Chapter 1342 Case Closed

The short nightlife of one's own ends, and the next day people are forced to work and act as gears of society.

Tang Ze was quite active at work today.

There was no way to open the panel early in the morning, and there was no settlement of the case reward. This made Tang Ze worry that something went wrong during the investigation of the case.

So after breakfast early in the morning, Tang Ze couldn't wait to run to the Investigation Section to ask what the situation was.

"Brother Tang Ze, you're here so early." Inspector Megure smiled when he saw Tang Ze and said, "It seems you are also very concerned about yesterday's case."

"Well, after all, I solved the case. I can't just sit there and do nothing." Tang Ze said with a smile, "After all, I feel at ease when I see the case is finally settled."

"I think you are also a busybody who loves to worry." Megure teased with a smile when he heard what Tang Ze said.

However, despite the joking, the relief and admiration in the other person's eyes were not concealed at all.

It is obvious that as an old criminal, he still approves of Tang Ze's attitude towards handling cases.

"I can't help it, that's just my personality." Tang Ze spread his hands and said, "Let's get down to business. Haven't you found the person yet?"

"I actually found out about him yesterday, but when I went to his house, he wasn't there. I thought he was out for dinner or something, and I didn't see him come back until the evening.

At first we thought he had gotten the news and fled, but after further investigation we learned from his friends that he was hospitalized."

Megure smiled helplessly and said, "When we rushed to the hospital, we found out that he had been discharged yesterday. It means we were at the wrong place. If we had waited a little longer at his house, we would have met him.

As a result, they detained the boy in the middle of the night. Because they had physical evidence, there was no rush to interrogate him overnight, so they were allowed to go home and rest, and the interrogation would resume this morning.

"This is quite a misunderstanding." Tang Ze smiled helplessly upon hearing this. He finally understood the problem of why the reward was not settled.

Without interrogating the prisoner, there will naturally be no confession, and there will naturally be no possibility of settling his reward.

"According to the time, Takagi and the others will be here soon. Let's go and take a look together later?" Seeing that Tang Ze was so concerned, Megure directly invited him to go to the interrogation room together.

"Okay." Tang Ze nodded, and the two chatted in the office for more than ten minutes, and then Takagi and Sato Miwako arrived.

It was the two of them who arrested him yesterday, so it is natural that they should be the ones to conduct the interrogation today.

After the four of them went to the interrogation room, Takagi and the other two entered, while Tangze and the other two stood outside the one-way glass and watched the interrogation of the two.

"Why did you arrest me? Why did you let me stay here overnight?!"

As soon as he saw Takagi and the other man enter the room, the young man couldn't help but roar loudly.

"Huh? Didn't you mention the evidence?" Seeing the other party's righteous questioning, Tang Ze looked at Inspector Megure in surprise and asked.

"We only said that there was relevant evidence proving he was a suspect, but we didn't specify what the evidence was."

Inspector Megure's silly face showed a hint of cunning: "If I tell him the evidence, after a night of thinking, maybe he will come up with a reason.

So I simply didn't tell him and waited until the interrogation to catch him off guard."

"So that's how it is. Good plan." Tang Ze gave a thumbs up.

"All's fair in war. I learned this from you."

Inspector Megure laughed heartily upon hearing this and said, "Those traps and designs you set for the criminals before did teach us something."

"When dealing with those cunning criminals, you should be more cunning than them." Tang Ze said with a smile: "Now I am looking forward to the prisoner's reaction."

While the two were talking, Takagi and the other man in the interrogation room also spoke to the roaring suspect: "Mr. Kawaguchi Kyoichiro, you know why we brought you here.

Mr. Yoda Changsaku was found dead yesterday, and we found out that you and he had a big conflict before.

"Of course."

Kawaguchi Kyoichiro said with resentment: "Three years ago, he stole my girlfriend who was an English teacher at the same school as mine."

"Then Mr. Yota insisted on taking her for a ride, and something happened on the way, right?" said Miwako Sato.

"That was not an accident at all. He killed my girlfriend on purpose!" Kawaguchi Kyoichiro said in a gloomy tone.

"Then why have you been staying at the business hotel in Haido recently?" Takagi said seriously, "It's very close to where Yoda Shosaku lives."

"I did come to find him." Kawaguchi Kyoichiro said dissatisfiedly, "But I didn't kill him!"

"Yeah?"

Upon hearing this, Gao Mu pulled out a photo and pushed it over. "Then why did the death message left by Yoda Changsaku in the room where you imprisoned him mention your name?"

"What!?"

Looking at the content of the photo, Kawaguchi Kyoichiro's eyes showed disbelief and despair, and his previous arrogance and confidence instantly turned into dejection and guilt.

"You might have deliberately called an ambulance to create an alibi when you and Tian Chang died, but unfortunately, it was all in vain."

Miwako Sato looked at Kawaguchi Kyoichiro and said, "The deceased's message completely exposes your fabricated alibi!

In a storage room at the park, he wrote a death message using fluorescent paint.

You didn't close the door when you were moving the body, so you didn't see the death message because of the lighting."

“Damn it!! Damn it!”

Kawaguchi Kyoichiro pounded his fist on the table and growled, "Damn it! How on earth did you guys find out?!"
