Lin Yu gripped the high-tech equipment in his hand tightly, ready to deal with any potential danger.
Conan gestured for everyone to be quiet, then cautiously approached the source of the sound. Parting the dense undergrowth, they discovered a massive beast trapped in a huge trap. The beast was covered in long, black fur, its sharp claws carving marks into the trap walls, and it was roaring angrily.
"This seems to be a rare wild beast. How did it get trapped here?" Ai Haibara observed the beast curiously while keeping an eye on the area around the trap.
Conan examined the trap closely and discovered that it was set by someone, and that the trap was designed very cleverly, unlike what an ordinary hunter would do. "It seems that the situation on this island is more complicated than we thought. Someone set a trap here, and it might be one of those unidentified people."
Just as they were trying to figure out how to rescue the beast, they suddenly heard footsteps behind them. Conan and the others quickly turned around and saw a group of people dressed in strange clothes standing in front of them. These people were carrying various peculiar weapons and were watching Conan and the others warily.
"Who are you? Why are you here?" the leader asked in a slightly curt tone.
Conan stepped forward and tried to explain, "We're here to investigate the secrets of this island. We just saw this beast trapped in a trap and wanted to help rescue it."
The group exchanged glances, seemingly exchanging information. After a while, the leader spoke up: "This island is dangerous; it's not a place for you. You should leave immediately."
“But we’ve received information that some unidentified people here are searching for an ancient secret that could affect the world, and we can’t ignore it,” Ran Mouri said firmly.
Upon hearing the words "ancient secret," the group's expression changed slightly. The leader remained silent for a moment before saying, "In that case, come with us. There are some things you should know."
Conan and the others followed the group to a tribe hidden in the mountains. Most of the houses in the tribe were built of stone and wood, and the tribespeople warmly welcomed them.
“We are the native inhabitants of this island, and we have always guarded its secrets,” the leader said. “In recent years, some outsiders have been constantly breaking into the island. They are searching everywhere for a legendary artifact. It is said that this artifact has great power, and if it falls into the hands of someone with ill intentions, the consequences will be unimaginable.”
"What kind of magical artifact?" Conan pressed.
"Legend has it that it is a key that can open the door to another world, but we don't know exactly what it looks like. We only know that it is hidden deep in the island, surrounded by all kinds of dangerous traps and mechanisms."
After hearing this, Conan and the others realized that this mission was even more difficult.

The indigenous people expressed their willingness to help Conan and his friends, but they also warned that the road to the location of the artifact was extremely dangerous, with not only various deadly traps, but also numerous obstacles from outsiders.

The next morning, Conan and his friends, led by the local inhabitants, embarked on their journey to find the artifact. Along the way, they carefully avoided various traps. Some were spike traps hidden underground, while others were mechanisms that would fire poison arrows when triggered.
"Everyone, pay attention to the ground and the surrounding trees. These traps have subtle markings that can be identified," Nightshade reminded everyone as he used his tool to trigger a mechanism hidden in the grass, preventing others from accidentally stepping on it.
